Abstract

This research was conducted at the Aria Group Hotel to determine the application and influence of the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation and Organizational Culture as mediating variables in Hotel Aria Group. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. There are 4 types of variables in this research, namely Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance. The number of respondents in this study was 107 respondents. This sampling technique uses proportionate random sampling. The analysis techniques for this research are statistical analysis and Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style does not affect Employee Performance but has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation and Organization Culture. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture can mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The contribution of these findings can help management map the problems that exist within the company so that they can carry out maximum evaluations. Leaders are advised to also develop programs that support their efforts to improve the competence of their employees, and leaders also consider using the good input that has been proposed. by its employees to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Desa Sumberdem adalah desa yang berlkasi pada kabupaten Malang. Desa ini Memiliki potensi wisata kampung tematik dengan persebaran 7 kampung tematik. Desa sumberdem memerlukan adanya suatu wadah untuk mempromosikan desa, dan harus memiliki Standart untuk manajemen wisata yang ada. Pemanfaatan teknologi juga masih belum dilakukan dengan baik. Metode kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, selanjutnya yaitu sosialisasi pemanfaatan sosial media yang bertujuan untuk membentuk wadah promosi dengan membentuk soisal media desa wisata. Selanjutnya pembuatan paket wisata juga menambah daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung pada desa sumbersem. Pada akhir kegiatan dilaksanakan launching sosial medi Instagram dan TikTok desa wisata Sumberdem.

Abstract

This research focuses on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and employee performance in companies. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review scheme aimed at reviewing previous research related to Key Performance Indicators and performance. There were 1,100 research literatures found and then filtered using the PRISMA method. Using the PICO method in data collection from 2 sources, namely Google Scholar and Crossref. The filtering and data inclusion results obtained 30 journals as material for the final review. Through this research, it is concluded that the implementation of performance appraisal can use tools such as Key Performance Indicators to make it easier for company leaders to assess employee performance. Key Performance Indicators can help companies improve efficiency in assessing employee performance. The recommendation from this research is that companies must improve technology to support Key Performance Indicators for assessing employee performance so that the assessment is more accurate.
