Abstract

Background: The puerperium (puerperium) is the period that begins after the placenta comes out and ends when the uterine organs return to their original state (before pregnancy) which lasts for about 6 weeks (Sulistyawati, 2017). Six weeks during the puerperium, a woman's body will experience changes, namely adaptation from the period of pregnancy and childbirth, until it gradually returns to its pre-pregnancy state (Bahiyatun, 2016). During the postpartum period, there is an activity that can bring its own happiness to the mother, namely breastfeeding where the mother feels that she has become a mother so that she can breastfeed her baby with her own breast milk which creates a sense of happiness for the mother herself.Methods: The design of this study used an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach in PMB Nurul Husna, Am.Keb, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, there are 47 postpartum mothers. The type of sampling used in this study is total sampling where the entire population is the sample in the study as many as 47 postpartum mothers. Results The results of the Chi-Square test are known to be Asymp (2-sided) 0.003 < 0.005, so based on the basis of the decision above, it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be seen that "There is a relationship between knowledge of postpartum mothers about breastfeeding techniques with the incidence of cracked nipples at the Trismalia Laut Dendang Primary Clinic in 2022.

Abstract

Abstract A pregnant woman is a woman who carries a pregnancy starting from conception until the birth of the fetus (Prawirohardjo, 2018). Pregnancy is the period when a woman carries an embryo or fetus in her body. The pregnancy period starts from conception until the birth of the fetus (Prawirohardjo, 2018). The general aim of this research is to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters at the UPTD of the Tanjung Balai City Natural Health Center in 2023. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-post test design with one group test. The results of the research were 33 respondents, namely patients with lower back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters at the UPTD of the Tanjung Balai City Natural Health Center in 2023, respondents only used one intervention group. The results of this research consist of univariate and bivariate analysis. Research conclusions:The majority of lower back pain for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters before doing pregnancy exercise was moderate pain as many as 33 respondents (100%), lower back pain for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters after doing pregnancy exercise, back pain for pregnant women became moderate pain for 18 people (54, 4%), 13 people (39.2%) had mild pain and 2 people (6.1%) had no pain. There was an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters at UPTD Puskesmas Semula Jadi. Abstract

According to 2018 World Health Organization data, the most common cancer incident in Indonesia is breast cancer, namely 58,256 cases or 16.7% of the total 348,809 cancer cases. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world at 13% after cardiovascular disease. It is estimated that by 2030 the incidence of cancer could reach 26 million people and 17 million of them will die from cancer, especially in poor and developing countries, the incidence will be faster. (Sari et al., 2020) The method used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach where data relating to independent variables or risks and dependent variables or impact variables, will be collected at the same time (Notoatmodjo, 2012). The data collection method in research uses primary data, where data is taken directly from the source, observed and recorded for the first time. Data testing was carried out using the chi-square statistical test with a confidence level of 95% and a significance level of 5%, meaning that the risk of making a wrong decision to reject the correct hypothesis is as much as 5%. knowledge of women of childbearing age regarding early detection of breast cancer (Awareness) in the UPTD Working Area of ​​the Semulajadi Health Center in 2023. The results of the research showed that from 82 respondents, it was found that 38 people (46.3%) had poor knowledge and were not aware. Those who did so were 44 people (53.7%). Abstract

Dalam proses tumbuh kembang anak tidak terlepas dari seorang ayah. Keterlibatan ayah bukan hanya interaksi positif tetapi memperhatikan perkembangan anak. Mitra pengabdian yaitu IPWL Rehabilitasi didapatkan sebanyak 80 ayah pengguna narkoba dan hasil wawancara responden memiliki 2 anak dan merasa menyesal, malu untuk kembali kepada keluarga terkhusus anaknya sendiri. Urgensi Pengabdian untuk menerapkan inovasi pemberdayaan orangtua pengguna narkoba melalui metode pendekatan peer group dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan peran ayah dalam tumbuh kembang anak di IPWL Rehabilitasi Bhayangkara Indonesia. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup dan Peran Ayah Dalam Tumbuh Kembang Melalui Metode Pendekatan Peer Group bagi orangtua pengguna narkoba. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan peer group untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup yaitu dari 80 responden setelah dilaksanakan peer group kualitas hidup dari aspek fisik meningkat sebanyak 65 (81,25), Aspek psikologis dan keuasan hidup sebanyak 75 (93,75%) dan aspek lingkungan 53 (66,25%), pengetahuan ayah sebelum peer group baik sebanyak 10 (12,5%) menjadi 45 (56,25%) dan cukup 25 (31,25%) yang mengetahui pentingnya peran ayah dalam tumbuh kembang anak. Kesimpulan dari PKM ini yaitu pentingnya pemberian edukasi kepada orangtua pengguna narkoba tentang tumbuh kembang anak, dampak apabila mengetahui orangtua sebagai pengguna, serta motivasi untuk sehat kembali dengan memberikan hal-hal positif selama rehabilitasi.

Abstract

Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK) adalah tim yang terdiri dari kader dan tenaga kesehatan. Salah satu percepatan penurunan stunting saat ini adalah dengan pendekatan keluarga melalui TPK dan penerapan teknologi digital. Pemerintah menargetkan angka prevalensi tahun 2024 harus mencapai 14%. Saat ini prevalensi stunting di Indonesia mencapai 21,5%. Mitra Pengabdian yaitu Kelurahan Sunggal dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 75 ibu balita, dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada kader di kelurahan sunggal didapatkan 3 anak yang mengalami stunting. Urgensi dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan Tim Pendamping Keluarga dan Penerapan Teknologi SCATION (Stunting care Apllication) untuk mencegah stunting. Hasil Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan telah terbentuk tim pendampin keluarga sebanyak 2 kelompok dan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu dalam menggunakan aplikasi scation dari 75 ibu balita sudah mampu menggunakan sebanyak 72 orang (96%) dan kategori cukup sebanyak 3 orang (4%). Kesimpulan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan TPK dan penerapan teknologi SCATION (Stunting Care Apllication) yang merupakan prototype berbasis sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk deteksi dini kejadian stunting dan membantu orangtua dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak, melalui aplikasi SCATION ibu akan diingatkan dengan sistem alarm setiap bulannya.
