Abstract

The Quran contains teachings that regulate human life in all aspects and its teachings apply at all times. The teachings in the Koran are universal, which means that the teachings of the Quran can be practiced by all mankind. This is no exception regarding communication as a human activity in everyday life. This research attempts to find the principles of conveying messages in the Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The research was conducted using a literature review method (library research). Researchers explore data and information from the Quran, the Book of Hadith, the Book of Tafsir, journals, books, documents, records of historical stories or pure literature research related to the research object. The research results found that the principles of conveying messages in the Al-Quran include: Qoulan Sadida, Qoulan Ma'rufa, Qoulan Baligha, Qoulan Maiysura, Qoulan Layyina, Qoulan Karima. The values ​​taught in these principles are honesty, justice, kindness, straight, smooth, polite, appropriate, respectful, solemn, optimistic, beautiful, pleasant, logical, eloquent, clear, precise, touching, harmonious, impressive, calm, effective, gentle, generous, gentle, and humble.

Abstract

Abstrak Kemajuan arus modernisasi yang bersamaan dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan teknologi (IPTEK) akan semakin mewarnai komunikasi ataupun hubungan yang berlangsung di masyarakat secara luas. Terlebih kembali kehidupan beragama yang itu merupakan inti sendi manusia di dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya di masa modernisasi ini. Upaya dan langkah perfentif di dalam membersamai perkembangan arus modernisasi ini adalah dengan selalu memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah nilai dan implementasinya bagi kehidupan. Ditambah konsentrasi para pegiat dakwah untuk terus memperhatikan terbarukannya pola dan dinamika penyampaian pesan agama, baik metode, strategi, dan sikap di dalam mengantisipasi kecenderungan masyarakat. Da’I dalam hal ini harus terus dituntut selalu menginofasi motodeloginya di dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah. Sebab perkembangan zaman dan globalisasi akan mudah menggerus pola-pola lama dan menghilang jikalau tidak ada upaya di dalam menginofasinya secara efektif. Penelitian ini adalah upaya peninjauan integrasi strategi dakwah era modern yang dinamis seiring dengan perubahan zaman. Dengan mengedepankan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai tabulasi dan kemasan datanya adalah literature riview atau kajian pustaka (library reaserch). Dengan luaran adalah da’I mampu mengintegrasikan arus modernisasi ini kedalam dakwahnya. Sehingga dakwah ini tetap bernilai pesan Islamnya, namun juga tidak meninggalkan perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dijadikan sebagai alat (wasilah dakwah). Artinya pendakwah mampu turut dan ikut serta di dalam meramaikan perkembangan zaman yang berupaya menjelaskan syariat Islam dari sisi modernisnya. Dan orientasi dakwah di era ini adalah bagaiman pendekatan dakwah kepada mad’u yang secara notabene adalah akumulasi masyarakat modern dengan mengikuti trend masyarakatnya. Dengan menggunakan metode bi al tadwin atau pemanfaatan media dan langkah perfentif pendekatan bil hikmah wal mauizah hasanah. Selaras dengan da’I merupakan individu yang harus juga mampu menguasai wawasan materi, metode, media, IPTEK yang relevansi penyampaian pesan dakwah kepada mad’u adalah masyarakat modern. Kata Kunci: Integrasi Gerakan Dakwah, Modernisasi dan Perkembangan Teknologi

Abstract

The development and existence of Islam until now with its existence is one of the struggles and da'wah movements that always initiate its delivery to the people and nature. Da'wah has started since the time of the Prophet Muhammad Saw until now, with many upheavals and struggles in grounding Islam through da'wah. There are many verses of Allah Swt that discuss da'wah, such as QS. Ali Imran; 104, 110, QS. An Nahl; 125 and many others similar to the phrase da'wah. If we look back at the preaching struggle of Rosulullah Saw while in Mecca, it is essential to try to invite and call the Quraysh to leave the ignorance of their lives to the way of Allah Swt. So that the main pointer of the content of the Prophet's preaching is human servitude to the Oneness of Allah Swt (tauhid). The core of the first da'wah that must be conveyed is about monotheism to Allah Swt and as the foundation of the movement of human dignity. In various ways and efforts, the Prophet's da'wah both in Mecca and Medina had different characteristics of distributing Islamic information. Departing from the understanding of culture, culture, and wisdom of the community that made the Prophet determine different methods in delivering his da'wah. The development of the people, especially the first to instil monotheism to the people, and the second to build a system of society in sharia. Such is the Islamic civilisation from the way of da'wah as Islam that we know today from the Prophet Muhammad Saw struggling to expand his da'wah departing from Mecca and Medina. So that the Prophet's mission of da'wah is to strengthen the internalisation of the ummah and develop relationships with outside the ummah. This means that this is how the teachings of Islam brought by Rosulullah Saw so that it can build an exclusive and moderate da'wah paradigm. And the Prophet Muhammad's da'wah at that time was the main reference for the life of Islamic society in the midst of diverse and complex streams. As well as the foundation of the struggle and movement of da'wah how da'wah should live and last in the midst of a pluralistic society with its heterogeneity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational thought of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari as presented in the book Adab Al-‘Ālim wa Al-Muta‘allim. This type of research is a literature review, which involves examining and analyzing various scholarly sources such as books, journals, and relevant articles. The data collection tool consists of written documents relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which involves reviewing the content, meaning, and relevance of literature sources to systematically and critically formulate conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, the book Adab al-‘Ālim wa al-Muta‘allim by KH. Hasyim Asy’ari emphasizes that adab (ethics and manners) is the main foundation in Islamic education to attain the blessings of knowledge. The book elaborates in detail the ethics of both teachers and students, emphasizing that mastery of knowledge must be accompanied by noble character. Teachers are expected to be role models in patience, sincerity, and moral responsibility, while students must have sincere intentions, respect their teachers, and be diligent in learning. By referring to classical scholars' thoughts, the book remains relevant across generations, stressing the importance of education that touches the intellect, heart, and moral values holistically

Abstract

This research aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in dealing with students' delinquent behavior. The research location is Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Akhlak Biaro Baru. The method used in this research is qualitative. The research sample consisted of 6 people consisting of 1 school principal, 1 Guidance Counseling teacher, 1 Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, and 3 students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the final step is drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research stated that the supporting factors for the guidance and counseling teacher's strategy in overcoming delinquent behavior were that the principal and homeroom teacher supported the existence of counseling guidance activities, students with these activities experienced changes, little by little leaving behind the actions they experienced. Meanwhile, factors inhibiting guidance and counseling teachers from overcoming delinquent behavior include non-existent guidance and counseling rooms, inadequate guidance and counseling facilities, lack of time, and entrenched delinquent behavior.

Abstract

Digitizing government by utilizing the Internet, Communication, and Technology (ICT) is one of the biggest focuses on innovative actions and reforms through various instruments towards improving the quality of public service outcomes. This research discussed the governmental innovation and reform in the South Sumatera Provincial government, which has been trying to increase and improve governmental working transparency and accountability, public management system, and public service improvements known as “E-Sumsel.” By employing qualitative methods, the data collected and extracted from library research such as books, journals as well as the internet. Based on the result, it was found that “E-Sumsel” programs were established to shape digitalizing public management system and for democratic public service transparency and accountability. By focusing on transformations, the South Sumatera provincial government established “E-Sumsel” programs for showing any information about the information such as business opportunities, as well as about the government working. Meanwhile, it has identified several challenges in establishing “E-Sumsel” programs in the South Sumatera government, which remains high-incidence fiefdoms and a strong vertical orientation conspicuous among the governmental agencies. It needs further development to be resolved by creating a new innovative strategy to harmonize the provincial governmental standard operating systems in improving quality public management and public service. For this reason, innovative government action through “E-Sumsel” is very important mode to exist continuously in administrative reform in government institutions with governance innovation that influences each other.
