The article aimed to analyze and identify the readiness of the Palangka Raya city to be the Administrative Capital City of the Republic of Indonesia. An indicator is from the aspect of Youth readiness in the City of Palangka Raya in welcoming the transfer of the administrative capital city. As an important aspect in preparing the Palangka Raya city as the Capital of the future Government is the readiness of youth in the Palangka Raya itself in welcoming the transfer of the administrative capital city from Jakarta to Palangka Raya. Youth, in reality, is a pioneer of any changes occurring throughout the history of the Indonesian. The roles of youth always start from the National Awakening on 1908, the Youth Oath on 1928, the Independence Revolution on 1945, the Proclamation of Independence on 1945, and the Reformation Movement on 1998. Based on history on behalf of the Youth has sensitivity to the problems faced by the nation. Currently, there is a positive trend related to Youth activities in Palangka Raya. Today, there are a lot of youth communities in the Palangka Raya that are formed by young people on the basis of social awareness, voluntary and non-profit oriented aiming to improve competence. There needs a collaboration between the local government and the youth community aiming to invite more youth in Palangka Raya who are creative in an effort in welcoming the transfer of the administrative capital city of Republic of Indonesia, from Jakarta to Palangka Raya city.

This study is to provide an overview related to the supervision of local elections in Central Kalimantan during the co-19 pandemic. The method used is the study of literature studies. The author examines the phenomena related to election supervision in Central Kalimantan based on existing phenomena and from various literary sources to support the author in presenting the results of the study in question. One indicator of the implementation of post-conflict local elections that is transparent, professional and responsible is related to the extent to which supervision is carried out properly despite the current non-natural disaster covid-19. Related to this, several things were delivered, namely: 1.) The Need for Regional Executive-Legislative Relations in Good COVID-19 Budget Policy, 2). Bawaslu As a supervisor must exist and continue to innovate in supervision during the pandemic, 3). The Covid-19 disaster should not be used as a campaign event.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the arrangement of creative field traders in Palangka Raya City. To find out what are the factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in structuring creative field traders in Palangka Raya City. The theory used in this study is the theory of organizational performance according to Dwiyanto (2008:50), namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The research method used is qualitative research. After the data is collected, it is reduced and presented, and after that a temporary conclusion is drawn about the data relating to the problems being researched and analyzed after that only the final conclusion is drawn. The performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Arrangement of Creative Field Traders in Palangka Raya City has been well implemented, it can be seen from the productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Human resources, infrastructure, and budget are factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Arrangement of Creative Field Traders in Palangka Raya City.

The problem that occurs is a legal vacuum regarding the regulation of sanctions that can be imposed on women who dare to tempt married men (Pelakor) through national law. In Dayak indigenous people in Central Kalimantan, the Dayak Customary Law is enforced firmly, but is still not widely known. This research uses a type of qualitative empirical research, conducted by visiting the Kedamangan Institutions in Central Kalimantan and Dayak Customary Council (DAD) in Central Kalimantan. It can complement the national legal effort before the national legal implementation of RUU KUHP for Dayak Ngaju community in Central Kalimantan. The legal effort taken to ensnare the cheating woman’s action is the challenge of oath that is the most serious legal effort that can be conducted by the indigenous people of Dayak Ngaju tribe. They believe that the oath pronounced during the Basara Adat will be seriously for those who dare to lie.They might have a short life, no fortune and suffer from continuing illness for themselves and their descendants and siblings. Dayak Ngaju’s custom sanctions imposed for Pelakor is to pay twice the value of the customary marriage (dowry) of a man he arrogated to pay shame compensation for the woman's wife's legal family, pay compensation for the marriage costs for the legal wife and pay for the party peace.How to cite item: Pratiwi, P., Suprayitno, S., Triyani, T. Kalampangan subdistrict is located in the north part of Palangka Raya Town in Central Kalimantan. Kalampangan was built on approximately four-meter-deep peat. At first, the land was not productive because it was very acidic. However, after many years of hard work, Kalampangan has been successful in providing vegetables, fruits, and meat for Palangka Raya and its surrounding regions. The local farmers in Kalampangan cultivate the deep peatland in an environmentally friendly way, i.e., by adding manure and ash of weeds. As a result of this local wisdom-based practice, the soil becomes fertile and productive for horticultural products, and subsequently, the plant residue is utilized for animal feed. This integrated horticulture and livestock farming have made Kalampangan the biggest produce and livestock supplier for Palangka Raya and the surrounding regions. This paper aims at describing the detailed strategies of this integration by collecting data through interviews with the local administration and farmers. This article aimed to determine the application of learning-gradual based education through traditional games as a learning medium and to find out the strengths and weaknesses of implementing traditional games. This type of research is qualitative. The research subjects consisted of school principals, teachers, and students at MTS Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation, and documentation. The concept of education learning-gradual (LEGAL) combines the concept of learning gradually through traditional games as a medium of primary school learning in Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya. In a traditional game, it has cultural worth and national character consists of mutual cooperation, cooperation, hard work, and democracy and can improve other aspects of child advancing, namely motoric, cognitive, emotional, language, social, spiritual, ecological as well as worth and moral aspects. The weakness is teachers struggle to divide the playgroup because students storm and run. It is hoped that teachers can implement traditional games as a learning medium, so that a nation's generation that loves local wisdom, culture, and morality is a relationship. Kahayan Market in Palangka Raya is more famous as a market for herbal medicines. The benefits of single black garlic are familiar, but for the people of the city of Palangka Raya, the single black garlic is still unfamiliar. Black garlic is known to have higher anticancer content than ordinary garlic, as well as anti-bacterial activity. The many properties possessed by black garlic, provide space for people to consume herbal medicines as well as considerable opportunities to become businesses. Seeing the high enthusiasm of the participants involved in the training activities of making black garlic it can be concluded that the training participants were greatly helped by the existence of this training. Participants can absorb training material and immediately practice making black garlic well. After the training activity, the participants were able to make quality products in the form of black garlic. With the high response from the participants and also the products produced, it can be concluded that the training activities for making black garlic were successfully carried out well. The suggestion of this activity is the need for ongoing monitoring related to the manufacture of Black Garlic going forward, it is necessary to increase the spread of market share targets to increase product sales, as well as the need for broader cross-sector collaboration to increase the productivity of black garlic going forward

This study discusses the role of government in the development of suburban areas in Palangka Raya City. The aim is to describe how the Government's role in this case is the Kameloh Baru Village Government using the Tjokroamidjojo theory in which the Government is a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer in the implementation of development in the village. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data collection techniques obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study included: Lurah (Head Of Village), Head of Section in Village, Village Employees, Head of neighbourhood, Head of hamlet, and the villager. Information from interviews is also equipped with news documentation and also observations in the field by researchers. The results showed that the Kameloh Baru Village Head as a motivator had not run optimally. Because education and coaching efforts have not been able to increase community participation development in the Kameloh Baru area. The Lurah as a Facilitator, the Kameloh Baru Village Head has not been able to become a facilitator who provides solutions to problems that occur in the area. Lurah as a mobilizer, the coordination between the community and the government is still low. The relationship between the village government and the community is still not well. Obstacles to the Lurah in carrying out his role in development; As a mobilizer, there is still a lack of education provided to the community. So that public awareness is low in the development of the region's development. As a Facilitator, the deliberations between the government and the community have not been optimally carried out, the communication that occurs is still very minimal. As a mobilizer, the Lurah's coordination with the community has not been solidly established. Then the cooperation between the community and the relevant government has not been closely intertwined so that the Lurah's efforts in mobilizing have not been realized optimally.

Salah satu fungsi utama Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya adalah menegakkan peraturan daerah dan menjadi barometer implementasi peraturan daerah khususnya peraturan daerah no.3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di Kota Palangka Raya. Tetapi ternyata masih banyak Personel yang merokok di Kantor Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya sehingga hal ini menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan implementasi Perda Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya belum terimplementasi dengan baik. Hal ini karena belum adanya Sosialisasi menyeluruh, Sistem Pengawasan yang masih lemah, Belum adanya Penegakan dan Pembinaan yang optimal kepada personel. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil observasi dan wawancara serta pendukung data lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data nya adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya sebagai garda terdepan penegakan peraturan daerah harus menjadi contoh bahwa mereka mampu mengimplementasikan peraturan tersebut di internal mereka. Harus ada perbaikan di internal Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya agar Perda no.3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) dapat terimplementasi dengan baik dengan cara Melakukan Sosialisasi Menyeluruh, Memberikan Sanksi Yang Tegas, Harus Ada SOP yang Jelas, Penambahan Kamera Pengawas, dan Melarang aktivitas jual beli rokok di Kantor Satpol PP Kota Palangka Raya.
