Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the performance of shares and bonds in the Indonesian capital market during a certain period. This research will use qualitative methods and also a literature review. The aim is to gain knowledge about stock and bond trading on the Indonesian stock exchange, as well as carry out a comparative analysis between the two. Literary research is carried out by studying various sources such as books, journals, company annual reports, and websites to obtain information about financial theories and concepts, bonds, and capital markets. Apart from that, we also examine fundamental and external factors that influence stock prices, business operations and bonds on the Indonesian stock exchange. Our analysis shows that factors such as macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, and market sentiment play an important role in determining company performance. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insights for investors and financial decision makers in understanding and exploiting investment opportunities in the Indonesian capital market. By understanding the differences and performance characteristics of stocks and bonds, investors can develop diverse and effective portfolio strategies to achieve long-term investment goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha usaha Mie Gacoan, warung makan yang populer dengan konsep mie pedas bertingkat. Studi kelayakan ini dilakukan melalui evaluasi berbagai aspek seperti hukum, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pasar dan pemasaran, keuangan, risiko usaha, dan dampak lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait serta analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mie Gacoan mempunyai potensi yang tinggi untuk bertahan dan berkembang. Dari aspek finansial, analisis menunjukkan hasil positif dengan perolehan keuntungan dan periode pengembalian yang cepat. Aspek pemasaran dan operasional juga turut menunjang keberlangsungan usaha ini di tengah tingginya permintaan terhadap makanan pedas. Meski menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan dan perubahan tren konsumen, Mie Gacoan dinilai layak karena keunggulan dalam pelayanan, inovasi produk, dan prospek pertumbuhan yang baik di pasar makanan pedas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Dampak Globalisasi Terhadap Perdagangan Internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Dampak globalisasi ekonomi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, 2) Kebijakan Perdagangan Internasional Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Negara Berkembang, dan 3) Dampak ekspor impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kegiatan globalisasi telah membawa beberapa dampak positif dan negatif pada perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu dampak postifnya ialah peningkatan aktivitas perdagangan internasional dan investasi asing. Sementara dampak negatifnya ialah persaingan dari negara lain yang semakin meningkat. Adapun Keuntungan dari perdagangan internasional meliputi peningkatan pendapatan negara, cadangan devisa, investasi modal, dan bertambahnya peluang kerja. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan literature review. Ekspor dan impor adalah dua komponen penting dalam sistem ekonomi suatu negara. Mereka memainkan peran kunci dalam menentukan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara.Kata Kunci : Globalisasi, Perekonomian, Perdagangan Internasional

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality of Bolu Menara MSMEs on buying interest of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. Product quality is seen as a major factor that determines purchasing decisions, especially among students. The study used quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the product quality of Bolu Menara has a significant and positive influence on students' purchase intention, with a contribution of 77.4%. Aspects of texture, taste, packaging, and price are important indicators in determining buying interest. The conclusion of this study is that improving product quality has the potential to increase the attractiveness of Bolu Menara as the top choice in the student market. These findings provide strategic insights for MSMEs to develop products that suit the preferences of young consumers.
