Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia yang begitu pesat dengan hadirnya media sosial telah menimbulkan fenomena hadirnya Buzzer di Indonesia. Buzzer yang hadir pada sistem politik Indonesia telah memberikan banyak pengaruh, salah satunya sebagai penggiring opini di media sosial untuk tujuan tertentu. Beranjak dari permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor bagaimana peran buzzer dalam proses pengembangan opini di media sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Dari penelitian hasil tinjauan pustaka ini mengungkap peran buzzer dalam interaksi dan penyebaran informasi terkait opini tertentu menggunakan media sosial lebih sering menggunakan Twitter sebagai wadah untuk menggiring opini publik dengan cara penggunaan hastag-hastag dengan tujuan trending topic. Dalam pengembangan opini buzzer menggunakan narasi-narasi, konten, meme berupa foto dan video yang dijadikan sebagai materi penggiringan opini. Bahkan, ditemukan bahwa narasi teks lebih dapat mempermudah dalam menggiring opini publik. Selain itu, penelitian ini berhasil mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi jenis dan sumber opini media sosial yang diteliti.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the management of educators and educational staff development to improve the quality of education. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The purpose of this research is to describe as a whole and thoroughly the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants were the principal, curriculum section, teachers, and five students as respondents. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman data analysis include reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that in the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education, there are several aspects or steps: preparing programs or planning, determining needs, determining targets, determining programs, identifying learning principles, implementing programs, identifying benefits, and evaluating programs. The method used in developing educators and educational staff is on-the-job training and off-the-job training. This study implies increasing insight into managing educational institutions. The implication can develop the skills of each educator and education staff in maximizing existing programs in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Marketing Communication Division of Astronacci International in strengthening brand presence through structured, integrated communication strategies and optimal digital media utilization. The research is based on a four–month internship program in which the author was actively involved in content production, editing video, and coordination with the team. A descriptive qualitative method was used, employing observation, interviews, internal documentation, and literature study as data collection techniques. The findings show that the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), message consistency, the use of the SOSTAC framework, and digital media integration significantly contribute to enhancing brand visibility, forming positive public perception, and strengthening two–way engagement with audiences. This study emphasizes that optimizing marketing communication strategies is essential for maintaining competitiveness within the financial education industry.
