Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality Of Work Life, Work Environment, Religiosity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and analyze the mediating role of Job Satisfaction on OCB. This research is quantitative (survey). The type of data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 124 employees of Malang City Digital Startup. Data analysis using descriptive analysis of PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS application version 4. Based on research in the field, the results obtained are: Quality of work life, Work Environment and Religiosity   has a significant positive effect on OCB through Job Satisfaction. The results of this study answer the hypothesis or research gap from the previous literature and deepen OCB employee research in the field of digital startups in the Malang City area. This research contributes to the development of knowledge related to Digital Start-up, Quality of Work Life, Work Environment, Religiosity, Job Satisfaction and OCB.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires vocational schools to produce graduates with strong office technology competencies. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of practicum implementation in Office Technology learning for grade XI students of MPLB 1 SMK Negeri 1 Gowa. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focused on five indicators: improving understanding, creating deeper impacts, better knowledge retention, breaking the monotony of memorization, and increasing confidence. The results reveal that practicum activities effectively improve students’ understanding of office technology concepts, strengthen their ability to apply knowledge in real contexts, and enhance confidence in performing administrative tasks. Students were also found to retain knowledge longer when learning through hands-on experience compared to theoretical instruction alone. These findings align with Kolb’s experiential learning theory, emphasizing that learning occurs through direct experience and reflection. The study highlights that limited laboratory facilities remain a challenge but can be addressed through creative scheduling and peer collaboration. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on evaluating practicum effectiveness from students’ direct learning experiences rather than conventional learning outcomes. The findings reinforce the importance of integrating practice-based approaches into the vocational curriculum to improve office technology competencies and workplace readiness.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual berupa video tutorial mengetik sepuluh jari menggunakan aplikasi Rapid Typing bagi peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang menarik, sistematis, dan mudah diakses, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Kompetensi Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan observasi dan wawancara untuk analisis kebutuhan, perancangan storyline dan naskah video, pengembangan media pembelajaran, serta uji coba penerapan di kelas XI. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan bersama guru dan peserta didik untuk memastikan kesesuaian isi media dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Media video yang dihasilkan menampilkan panduan langkah demi langkah mengetik sepuluh jari, posisi tubuh yang ergonomis, serta latihan dengan tingkat kesulitan bertahap. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video tutorial mampu meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap teknik mengetik sepuluh jari. Unsur audio dan visual yang terintegrasi secara efektif membantu peserta didik dalam mengingat posisi jari dan memperbaiki kesalahan saat latihan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual ini terbukti dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran praktik di SMK serta menjadi alternatif media yang relevan di era digital.
