Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan inovasi teknologi penetasan telur dengan menggunakan mesin tetas otomatis kepada masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan populasi ayam kampung. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan mengenai inovasi penetasan menggunakan mesin tetas otomatis. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan survei awal, penentuan target mitra, pelaksanaan program kegiatan dan monotoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu: terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai keunggulan teknologi penetasan telur dan cara mengoperasikan mesin tetas sebesar 80%. Sedangkam daya tetasnya mencapai 90%. Adapun kesimpulan yaitu penetasan menggunakan mesin tetas otomatis dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat serta dapat meningkatkan populasi ayam kampung.

Abstract

Hadith is the second guideline in Islam. There are many hadiths of the Prophet related to education, mainly self-education and children's education. This article examines self-education and children's education from a hadith perspective. The research method used uses library research methods. The data sources for this research come from the authentic hadith books of Bukhari and Muslim as primary data sources, as well as relevant journal articles as secondary data sources. The collected data was then analyzed using content analysis. The research results show that self-education includes moral development, religious understanding, and awareness of humans' role as God's caliphs on earth. Meanwhile, children's education starts from an early age by instilling religious values, ethics and discipline.

Abstract

Rambak crackers are made from cattle hides through the process of cleaning, threshing the hair and boiling. The research objective was to determine the physicochemical qualities of fresh cowhide, boiled cowhide, dried rambak crackers (krecek) and fried rambak crackers from 3 drying methods, namely, sun (M), oven (O), and sun oven (MO) drying methods. The material used was local cowhides from the slaughterhouse in Malang city. This experimental and counting method used a randomized block design with 3 treatments and 6 replications. The descriptive results showed that the average protein content in fresh cowhide, cecek and krecek was 36.18-84.97%, and the average ash content was 0.14-0.32%. The experimental results revealed k values of 170.40-217.54%, moisture contents of 16.55-18.22%, Aw values of 0.68-0.73, L values of 37.56-38.83, a* values of 0.58-1.26, and b* values of 6-6.98. The average fat content of the fried rambak crackers after sun, oven and sun oven drying was 5.83-29.06%, the average moisture content was 3.77-5.05%, the average aroma was 3.9-4.6, the average shape was 3.1-3.5, and the average preference was 2.5-3.3. In conclusion, 3 drying methods based on physicochemical and organoleptic properties can be applied and are preferred by panelists because drying using the oven method also has potential for cowhide crackers.

Abstract

One of the household industries in Central Bengkulu Regency is the Bandung Nukasep Bakar Roti making business which produces every day. This research aims to determine the procurement of raw materials for Bandung Nukasep Toast and to find out what the production factors are for Bandung Nukasep Toast at Pedati Market, Central Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where data is obtained from observation, interviews and secondary data. Based on the research results and theories underlying the problems discussed, the procurement of raw materials for Bandung Nukasep Toast at Pedati Market, Central Bengkulu Regency applies the six right components, namely right quantity (the number of toasts produced every day is an average of 312 packs), right quality (twin cakra brand flour), right place (purchase location of raw materials at the sari spice shop Pasar Minggu, Bengkulu City), on time (once a week), right price (for one purchase of Rp. 6,262,000), and right type (using high protein flour). And the production factors for Bandung Nukasep Toast at Pasar Pedati, Central Bengkulu Regency include raw materials, capital, labor, length of business, and demand.
