Abstract

In line with the public's need and demand for adequate transportation facilities, city streets are increasingly crowded and traffic is increasingly congested by motorized vehicles. Encouraging the development of the automotive industry in Indonesia more quickly and tends to increase every year. The market demand for motorized vehicles is faced by automotive motorbike manufacturers, one of which is PT Astra Honda Motor, Jembrana Regency State Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with the results of the research showing that variables X1 (Price) and ≤ 5% (0.05).

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the industries that has a major impact on Bali's economic growth. This study aims to explore the various factors that build important dimensions as a determinant of the formation of visitor experience in agro-tourism. The collecting data  by interviews related to the form of expectations and responses of visitors as informants about the Sibetan agro-tourism object. This type of data is for exploring the dimensions and factors that reflect the dimensions to construct a measurement scale. The next step is to classify by group category to build dimensions, then the data  processed using descriptive statistical analysis tools, namely confirmatory factor analysis.   The indicator that produces the largest loading factor is determined as the indicator that most strongly reflects the variable in question. This result shows that the better the Tourist Visit Experience to Sibetan Agrotourism object, Karangasem, the more loyal these visitors are to Sibetan Agrotourism object, Karangasem. Based on the results of the study, information was obtained that based on the Experience of Tourists visiting Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem the biggest factor influencing tourists to visit Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem is the Security factor, then followed by the Coolness of tourist objects, Service and Hospitality, Order and Uniqueness and Beauty of Sibetan Agrotourism objects, Karangasem. Tourist Visiting Experience to Sibetan Agrotourism Object, Karangasem has a positive and significant effect on Visitor Loyalty.

Abstract

The Tista Tourism Village MSME group has various business activities under the auspices of the Sari Merta Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes). One of the businesses that many local people are involved in is processing agricultural products. Things that become obstacles for MSMEs are product packaging and digital marketing, which causes a lack of product orders because they only rely on marketing in rural areas. This community service aims to provide knowledge about digitalization in the marketing sector so that it can reach potential buyers from outside the village and how to create attractive packaging to attract customers, thereby increasing product sales. The method used is to explain how important it is to sell online and practice the system using the Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia applications. And, for the packaging sector, training is provided on how to design product packaging and logos using the Canva application. This community service concludes that there has been an increase in sales of MSME products; this is based on the results of a questionnaire that has been given to the group, where the Tista Tourism Village MSME group has been able to market its products through digital applications.

Abstract

Employee performance is certainly considered crucial for a company because employee performance is a key determinant of a company's success. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, communication, and workload on employee performance. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. Quantitative methods are research methodologies that rely on positivism (concrete data), specifically numerical data that will be measured using statistics as a calculation tool. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Negara Branch. A questionnaire was distributed to 39 respondents. This study employed a saturated sampling method to determine the sample. The data analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, f-tests, and t-tests using SPSS version 22. The results of this study demonstrate that Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Communication variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Workload variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Based on the results of the F-test analysis, it is shown that the variables Work Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Workload (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Recommendations for PT Pegadaian Negara Branch include increasing employee motivation through reward programs and career development, improving internal communication by conducting effective communication training and opening feedback channels, and managing workload more optimally by adjusting task distribution and providing adequate resources.

Abstract

Keberhasilan siswa dalam perjalanan pendidikan tidak hanya terikat suatu upaya individu, namun juga terkena dampak oleh berbagai faktor eksternal, termasuk lingkungan belajar, kualitas pengajar. Lingkungan belajar dilembaga harus mendukung kenyamanan siswa untuk belajar, baik melalui suasana ruang kelas yang kondusif maupun hubungan sosial antara siswa dan pengajar. Lingkungan yang nyaman dan harmonis dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Kualitas pengajar dilembaga juga menjadi penentu utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan belajar dilembaga les terhadap keberhasilan siswa.Untuk memahami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan belajar kepada kesenangan siswa di BIMBA AIUEO unit Ketewel secara parsial.Untuk memahami apakah ketersediaan sarana belajar di BIMBA AIUEO sudah memadai dan nyaman bagi siswa.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan belajar terhadap siswa di BIMBA AIUEO Unit Ketewel. Penelitian memanfaatkan data primer yang dimana melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 45 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yaitu regresi linier berganda. Menurut hasil analisis, yang didapatkan pada  variabel lingkungan belajar (X1) dan kualitas pengajar (X2) dengan bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan siswa (Y), sebagaimana dibuktikan melalui hasil uji F dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat signifikansi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengajar merupakan faktor krusial dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar siswa. Pengajar yang memiliki kompetensi tinggi mampu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif dan kondusif, sehingga metode belajar mengajar berlangsung secara optimal dengan berdampak positif terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pasar modal Indonesia menawarkan prospek yang menjanjikan, dengan sekitar 12 juta investor—79% di antaranya berusia di bawah 40 tahun. Analisis harga saham sangat penting bagi investor, karena harga saham mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan dan memengaruhi keputusan investasi. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara harga saham perusahaan logistik dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas, margin laba bersih, dan rasio lancar dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Tujuh perusahaan dipilih untuk studi ini berdasarkan kriteria sampel tertentu dari populasi sebanyak tiga puluh tujuh. Teknik analitis yang digunakan meliputi koefisien determinasi (R²), regresi linier berganda, analisis deskriptif, uji F, uji t, dan uji asumsi klasik. Persamaan regresi yang ditentukan berdasarkan temuan adalah (-1.958) + (-0.180) X1 + 0.885X2 + 1.317X3 + 1.379. Informasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa meskipun rasio utang terhadap ekuitas dan rasio lancar memiliki pengaruh positif dan besar terhadap harga saham, margin laba bersih memiliki efek negatif yang tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga parameter keuangan ini menjelaskan 28% variasi harga saham, sementara faktor lain mempengaruhi 72% sisanya.

Abstract

Human resources of a company are an important element. To promote strong employee performance, pay and encourage work motivation are necessary. On work motivation acting intervening variables, the aim of this study was to ascertain how salary affects employee performance. 37 individuals were included in the sample through saturation sampling or census. Both questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. The Classical Assumption Test and the Path Analysis Test are the data analysis techniques used. The findings of this study show that salary has a direct impact on employee performance as well as an indirect impact through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) , Training Resource Availability (TRA), and Employee Perception Towards Training (EPT) on Employee Performance at PT. HARMONI PERMATA. The problems faced by the company are the mismatch between the training provided and the needs of employee work, as well as the limited resources that support the training. In addition, employee perceptions of training also affect the effectiveness of the program. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design, involving 30 employee respondents who have participated in training. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the three variables studied, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all three variables had a significant effect on employee performance. Employee Perception Towards Training (EPT) gave the most significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.50, followed by Training Needs Assessment (TNA) with a coefficient of 0.45, and Training Resource Availability (TRA) with a coefficient of 0.30. These findings indicate that training designed with employee needs in mind, supported by adequate resources, and received with positive perceptions can significantly improve employee performance.
