This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of facility and service quality on customer satisfaction (study at salon Anne beauty house, Citraland, Benowo District, Surabaya). The type of research used in this study is to use descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique that is accidental sampling amounted to 112 respondents. The datasets in this study were analyzed using the multiple linear regression test in SPSS version 26. It is well established through data analysis that both facility and service quality have a favorable and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer happiness is influenced positively and significantly by amenities and service quality. 44.8 percent of the independent factors in this study have an impact on customer satisfaction. The rest of the 55.2 percent is influenced by other factors that weren't in this study.

A very important role for a trading or service company is marketing. An attractive marketing strategy is to be able to maintain advantages, improve the quality of products and services as well as prices that are appropriate in the eyes of customers. In order to maintain the business cycle, service companies must pay attention to the quality of service and the atmosphere of the restaurant so that customers feel comfortable. The type of research used is descriptive research. This research was conducted on 100 respondents of Sushi Tei Ciputra World Surabaya customers. The sampling technique used in this study is the incidental technique. The data analysis techniques used are (1) validity and reliability test of the questionnaire items, (2) multiple linear regression test. Then the regression model is tested for the hypothesis that is simultaneously (F test), partially (t test) and the dominant variable. This study aims to explain the causal relationship between service quality factors, restaurant atmosphere factors and price factors on customer satisfaction through hypothesis testing. Based on hypothesis testing, it was obtained that simultaneously the service quality factor, restaurant atmosphere factor and price factor had an influence on customer satisfaction of 14.394. And when viewed from the Adjusted R Square that is equal to 28.9%, while based on the t test (partially) the component of the service quality variable that dominantly affects customer satisfaction is 0.450.

Human resources are a very important factor in the current era of globalization. Because the success of a company is determined by the quality of its human resources. Therefore, to be able to develop, companies must implement good and efficient management. This study aims to determine the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Artline Globalindo, the partial effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of CV. Artline Globalindo, and to determine the simultaneous effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV. Artline Globalindo. In this study using quantitative methods, with a population of all employees CV. Artline Globalindo, totaling 81 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling technique and a sampling method using simple random sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study based on the t-test of work motivation (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the F test with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance variable (Y).

The research aims to analyze the influence of training, motivation and work environment on the performance of PT KAI (Persero) employees at Pasar Turi Station, Surabaya. Quantitative research method with questionnaire instruments. Sample of 60 employees and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research results partially prove that training has a significant effect on employee performance. partially work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. partially the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously training, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between compensation and work stress on employee work performance at PT. Federal International Finance, Pos Tandes Surabaya branch. The population and sample used as subjects in this study were 37 employees of PT. Federal International Finance, Pos Tandes Surabaya branch. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 18 statistical calculation software showed that there is an influence between compensation and work stress on employee work performance. Employee work performance will increase if compensation is increased and work stress is reduced. The author's suggestion is that companies continue to pay attention to compensation and work stress so that employee work performance can always increase and company goals can be achieved.
