Abstract

This study aimed to determine the existence of social activities, cultural activities, religious activities on third party funds LPD Tabanan Regency in 2017. The study was conducted in all LPD in Tabanan Regency. The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sampling method and obtained 243 LPD that meet the criteria for sampling. The type of data used is in the form of quantitative data, namely LPD financial reports registered throughout Tabanan Regency. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, F-Test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that social activities, cultural activities and religious activities have a significant positive effect on LPD third party funds. The implications of this research for rural credit institutions, strived to continue to improve the empowerment of third party funds for social, cultural and religious activities carried out in the village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. This study is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. The population used was 45 employees who were also used as research samples, namely 45 respondents. The test of this research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, T test and F test and standardized coefficient beta. The results show that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of 0.535 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, (2) communication has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of of 0.450 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05, (3) leadership and communication simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a calculated F value of 22.365 > F table of 3.22 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 , (4) leadership has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a standardized coefficient beta value of 0.454 > standardized coefficient beta communication of 0.380.

Abstract

Kukuh Village is one of the villages located in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. One of the home industry entrepreneurs in Kukuh Village is now using banana tree midrib which can be processed as a snack for banana stem chips. Banana stem chips are one of the unique snacks known in Bali as Gedebong Chips. The home industry players who make banana midrib chips have difficulty in marketing the products they produce, so that not many people know about this  banana stem chips. Social media is one of the tools used in marketing products digitally to increase sales. Whether it's through social media Instagram, facebook, whatsapp, tik tok and other social media. The method of implementing this activity provides counseling and direct practice to home industry business actors regarding how to use social media and how to market products. This community service aims to maximize the use of social media in increasing sales of home industry products for banana stem chips.

Abstract

This review expects to test and exhibit the meaning of the way that the liquidity (current proportion), capital power, stock force, influence (obligation to resource proportion), and benefit (return on resources) of organizations in the shopper products industry that are recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade impact charge evasion. This study uses a quantitative; the general population in this study was 209 purchaser items industry associations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study covered a four-year period, from 2018 to 2021. A sample of 25 businesses was chosen using purposeful sampling based on a variety of factors. Methods of data analysis include the coefficient of determination test, the multiple linear regression test, the model feasibility test (F), and the classical assumption test. Companies in the consumer goods sector that do not pay taxes that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are unaffected by the variable liquidity, according to the study. The Capital Intensity variable makes it much less likely for companies in the Consumer Goods Industry that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to avoid paying taxes. On the Indonesia Stock Trade, tax avoidance by Buyer Merchandise Industry Organizations is unaffected by influence variable. The profitability variable has no effect on companies in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange evading taxes. The variables Liquidity, Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, Leverage) and Profitability have an adjusted R square value of 0.114, indicating that they can explain 11.4% of tax avoidance, while other variables outside of this research model can explain the remaining 88.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk menganalis pengaruh peran lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen 3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penlitian ini dilakukan di Toko UD Polos yang terletak di Jalan Raya Kerambitan,Tabanan, Bali. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online melalui google form kepada konsumen atau pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. jumlah sampel yang diperlukan 96 responden. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 24.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 1). Peran lokasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Modern di Kecamatan Kerambitan. 2) kelengkapan produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Modern di Kecamatan Kerambitan.3) harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Modern di Kecamatan Kerambitan.

Abstract

In annual activities, community service must be carried out by the campus in fulfillment of its obligation to transfer academic knowledge to the community. Problems in the field are usually not in accordance with the theory that has been studied, so it is necessary to have real learning for students. This real work lecture activity helps lecturers and students collaborate together in solving problems in the village. The location chosen was Belumbang Tourism Village, Tabanan Bali. There are several obstacles that occur, especially the new operation of the village as a tourist village. This makes the village head need to prepare the community in tourism activities in the area. One of them is from awareness about tourist attractions in the area. In addition, homestay accommodation is very potential considering that there is only one villa owned by the local community in this area. Therefore, it is important for local communities to be involved in tourism activities in tourist villages. This service activity includes an introduction, main activities and activity outputs. The results of this service include socialization about tourism potential, waste management and homestay accommodation. Then other services in the form of teaching to elementary school students. It is hoped that this activity can continue, to assist the village to be ready to become a tourist village that can compete with other villages.

Abstract

This research is based on a formulation of problems, namely whether there is an influence of financial literacy on student personal financial management, whether there is an influence on the quality of financial learning on student personal financial management, whether there is an influence of financial planning on student personal financial management. The benefit of this research is that it can contribute and support the progress of financial literacy, know the factors that affect financial management, and can add insight in the field of financial management. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution to active students at universities, Faculty of Business and Tourism, Triatma Mulya University, PSDKU Jembarana using Likert scale. The population in this study was 100 students of the Faculty of Business and Tourism, Traitama Mulya University, PSDKU Jembrana. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling techniques, with 90 samples. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study stated that financial literacy has a positive effect on student financial management, the quality of financial learning has a positive effect on student financial management, and financial planning has a positive effect on student financial management.

Abstract

The Tista Tourism Village MSME group has various business activities under the auspices of the Sari Merta Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes). One of the businesses that many local people are involved in is processing agricultural products. Things that become obstacles for MSMEs are product packaging and digital marketing, which causes a lack of product orders because they only rely on marketing in rural areas. This community service aims to provide knowledge about digitalization in the marketing sector so that it can reach potential buyers from outside the village and how to create attractive packaging to attract customers, thereby increasing product sales. The method used is to explain how important it is to sell online and practice the system using the Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia applications. And, for the packaging sector, training is provided on how to design product packaging and logos using the Canva application. This community service concludes that there has been an increase in sales of MSME products; this is based on the results of a questionnaire that has been given to the group, where the Tista Tourism Village MSME group has been able to market its products through digital applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pengetahuan keuangan, gaya hidup, dan sikap terhadap uang mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Dalam penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif ini, 97 ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan, disurvei. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 22 menguji hipotesis. Sikap paling meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga, tetapi ketiga variabel memiliki efek yang menguntungkan dan substansial. Temuan ini sesuai oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan akibat keterbatasan gaji serta gaya hidup konsumtif menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan gaya hidup terhadap manajemen keuangan mahasiswa PSDKU Jembrana Universitas Triatma Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 92 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert lima poin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen keuangan mahasiswa. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, sikap keuangan dan literasi keuangan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi keuangan dan sikap bijak dalam membentuk perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat. Kesimpulannya, mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan finansial serta mengembangkan sikap dan gaya hidup yang mendukung keseimbangan keuangan pribadi sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan.
