Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional dan manajemen TU merupakan sebuah elemen yang saling berhubungan jika dipandukan untuk peningkatan dan kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Sesuai dengan beberapa penemuan penelitian gaya transformasional sangat dibutuhkan untuk kualitas kerja pegawai sehingga pada manajemen TU akan mendukung peningkatan kerja dengan manajemen yang diterapkan di MAN 2 Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan manajemen TU terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 2 Kota Malang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis peenelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden yang merupakan tenaga kependidikan di MAN 2 Kota Malang. Berdasarkan pengujian secara koefisisen Determinasi (R2) ditemukan hasil 24,9% pada X1 ke Y dan pada X2 ke Y hasilnya 0,03%. Dan untuk Uji t dari H1 0,006 <0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,990 > t tabel 2,052 yang artinya berpenagruh, dari H2 sebesar 0,808 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung -0.241 <  t tabel 2,052 tidak berpengaruh dan untuk Uji F H3 nilai 4,516 > F tabel 3,34 dikatakan secara simultan berpengaruh.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to challenge the Implementation of the concept and design of Independent Curriculum Management in improving the Quality of Education at the junior high school level. The methodology or approach used in this paper uses a library research method or procedure. At the same time, data collection is carried out by studying and exploring several journals, books, and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as other sources of data and or information that are considered relevant to the study; the purpose of this study is to find out the Implementation of the concept and design of Independent Curriculum Management in improving the Quality of Education, The results of this study concluded that the Implementation of the idea of independent curriculum education in improving the quality of education integrates literacy skills, knowledge skills, skills and attitudes as well as mastery of technology. The independent curriculum is a program expected to restore learning, which offers three characteristics, including project-based learning for developing soft skills and attributes following the profile of Pancasila students, learning on essential materials, and a more flexible curriculum structure.

Abstract

This paper focused on challenging the challenges of the world of education in developing human resource management (MSDM) in Islamic education. Abstract

The focus of this research is on the management of educators and educational staff development to improve the quality of education. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The purpose of this research is to describe as a whole and thoroughly the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants were the principal, curriculum section, teachers, and five students as respondents. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman data analysis include reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that in the management of educators and educational staff development in improving the quality of education, there are several aspects or steps: preparing programs or planning, determining needs, determining targets, determining programs, identifying learning principles, implementing programs, identifying benefits, and evaluating programs. The method used in developing educators and educational staff is on-the-job training and off-the-job training. This study implies increasing insight into managing educational institutions. The implication can develop the skills of each educator and education staff in maximizing existing programs in schools.
