Abstract

By progressing of technology, it will help for making an application to detect some sympomts of epilepsi. The epilepsi is generally in all stage of age, baby, kids, adolescent, adult and old people. Epilepsi can be happened because of there is distraction of neuro in cerebelum so it will make awareness, emotion, halusination, convultions, and painful in head. By applying and implementing expert system is being an application that can diagnose epilepsi, so the doctors can diagnose faster, easier and efective. Beside that the expert system si usefull to replace human by using the computer program, it also help doctors to check their patient and the benefit of this system is really needed. Keywords: expert system, Neurology, Epilepsy

Abstract

. Implementation of the use of interactive computer aimed at fortifying early childhood of the influence of technology is increasingly rapidly with the behavior of their morals are in accordance with the norms of public life in accordance with religious rules in the village of Kreo Selatan so as to have the computer skills can help create tranquility, and comfort in social life. While the intended target of this activity is the use of interactive computer without removing the behavior and morality in public life. The solution in overcoming the problem for early childhood to use a computer that morals are in accordance with the wishes of the user (user friendly) by providing information and motivation of the use of interactive computer in objective to follow religious norms, so that can provide stimulation to children who wants to use the computer.Keywords: Computer interactive, Early childhood, Morals

Abstract

In business development, especially in education lately has develop very rapidly. Competition was very tight for achieving the best. By which UNINDRA (especially FTMIPA) has to have long term organization purposes to get advanced superior competition, that is by having ability to learn more fast compare to its competitors, the faster organization can learn about new knowledge, then organization has one step faster compare to its competitors. FTMIPA is an organization in process of learning to aim at learning organization, by which an organization simply said as learning organization if the learning process happen and done by all organization element, which impact on behaviour of it members. This research draws learning process in five learning discipline according to Senge, which is personal mastery, mentals models, shared vision team learning and system thinking, by referring to Senge concept about learning organization, it is interesting to search how far the five learning discipline implicate on communication inside organization together with growing motivation to learn from organization member, and how far the learning process implicate in level of students satisfaction. In this research also used CDC EZTEXT program as tools in resulting conclusion from data gathered. Abstract

Evaluasi pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatu proses untuk menentukan nilai atau jumlah keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan serta merupakan persyaratan dasar untuk mengendalikan dan mempertahankan mutu pelayanan. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan kesehatan adalah kompetensi tehnik terkait dengan ketrampilan, kemampuan dan penampilan pemberi pelayanan. Penelitian ini sangat menekankan pada tujuan sistem pelayanan rekam medis yaitu menyediakan informasi guna memudahkan pengelolaan dalam pelayanan kepada pasien dan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan manajerial (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, penilaian dan pengendalian), selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini dapat menemukan solusi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit yaitudengan menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis melalui pendekatan FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung evaluasi pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum di Tangerang. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan di beberapa Rumah Sakit di wilayah Tangerang. Untuk mencapai target tersebut dilakukan konsultasi dan interview dengan berbagai pakar teknologi informasi dan para akademisi yang menguasai bidang teknologi informasi. Mutu pelayanan dapat dinilai dengan melihat kecepatan, ketepatan, kelengkapan dan kejelasan informasi pelayanan yang diberikan. Sistem informasi rekam medis yang digunakan saat ini belum berjalan dengan baik karena petugas yang mengelola bagian rekam medis terbatas dengan tugas yang komplek, sehingga untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan kesehatan dengan kegiatan pengumpulan, pengolahan dan pelaporan data masih sulit dilaksanakan akibatnya Sistem informasi rekam medis yang digunakan belum dapat menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak manajemen secara rutin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditentukan 1 buah Rumah Sakit Umum di Tangerang yang membutuhkan rancangan system informasi Rekam Medis, yaitu RS Islam Asshobirin. Hal ini nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit tersebut,agar dapat memuaskan pengguna dan agar dapat bersaing baik ditingkat nasional maupun internasional. Kata kunci: sistem informasi rekam medis, FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique), teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Setiap saat penderita baru TBC paru muncul satu penderita baru TBC paru yang menular. Bahkan setiap empat menit sekali satu orang meninggal akibat TBC di Indonesia. Dalam dekade terakhir ini, angka kejadian TBC dilaporkan meningkat secara drastis di seluruh dunia. Demikian pula di Indonesia, dengan penduduk lebih dari 200 juta orang, Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga setelah India dan China. Bakteri ini bila masuk dan terkumpul di dalam paru-paru akan berkembang biak menjadi banyak (terutama pada orang dengan daya tahan tubuh yang rendah), dan dapat menyebar melalui pembuluh darah atau kelenjar getah bening ke bagian tubuh lainnya. Oleh karena itulah infeksi TBC dapat mengenai hampir seluruh organ tubuh, seperti paru-paru, otak, ginjal, saluran pencernaan, tulang, kelenjar getah bening, dan organ lainnya. Meskipun demikian organ tubuh yang paling sering terkena adalah paru-paru, karena merupakan tempat pertama yang dimasuki oleh kuman. Kata Kunci: Sistem, pakar, TBC Paru.

Abstract

In studying and visualizing computer devices students and students tend to experience difficulties when they want to learn and memorize computer units. This study aims to create a learning application about computer hardware by utilizing the development of Android-based smartphone technology using augmented reality technology. The development method used to build this application is the waterfall method. Making this application uses C # language and unity 3D game engine software. This application applies vuforia as SDK to create an augmented reality that runs on the Android OS and uses a virtual button located in the marker. This application provides information and displays 3D objects about computer hardware, specifically for processing units, namely processor, motherboard, RAM, hard drive and VGA. The chosen research subjects were students and students who had studied computer hardware components. This is determined to find out the difficulties faced by students and students in studying the material of computer hardware. The purpose of making this application is that students, students or even people outside the IT profession can study computer hardware material with the help of applications that provide 3D object models and relevant information without having to look at books or other media. Key Word : Android, Augmented Reality, Computer, Waterfall, Unity

Abstract

Public facilities such as mosque is needed in the region a tourist town one of them for worship, as for information regarding support facilities, schedule of activities which have been hard to come by, so with this research is to create a service facility information mosques integrated, up-to-date, easy and practical can be used on mobile phones that are generally based on android. So that the application is helpful to actively interact with each mosque activities. The research method used was survey data through interviews with the responsible officer then the appropriate data collection methods of observation and direct observation in the field. During the research process running the authors found it to be a potential in advancing prosperity Darussalam Mosque in Kota Wisata one of which is sustainability activity information with pilgrims, if this communication can be optimized with a variety of activities in Darussalam Mosque that it will be great potential in helping accelerate the progress of the mosque own. Finally, the authors concluded that the system has been running on this Darussalam Mosque should be developed again in the purpose of the progress and prosperity of Darussalam Mosque in Kota Wisata better. Information and communication will support the power that have developed between the pilgrims with the board Masjid Darussalam Kota Wisata.Keyword: Masjid Darussalam, Information and Android
