Abstract

In the wedding tradition, after the contract (ijab qabul), the groom reads sighat taklik which is listed in the marriage certificate. The legal consequences for the groom must fulfill all the contents of the promise contained in the shigat taklik, while for the bride, it can be used as a reason to file for divorce to the Religious Court, if violated by the male partner. The purpose of this study was to find out the views of the heads of KUA throughout the city of Yogyakarta regarding the reading of sighat taklik. The approach used in this research is a normative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The article found that: 1) Some of the heads of KUA throughout the city of Yogyakarta said that sighat taklik talak is mandatory because it is a legal umbrella for a wife so that her husband does not act arbitrarily to her. Others think that sighat taklik talak is not obligatory to read because it interferes with the solemnity and sacredness of the marriage contract procession. 2) Regarding its effect on reducing the divorce rate, three heads of KUA are of the opinion that it is not effective because there are still many wives who file for divorce from their husbands because their husbands violated sighat taklik talak, while the other eleven are of the opinion that whether or not it is effective in reducing the divorce rate, does not have to be caused by husband violates sighat sighat taklik divorce. Abstract

The writing in this article aims to examine the role of the Riau Malay Customary Institution in Rokan Hulu Regency in the traditional values ​​of Malay culture. This study discusses the role of the Riau Malay Customary Institution in Rokan Hulu district with Malay cultural values ​​in 2009-2021. The method used is field research or field research in the form of qualitative descriptive with an anthropological approach using ethnographic methods. Based on Key's research that regarding the role of Malay traditional institutions in Rokan Hulu Regency, it can unlock that the role of Malay adat institutions in Rokan Hulu Regency is to fight for the rights of indigenous peoples in Rokan Hulu Regency, as a forum for channeling the aspirations of the Malay community, especially Rokan Hulu Regency and fighting for the rights of the people of Rokan Hulu Regency. - the rights of indigenous peoples such as customary land. This research shows the role of the Riau Malay Customary Institution in Rokan Hulu Regency, namely the development of traditional leaders. The efforts of the Malay Traditional Institution of Rokan Hulu Regency are to use operational strategies and cooperation between organizations such as Hulubalang. The operational strategy of the Malay Traditional Institution of Rokan Hulu Regency is by providing guidance to traditional leaders and also trying to publicize all forms of activities of the Rokan Hulu Regency Malay Traditional Institution through existing media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga kependidikan serta implementasi pengelolaan pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pengambilan data dengan kajian literatur, sebuah penelitian melalui pengkajian dari berbagai artikel, jurnal maupun melalui buku elektronik yang ada di internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga kependidikan mengalami ketimpangan, hal tersebut dikarenakan jumlah dari tenaga kependidikan yang dikatakan cukup namun tidak dengan kualitas yang dimilikinya.   Pentingnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kependidikan supaya dalam memanajemen sekolah dapat dilakukan secara profesional, kreatif, dan integratif dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan pendidikan perlu dikuatkan lagi, karena faktanya berjalannya pendidikan belum tentu mencerminkan pengelolaan yang efektif.   Pengelolaan pendidikan pada pendidikan dasar harus disesuaikan dengan standar nasional pengelolaan pendidikan. Dalam suatu penelitian dikatakan bahwa sejauh ini pengelolaan pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar sudah mencapai standar nasional, namun yang kurang memenuhi adalah dalam hal manajemen informasi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sebuah  pandangan ke depan bagaimana cara mengoptimalkan peran individu yang terlibat dalam pendidikan agar terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan nasional
