Abstract

The six steps hand washing counseling activity given to grade five students at Rangkah Kidul Sidoarjo Elementary School is a form of community service in the form of presenting material and simulations which are expected to prevent disease in children. Implementation of counseling activities on January 26, 2023 at Rangkah Kidul Sidoarjo Elementary School. Target of this counseling activity is students of class 5A and 5B at Rangkah Kidul Sidoarjo Elementary School. Prior to carrying out extension activities, there is a process of preparing activities for approximately four weeks prior to implementation activities, starting from determining the type of extension to applying for permits to related parties. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 47 grade five students, the participants took part in the activity with great enthusiasm, and the counseling activities ran smoothly.

Abstract

The importance and influence of female volunteerism Srikandi East Java in disaster relief is widely recognized to respond disaster preparedness. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) performed by bystanders is an essential treatment for sudden cardiac arrest. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. The aim of community service is to improving knowledge and skills of CPR to female volunteers Srikandi East Java confidence to help their families, communities and people in need during disasters and emergencies. The method used in this community service activity is to provide training CPR and councelling cardiac arrest . This activity was carried out may 2023 which was attended by 80 female volunteers member of Srikandi East Java. The results show that the activity has achieved success according to the success indicators that have been set, namely as many as 80 female volunteers member of Srikandi East Java attendance is 100%, participants participate in activities enthusiastically, knowledge of CPR after training and counseling increases significantly. CPR drills should be done regularly so that many female bystanders are trained.

Abstract

The Earthquake Alert Application Socialization Activity given to teachers at PGRI Middle School Bantur Malang is a form of community service in the form of delivering material and socializing the use of the Earthquake Alert Application as a guide on how to rescue when an earthquake occurs. Implementation of socialization activities on August 25 2023 at PGRI Middle School Bantur Malang. The target of this outreach activity is all teachers at PGRI Middle School Bantur. Before carrying out extension activities, there is an activity preparation process for approximately six weeks before carrying out the activities, starting from making applications to submitting permits to related parties. As a form of evaluation, this activity has attended by eight teachers, the participants participated in the activity very enthusiastically, and all participants were able to operate the application well.

Abstract

Counseling activities were given to students of SD Negeri Ringinsari II and participants at the Integrated Primary Service Post in Ringinsari Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency, as a form of community service in the form of delivering materials and simulations that are expected to increase public awareness of health and welfare. Counseling activities were carried out in September in two locations, namely SD Negeri Ringinsari II and the Integrated Primary Service Post. Before carrying out counseling activities, a preparation process was carried out for approximately four weeks before the implementation of the activity, starting from determining the type of activity to submitting permits to the relevant parties. As a form of evaluation, this activity was attended by all participants, the participants participated in the activities with great enthusiasm and the counseling guidance activities ran smoothly.
