Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang lebih mendalam dari persaingan sumber daya manusia terhadap keterampilan pelaporan keuangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan strategi literature review. 20 artikel penelitian yang relevan dijadikan sebagai data sekunder dan dijadikan sebagai sumber penelitian. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk mencari database Google Scholar digunakan untuk memilih artikel. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persaingan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kapabilitas pelaporan keuangan. Selain itu, pengguna laporan keuangan dianggap mampu membuat keputusan ekonomi yang lebih baik dengan bantuan keterampilan laporan keuangan yang kuat. Ketika sumber daya manajemen siklus yang kompeten tersedia, laporan keuangan akan lebih akurat, efisien, dan efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi suatu organisasi atau lembaga dalam rangka mendorong persaingan sumber daya manusia dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has driven major changes in business, with an increase in online activities such as working, studying and shopping. MSME players must adapt to this condition, utilizing digital marketing to market their products. The service team held outreach and training to increase MSMEs' understanding of the benefits of digital marketing, encouraging the use of social media in marketing. Observation, socialization and training methods are expected to increase participants' knowledge in using online media as a marketing tool, open wider market opportunities and increase business income. This activity aims to increase the digital literacy of MSMEs, overcome digital technology obstacles, and strengthen product marketing through digital marketing.

Abstract

The service program carried out at the Auradherma company which operates in the field of beauty clinic services, the aim to be achieved in this service activity is to provide motivation and direction related to improving employee performance, this activity was attended by all Auradherma employees totaling 50 participants from various work departments which is in Auradherma. Organizational performance is highly dependent on the quality of human resources, and employee performance is influenced by understanding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and accurate performance assessments. It is hoped that this service program can have a significant impact on improving employee performance by prioritizing quality and service amidst competition in the beauty business which is currently developing in several regions and is one of the components of society's current needs.

Abstract

The village of Blendung, located in the Ulujami sub-district, Pemalang Regency, faces various social and economic challenges, including high unemployment rates and declining incomes due to limited job access and the impact of tidal flooding. One of the efforts to increase community income is through training in making presto milkfish, aimed at empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the fish processing sector. This training is designed to enhance community skills in diversifying milkfish-based products, such as boneless milkfish, fish cakes, and smoked milkfish, as well as introducing digital marketing strategies to expand the market.The methods used include a participatory approach in processing and packaging technology training, as well as social media-based marketing education. The results of the training showed an improvement in the skills and understanding of participants regarding the production and marketing processes of value-added products. This program also contributes to the growth of local MSMEs, which have significant potential in supporting the regional economy.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the safety compliance and service quality of gas station (SPBU) operators in Semarang through a structured refresher training initiative. The training was conducted over eight days and involved 120 participants from eight different SPBU locations. The program adopted a comprehensive approach by combining theoretical sessions, practical simulations, and role-playing exercises tailored to address real-world scenarios faced by SPBU personnel. Key training components included emergency response protocols, customer service excellence, complaint management, and adherence to safety procedures. The outcomes of the program showed measurable improvements. Post-training evaluations revealed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and understanding of operational safety and service standards. Additionally, a notable reduction in emergency response times was observed during simulated drills. Feedback collected from the participants indicated enhanced confidence in handling routine operations, responding to customer complaints, and executing emergency procedures. This reflects the program’s success in not only increasing technical competence but also in boosting the professional demeanor of SPBU staff. Despite its success, the program encountered challenges, particularly in aligning the training schedule with participants’ daily work commitments, which occasionally hindered full attendance. To ensure long-term impact and continuity, the program recommends implementing annual refresher training sessions in collaboration with local safety and regulatory authorities. This would foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance among SPBU operators, ultimately contributing to safer and more efficient fuel service operations in the region. Overall, the initiative highlights the critical role of ongoing professional development in enhancing service delivery and maintaining high safety standards in the fuel retail sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Work Environment and Employee Performance, and examines the role of Digital Literacy as a moderating variable in this relationship. Employee performance is a vital indicator of organizational success. The quality of the work environment is believed to be a major predictor of performance, but the effectiveness of the work environment in the digital era is highly dependent on employees' ability to utilize technology. This study specifically aims to determine whether Digital Literacy strengthens or weakens the influence of the work environment on performance. The research method used is quantitative with a survey design. The population of this study is permanent employees in the creative industry sector in Bandung City, with a sample of 150 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a validated and tested questionnaire for reliability, measuring variables of Work Environment (physical and non-physical), Employee Performance, and Digital Literacy. Data analysis was performed using EViews 12 software, through the stages of Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by estimating the interaction model. Classical assumption tests, including heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, were also conducted using EViews to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results showed that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Crucial findings from the MRA analysis using EViews prove that Digital Literacy significantly moderates the relationship (significant interaction variable coefficient). The moderation that occurs is strengthening (strengthening effect), which indicates that the higher the level of digital literacy possessed by employees, the greater the contribution of a positive work environment to improving their performance. The managerial implication of this study is the need for synergy between work facility improvement policies (Work Environment) and technology utilization competency improvement programs (Digital Literacy) to achieve optimal Employee Performance.
