Abstract

Information and communication technology have influenced various aspects of life, including education. In the context of schools, using administration-based applications has become increasingly important to facilitate and enhance the efficiency of administrative processes. This abstract presents an overview of the utilization of the edu-Panda application in MAN 2 Kota Malang (a high school in Malang City) and its impact on the effectiveness of school administration management. This study aims to describe implementing an educational management information system (MIS) that includes utilizing management information systems and its implementation on administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation as supporting evidence. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative techniques, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher employs triangulation techniques, including source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the planning of the edu-Panda application in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang is based on the school's needs. After the system development is completed, a feasibility test is conducted before reaching the system installation phase. Thus, the system can operate according to its intended purpose. The implementation of the edu-Panda application in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang can be used to track attendance, information, allowances, graduation, and matters related to personnel and academics. Based on the five dimensions of service quality used to assess and measure service quality in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, the services in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang are considered good.   Keywords: Management Information System, edu-Panda, Staffing, Academic

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan cita-cita yang ingin dimiliki oleh setiap Lembaga Pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya pengelolaan mutu Pendidikan yang dilakukan melalui manajemen kurikulum. Usaha yang dilakukan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses manajemen kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk dalam Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah negeri 1 Nganjuk dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis daya yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan pada bagian akhir. Dan menggunakan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Kurikulum merdeka belajar yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk dengan Pengambilan Kebijakan Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka, Analisis pembagian beban kerja Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Koordinasi Perencanaan Kurikulum Merdeka Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk dengan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul U’la dan Penyusunan Kurikulum operasional Madrasah; (2) bentuk implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk melalui pembelajaran intrakurikuler Pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler dan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Rahmatan Lil Al-Amin; (3) Evaluasi kurikulum yang diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Nganjuk adalah evaluasi input, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi output penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Abstract

This training aims to provide knowledge and skills for madrasa teachers under the auspices of LP Ma'arif Kab. Malang in making effective and interesting interactive learning media using Google Site; This activity was held on Saturday, May 20 2023 at MINU Al Istiqomah, Malang Regency. Teachers who take part in this training are expected to be able to develop skills in designing and compiling interactive learning content that fits the needs of students and can integrate various interactive elements, such as images, videos, and external links, into the learning media they create. Participants in this activity consisted of 15 teachers who took part in training on making interactive learning media using Google Sites. Conducted in two phases, the first phase provides material on the concepts and benefits of Google Sites as a learning medium, and the second phase directly exercises creating and operating Google Sites as a medium. study. The training combines material presentation methods, hands-on practice and direct debriefing. Due to this training activity, all participants in the training were representatives of the teachers of LP Madrasah. Ma'arif Kab. Malang can understand the concepts and benefits of Google sites and can create and use them as an interactive learning medium. Recommendations for future training are to involve more participants and track the long-term effects of using interactive learning media in educational settings

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the management of educators and educational staff development to improve the quality of education. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The purpose of this research is to describe as a whole and thoroughly the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants were the principal, curriculum section, teachers, and five students as respondents. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman data analysis include reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that in the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education, there are several aspects or steps: preparing programs or planning, determining needs, determining targets, determining programs, identifying learning principles, implementing programs, identifying benefits, and evaluating programs. The method used in developing educators and educational staff is on-the-job training and off-the-job training. This study implies increasing insight into managing educational institutions. The implication can develop the skills of each educator and education staff in maximizing existing programs in schools.
