Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini menganalisis perihal manajemen asal daya manusia pada forum Keuangan Syariah dalam hal rekrutmen serta seleksi, pembinaan serta pengembangan karyawan dan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Yaitu penulisan dengan mengumpulkan beberapa data yang bersumber berasal internet, buku, jurnal, atau referensi lain yang ditulis apa adanya serta sesuai berita yang sinkron dengan kondisi peristiwa serta kenyataan sosial pada rakyat menggunakan memakai teknik observasi serta studi dokumen. Diperlukan sebab perkembangan perbankan syariah pada Indonesia relatif cepat tetapi masih belum diimbangi menggunakan asal daya insan yang memadai, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. serta salah satu misi perusahaan didukung oleh sumber daya manusia, Penelitian ini membagikan bahwa pengelolaan asal daya insan di forum keuangan syariah homogen-rata dalam hal rekrutmen dan seleksi telah sesuai dengan teori syariah. Abstract: This study analyzes human resource management at the Islamic Finance forum in terms of recruitment and selection, coaching and development of employees and employee performance appraisals. This study uses a qualitative research type. That is writing by collecting data sourced from the internet, books, journals, or other references that are written as is and according to news that is in accordance with the conditions of events and social realities of the people using observation techniques and document studies. It is necessary because the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is relatively fast but it is still not matched by using adequate human resources, both in quality and quantity. and one of the company's missions is supported by human resources. This study shares that the management of human resources in Islamic finance forums is homogeneous in terms of recruitment and selection in accordance with sharia theory.

Abstract

Third Party Funds and Financing are important indicators for Bank Bukopin Syariah, both indicators indicate sustainable activity. Because of this, it is considered a source of income for Bank Bukopin Syariah. This study aims to analyze the impact of external funding and financing on Bank Syariah Bukopin's operational profit from 2014 to 2022. Monthly financial statements are analyzed using quantitative descriptive approaches. In this study, we utilize linear regression to examine standard assumptions about operating profit (Y), financing (X2), and third-party funding (X1). The study found that Third Party Funds on Operating Profit had a significance value of 0.019 (<0.05), whereas Financing on Operating Profit had a significance value of 0.003 (<0.05). Financial backing from outside sources has a substantial impact on operational profit at Bank Bukopin Syariah.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic's profound impact on the global economy and Indonesia's growth necessitates innovative solutions. This study investigates the efficacy of the syirkah maza'arah business model for fostering microeconomic growth and accelerating economic recovery. Through a qualitative case study approach, the research examines the implementation of the syirkah maza'arah theory in the context of D'Durian Park, an agribusiness in Jombang. The park operates under a cooperative system between landowners and managers, contributing to a balanced profit-sharing mechanism. The study offers insights into the applicability of this Islamic business concept in rejuvenating economies, particularly in times of crisis, and highlights its potential for wider adoption. Highlight: Global Economic Impact: This study addresses the far-reaching consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global economy and Indonesia's growth, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions. Syirkah Maza'arah Model: Investigating the effectiveness of the syirkah maza'arah business model, the research delves into its potential to foster microeconomic growth and expedite economic recovery.
