Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find information about the implementation of strategic management to enhance the quality of education from the perspective of postgraduate students at Malang State Islamic University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews with the form of unstructured interviews. The research subjects are postgraduate students in Islamic education management of Malang State Islamic University, selected based on criteria such as having work experience in the field of education, such as curriculum vice principals, student affairs vice principals, and educators. Subsequently, data analysis is conducted through a series of coding processes and categorization according to theories related to strategic management. The research findings indicate that in the implementation of strategic management to enhance the quality of education, there are several elements, including environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, there are inhibiting factors and supporting factors in implementing strategic management. Improving the quality of education is not solely focused on academic outcomes but also involves effective, organized management that is synergistic towards all aspects supporting the enhancement of education quality.   Keywords: Implementation, Strategy Management, Education Quality

Abstract

Purpose: Livestock waste can pollute the environment and produce methane gas, contributing to climate change and spreading diseases if not properly managed. Effective waste management is crucial for safety and health in livestock environments and nearby communities. Cattle farming in Lido Belo Village has substantial economic potential, offering a value chain that includes raising livestock, producing organic fertilizer, and marketing products to boost local income. It also supports food security and economic diversification, creating jobs, enhancing skills, and improving community welfare. Methodology: The community service program uses field visits to understand the conditions and challenges faced by local livestock groups. Findings:The 'Talaga Na'e' cattle group struggles with converting cow dung into economical manure, addressed by creating a manure mixer to improve waste processing and income. The 'Mandiri' cattle group faces feed chopping inefficiencies, resolved by developing a feed chopper to enhance productivity and focus on livestock care.

Abstract

Road pavement refers to a layer situated between the subgrade dirt layer and the wheels of vehicles. It seeks to offer transportation services while ensuring that no substantial damage is anticipated during its operation. The road from Kambuaya to Kumurkek, recognized as the principal thoroughfare in West Papua, is a crucial infrastructure for enhancing the local economy. Consequently, to attain this enhancement, it is essential to evaluate and refine the current road pavement. The flexible pavement is defined as a pavement composed of a paved mixture for the surface layer and granular material for the underneath layer. The pavement layer possesses elasticity that enhances vehicle comfort during transit. Moreover, the 2017 MDP approach has been employed to assess the thickness of road pavement, contributing to the improvement of road performance while addressing the issues and impediments to asset performance in Indonesia. The Directorate General of Highways and Construction Development has established technical criteria for the restoration of severely damaged roadways. The specification encompasses a series of pavement layers designated for all National roads. This research employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing both primary and secondary data, and calculated pavement thickness based on the 2017 MDP. The findings indicated structural degradation on the Kambuaya to Kumurkek route, specifically in section 6, necessitating an additional structural overlay layer triggered by an IRI score of 2. Furthermore, it necessitated an extra layer thickness of 60 mm and mandated repair in sections 7 and 8 of the Kambuaya-Kumurkek road section, triggered by an IRI value of 3. Furthermore, section 9 requires non-structural overlay management due to an IRI value of 1, whereas the preceding section, section 10, necessitated reconstruction owing to an IRI value of 3 following the structural number assessment. This research suggests that the treatment constitutes a significant rehabilitation..

Abstract

Abstract Rapid social changes in the digital era demand more relevant, inclusive, and adaptive Islamic preaching. Preaching is now not enough to rely on conventional methods, but needs to reach the digital space as the main media for spreading Islamic values. In this context, women, especially Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres, have a strategic role as agents of change who are able to voice enlightening and liberating preaching messages. Based on these needs, the Bima Regency Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Regional Leadership Muballighat Training was carried out to strengthen the role of women through empowerment strategies and digital preaching literacy. This training aims to equip muballighat with theoretical understanding and practical skills in ethical and progressive digital preaching. The three main aspects emphasized are the concept of Muhammadiyah's progressive da'wah, the theory of women's empowerment in public spaces, and digital literacy for the production of moderate and educational da'wah content. The activities are designed in a participatory manner through discussions, digital content practices, and critical evaluation of Islamic narratives that develop on social media. Participants are introduced to the values ​​of tajdid, rationality, and social justice as pillars of progressive da'wah. Women are positioned as active, humanistic, and empathetic subjects of da'wah. The theory of women's empowerment emphasizes the importance of increasing self-capacity, space for expression, and access to technology as a tool for da'wah. Furthermore, digital literacy focuses on technical skills and critical thinking skills, including in sorting information, responding to hate speech, and conveying Islamic messages wisely. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and workload on the performance of female employees with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Tanah Datar Regency. The objects of this study were all 30 female employees of the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS 3 Analysis tool, and was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The analysis used in this study includes outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. In this study, the results obtained Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees, Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees, Organizational Commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of female employees, Work-life balance has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, Workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and the performance of female employees, Organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and the performance of female employees.

Abstract

Stres akademik merupakan kondisi psikososial yang kerap dialami Mahasiswa Program Doktor akibat tuntutan riset, penulisan disertasi, dan kewajiban publikasi yang bersifat intens dan berkelanjutan. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan kesejahteraan psikologis apabila tidak dikelola melalui strategi coping yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas intervensi aktivitas fisik berupa jalan sehat sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif dalam menurunkan stres akademik Mahasiswa Program Doktor di Yogyakarta. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-kualitatif, dengan melibatkan Mahasiswa Doktor sebagai subjek sekaligus mitra kegiatan, melalui aktivitas jalan sehat periodik yang dipadukan dengan refleksi ringan dan interaksi sosial di ruang publik terbuka. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa jalan sehat dipersepsikan tidak hanya sebagai aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sebagai ruang jeda psikologis, sarana refleksi diri, dan medium dukungan sosial yang membantu peserta meregulasi tekanan akademik. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental melalui aktivitas sederhana yang mudah diakses dan direplikasi. PKM ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan model pendampingan kesehatan mental mahasiswa pascasarjana yang berbasis aktivitas fisik, komunitas, dan pendekatan humanis, serta dapat menjadi rujukan awal bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam membangun ekosistem akademik yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Contractual disputes in Indonesia often lead to protracted conflicts, particularly in business contracts and commercial agreements. Formal litigation tends to be time-consuming, expensive, and has negative socio-economic impacts, creating an urgent need for more effective alternative resolutions. Legal mediation combined with restorative justice principles offers a solution that emphasizes efficiency, fairness, and the restoration of relationships between parties. This phenomenon emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach and a thorough understanding of mediation and restorative justice as contractual dispute mitigation strategies. This study explores the application of legal mediation integrated with restorative justice principles in resolving contractual disputes, as well as its impact on legal certainty and maintaining relationships between parties. This study also formulates an integrated approach model that accommodates formal law and restorative principles, while analyzing the role of mediators and legal barriers in mediation practice. The results are expected to provide a conceptual basis and policy recommendations for the development of non-litigation dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia and to enrich contemporary legal literature. This study uses a normative juridical approach with qualitative methods, focusing on the analysis of legal documents, literature, and regulations related to mediation and restorative justice. This approach integrates legal certainty with restorative justice principles to formulate a comprehensive contractual dispute resolution model while identifying legal gaps and innovations in mediation practices in Indonesia. The novelty of this research demonstrates that legal mediation combined with restorative justice increases the effectiveness of contractual dispute resolution, reduces conflict, and strengthens relationships between parties. This approach produces solutions that are both legally valid and socially just, and reduces the risk of recurrent litigation. The findings emphasize the importance of mediator capacity, regulatory reform, and adjustments to legal procedures to align with restorative justice principles. This research develops an integrated mediation model as a systematic and contextual innovation, offering implementation guidelines, mediator training, and regulatory harmonization. The novelty lies in the integration of legal certainty with restorative justice, opening a new paradigm to strengthen public trust in the legal system and providing a basis for further research in various contractual disputes.
