Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences for kebab product attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab. The method used in the study is the Fishbein Analysis Method. This study uses 9 product attributes based on literature study references, namely taste, price, product content, size, packaging, service, product quality, product safety and product variations. Based on the results of the study, consumer preferences towards kebab attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab have no negative value. The preference value for the price attribute is 21.47 which is very positive, taste is 19.75 which is very positive, product content is 18.74 which is positive, size is 17.92 which is positive, packaging is 16.23 which is positive, service is 17.99 which is positive, product quality is 20.73 which is very positive, product safety is 20.60 which is very positive and product variation is 17.91 which is positive. The value of consumer preference for Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab kebab products as a whole is positive, with a value of 171.34.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Sentosa Jaya is a company that focuses on retailing household needs and food products. An important part of retail operations is the layout arrangement and product display space. We chose PT Sentosa Jaya as a research subject to evaluate if there are uncertainties on activities in stores with limited space. The purpose of this study is to test and verify the existing layout at PT Sentosa Jaya using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. Based on the ARC results, the display room is prioritized as the main facility because it obtained the highest TCR score, which is 122. So, it is important to position other facilities with high A-value close together to facilitate operations. A strategic layout can improve the efficient use of space, labor, and equipment. By implementing a good layout, retail operations can be smoother and provide satisfaction to consumers in the shopping process. Abstrak. PT. Sentosa Jaya adalah perusahaan yang fokus pada ritel kebutuhan rumah tangga dan produk makanan. Bagian penting dari operasional ritel adalah susunan tata letak dan ruang display produk. Kami memilih PT. Sentosa Jaya sebagai subjek penelitian untuk mengevaluasi jika ada ketidakpastian pada aktivitas di toko dengan ruang terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian dan verifikasi terhadap tata letak yang ada di PT. Sentosa Jaya menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Berdasarkan hasil ARC, ruang display mendapat prioritas sebagai fasilitas utama karena memperoleh skor TCR tertinggi, yakni 122. Maka, penting untuk memposisikan fasilitas lain yang bernilai A tinggi berdekatan untuk memperlancar operasional. Tata letak yang strategis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan ruang, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan. Dengan menerapkan tata letak yang baik, operasional ritel dapat lebih lancar dan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dalam proses belanja.
