Abstract

Background. Leadership is the process by which a leader impacts the conduct of his subordinates in order for them to collaborate and work successfully in order for the organization's goals to be met. Research Purpose. This research aims to determine education leadership. Research Method. By gathering literature (material materials) from books, journals, and other sources pertaining to the field of educational administration, researchers employ the literature study approach. In order to create the article, more precise information on educational leadership resources will be gathered from these sources. The material will thereafter be arranged and modified to fit relevant conversations. Findings. The leadership style of a leader in inspiring personnel to carry out corporate operations will decide the firm's or organization's effectiveness. A number of employees expect to be treated by leaders who are open and flexible in their work, while others hope that the leadership corrects more bad work because this will make subordinates work less productive and less participative in decision making. Conclusion. Leadership is a branch of management that includes planning and organizing, but its primary job is to persuade others to achieve their goals.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to understand the developmental process in early childhood. Writing this article uses the literature method, namely collecting reading sources from previous journals to find out actions in social development in early childhood. The results of this article were obtained from sources from journals covering early childhood social issues as well as social behavior which includes actions such as: sharing, cooperation, helping, donations, honesty. Where this social behavior is very influential in the social development of children, especially early childhood. The characteristics of early childhood social development include the ability to interact, children are able to share and take turns, and children have a sense of empathy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMPS Nusa Indah. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh kenyataan bahwa proses pembelajaran IPS masih didominasi metode ceramah, sehingga siswa kurang aktif, kreatif, dan kritis dalam memahami konsep sosial. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan model pembelajaran inovatif seperti Project Based Learning dan Problem Based Learning yang menekankan keterlibatan siswa secara langsung dalam kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas VIII, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif mampu meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran IPS. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis, kerjasama kelompok, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Guru juga lebih kreatif dalam merancang pembelajaran yang interaktif dan bermakna. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran inovatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan IPS di SMPS Nusa Indah, baik dari segi proses maupun hasil belajar siswa.
