Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua pada masa covid-19 pada pembelajaran anak di Desa Pulau Panggung Kecamatan Luas Kabupaten Kaur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber penelitian data primer yaitu: Orangtua di Desa Pulau Panggung data sekunder yaitu siswa/anak di Desa Pulau Panggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis miles dan huberman (reduksi data, data display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triagulasi teknik dan sumber. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apa saja perann orangtua dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak pada masa covid-19 di Desa Pulau Panggung dan bagaimana cara orangtua memebrikan bimbinggan kepada anak ssat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa orangtua memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran anak terutama dalam peran motivator, fasilitator dan pembimbing dalam pembelajaran, orang tua sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan pembimbing agar anak dapat belajar dengan baik dan meningkat, terkontrol dengan baik serta fasilitas memadai unruk menunjang belajar anak. Masing – masing peran dapat digolongkan pada kategori yang baik.

Abstract

Background Problems: Intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligences are believed to influence student learning achievement. However, the specific impact of these intelligences on physical education and, more specifically, on pencak silat learning outcomes remains unexplored. Research Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on students' learning achievement in pencak silat. Methods: This research method uses descriptive quantitative causality. We sampled 96 students from a high school in Bekasi City. This study used four instruments: (i) Sternberg triarchic abilities test, (ii) global emotional intelligence test, (iii) spiritual intelligence test, and (iv) pencak silat learning achievement using Bloom's taxonomy. We analysed the data using descriptive statistics, specifically the F-test and T-test. Findings and Results: The study revealed that intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence all play a significant role in enhancing students' learning achievement in pencak silat within physical education settings. Among these, emotional intelligence emerged as the most influential factor, surpassing both intellectual and spiritual intelligence in its impact on academic success. This finding underscores the critical role of emotional regulation and awareness in mastering complex physical and mental skills in pencak silat. Conclusions: The findings highlight the importance of strengthening all aspects of intelligence in education. This research brings a fresh perspective to the field of physical education, highlighting the increasing prominence of emotional intelligence in learning outcomes. It demonstrates the need for the development of emotional intelligence in the context of physical education, particularly in relation to pencak silat. For a more comprehensive understanding, we can conduct further research to investigate the interaction of these intelligences with other variables such as motivation, learning environment, and teaching methods.

Abstract

Background: Identifying organizational culture is crucial for an organization as it can boost overall productivity. Organizations in the economic, social, and educational sectors have extensively identified their cultures, but few hospitals in Indonesia have followed suit.Objective: To determine the culture that is currently felt and preferred by employees at AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang.Methods The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis by distributing questionnaires to 266 respondents who were permanent employees of AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang.Result: The results of the study show that the current organizational culture at AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang is Clan, with an average of 38.42, and the preferred culture at AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang is Clan and Market, with an average of 27.11 and 25.49.Conclusion: AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang will continue to consider the institution as a second home, family, and open to telling stories about themselves. However, AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang hopes to have leaders who can set an example as individuals who are serious, focused, aggressive, and results-oriented. Growth, innovation, and achievement of goals were aggressively developed to make AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang an excellent hospital among the others.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja (juvenile delinquency) adalah suatu perbuatan yang melanggar norma, aturan atau hukum dalam masyarakat yang dilakukan pada usia remaja atau transisi masa anak-anak dan dewasa. Perkembangan remaja saat ini mengalami perubahan kedalam tatanan masyarakat tradisional menuju masyarakat modern. Perubahan tersebut merubah norma, nilai dan gaya hidup. Remaja yang dahulu terjaga dalam sistem keluarga, adat budaya dan nilai tradisional, mulai mengalami pengikisan yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang cepat. Hal tersebut didukung dengan perkembangan media massa yang terbuka dalam memberikan informasi keragaman gaya hidup. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Untuk menganalisis peran dari seluruh langkah kegiatan Iktirof dalam membina akhlak siswa SMA di Kota Bengkulu, 2) Untuk menganalisis seluruh program kerja Iktirof dalam upaya membina akhlak siswa SMA di Kota Bengkulu, 3) Mengetahui kendala Iktirof dalam proses penyampaian maupun pembinaan kepada siswa SMA di kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah Pembina Iktirof, siswa dan guru PAI Sekolah Menengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Iktirof berperan penting dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa SMA di kota Bengkulu melalui mentoring perpekan dan program-program kerja yang di realisasikan. Problematika yang dihadapi karena faktor pergaulan mereka yang kadang kala tidak mengantar mereka menjadi anak-anak yang cinta ibadah. Faktor lainnya dari segi pemahaman agama anak-anak yang masih kurang. Selain upaya yang dilakukan Iktirof melalui program kerja, upaya yang di lakukan oleh pihak sekolah juga dengan selalu support apapun bentuk kegiatan dari Iktirof, sehingga siswa tidak merasa terbebani dan dibatasi.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of an Educational Management Information System (EMIS) using the Afresto platform at SMK Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara to enhance the quality of educational management. The research is motivated by the school’s need to integrate digital technology into academic, administrative, and service management processes, in line with the demands of the Industrial 4.0 era. A qualitative descriptive method was applied, with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Afresto is effective in managing academic data, streamlining administrative workflows, facilitating information access, and improving reporting accuracy. The main challenges include varying levels of digital literacy among users and limited network infrastructure. In conclusion, Afresto has the potential to serve as an efficient EMIS model, provided it is supported by ongoing training and adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how Fiqh teachers use Canva as a creative learning medium with a qualitative approach. Canva is a web-based graphic design platform and mobile app that makes it easy for users, including teachers and students, to create different types of visual content such as posters, presentations, infographics, videos, and other learning materials in a very easy and fast way. Through Canva, students become more interested and easy to understand Fiqh material which was previously often considered complicated and boring, The method used is a case study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation of teachers and students in madrasas. Research found that teachers use various Canva features, such as video creation, and interactive slides, to deliver Fiqh material in a more engaging and enjoyable way. This strategy has a positive impact on a more lively learning atmosphere and increases student active engagement. However, teachers face several obstacles, such as limited technological capabilities and the time required to prepare materials, which can be overcome through training and cooperation with peers. Through this media, students are more involved in learning activities, dare to express opinions, and are able to understand Fiqh concepts in a more contextual and fun way. These findings affirm the importance of using technology in religious education to support the needs of 21st-century learning that prioritizes creativity, communication, and collaboration. The implications of the study show the need for teacher capacity building and the provision of ongoing technical support to ensure that the implementation of Canva-based learning media can be effective and consistent. In conclusion, Canva is an effective tool to help Fiqh teachers create innovative and engaging learning with an in-depth qualitative approach.

Abstract

The use of digital media and information technology in learning has become a fundamental necessity in this modern era. Digital media, such as instructional videos, interactive presentations, and online platforms, have been proven to improve students' understanding, motivation, and interest in learning by providing more interactive and engaging learning. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), the use of digital media not only strengthens Islamic knowledge but also helps shape students' character and religious attitudes. However, the implementation of this technology still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, teacher skills, and dependence on the internet. Information technology-based learning also has a significant impact on students' learning interests. With this approach, students are encouraged to learn independently, think critically, and be more active in the learning process. However, most teachers still tend to use conventional methods with textbooks as the primary medium, which can lead to boredom and low student interest in learning. Therefore, the integration of information technology in learning must continue to be encouraged to improve the quality of education and develop a generation that is adaptive to current developments.
