Abstract

Background and Study Aim. Dribbling skills have a crucial role in the achievement of a football player, especially at a young age level such as the SSB Medan Satria U-16 Football team. This study aims to investigate the effect of speed and agility on the dribbling skills of SSB U-16 Medan Satria students.Material and Methods. The method used in this research is experimental, the data collection techniques used are tests and measurements. The population in this study were SSB U-16 Medan Satria students. The sample taken from the results of purposive sampling amounted to 20 students. The instrument used is a dribbling skill test. Data analysis using the SPSS 26 application.Results. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so there is a significant effect of speed training on dribbling skills of soccer games. The application of agility training shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that there is a significant effect of agility training on dribbling skills of soccer games. Further results show the comparison between speed training and agility training shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between speed training and agility training, the results also provide information that speed training is better for improving dribbling skills.Conclusions.The results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the effect of speed and agility training on dribbling skills at the youth level. These findings can then be applied in the development of a more specific and focused training program, with the aim of improving the quality of each player's dribbling skills.

Abstract

Futsal has a significant impact on students, including elementary school students, as evidenced by the increasing number of futsal field facilities and the proliferation of elementary school and inter-club championships in various regions. The objectives of this study are as follows: First, to determine the impact of the Triangle Training Method on passing techniques among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III. Second, to assess improvements in passing skills among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III using the Triangle Training Method. Third, to determine the results of passing techniques among extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to systematically, objectively, and testably examine cause-and-effect relationships and research variables, utilizing measurements, observations, and theory testing. The research design selected was a Pre-Experimental Design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The results of this study indicate that the Triangle training method is effective in improving the basic passing technique of futsal extracurricular participants at SDN Mustikasari III in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Improvement of locomotor movement learning outcomes with a play approach for grade 1 elementary school students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany. Thesis. Faculty of Education. Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The researcher aims to improve the learning outcomes of locomotor movements (walking, running, jumping) of grade I students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany, Bekasi Regency, by using a play approach. The research method used is the Action Research method, Action research uses cycles, where each cycle has systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the research on classroom actions that have been carried out in 2 (two) cycles in this study, it can be concluded that: 1. The application of the play approach can improve the locomotor movement ability of students. 2. The data on the completeness of locomotor motion learning in the first cycle of the first meeting reached 33.33% and in the second meeting reached 41.67%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the first meeting reached 50% and in the second meeting, it reached 95.83%. 3. The application of the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of locomotor movements in grade I students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany for the 2024/2025 school year
