Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan bahwasanya pada umumnya kepuasan pasien hanya dinilai secara global di setiap Rumah Sakit. Salah satu unit rawat inap yang terdapat di RSUP DRM.Djamil adalah Ambun Pagi yang merupakan salah satu layanan yang eksekutif atau layanan yang bagus sehingga tentu kita  perlu membuktikan seberapa bagusnya layanan tersebut. Untuk menilai hal itu maka diperlukan adanya penilaian secara spesifik diunit layanan tersebut, sebab kepuasan juga merupakan salah satu indikator kinerja utama. Dan sebelumnya kepuasan pasien yang dinilai hanya berdasarkan penilaian dari empat indikator mutu menurut Zeithaml dan Bitner dan sekarang pada penelitian ini kepuasan yang dinilai adalah berdasarkan indikator Permenpan RB No. 14 Tahun 2017 yang terdiri dari 9 item. Menyadari hal tersebut, maka upaya untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien dan menjaring keluhan, komplain, harapan pelanggan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi, karena dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan masukan bagi pihak manajemen dalam mengambil kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Pelanggan yang merasa harapan, keluhan dan komplainnya di perhatikan bahkan dipenuhi tentu akan merasa puas dan menunjukan kesetiaan pada organisasi. Peran perawat juga sangat dituntut dalam hal ini, yang salah satunya sebagai edukator yang mampu memberikan pendidikan dan pengajaran kesehatan guna untuk memberikan rasa puas terhadap pasien. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengentahuinya hubungan antara edukasi perawat dengan kepuasan pasien yang dirawat di Irna Ambun Pagi RSUP DR.M.Djamil Padang Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 246 responden yang dirawat di ruangan ambun pagi RSUP DR.M.Djamil Padang. Uji validitas dan uji realibilitas kuisioner menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dengan angka kasar yang dikemukakan oleh Pearson (Singarimbun dan Effendi ,1995 ) Keputusan uji adalah Bila r hitung > r tabel maka, Ho ditolak artinya variabel valid. Bila r hitung < r tabel maka, Ho diterima artinya variabel tidak valid Sedangkan uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus alpha, Keputusan uji adalah bila Alpha Cronbach ≥ 0,6. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran terhadap variabel penelitian ini reliabel dan dapat memberikan hasil yang konsisten, apabila dilakukan pengukuran kembali terhadap subyek yang sama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan instrument berupa kuesioner edukasi perawat dan kepuasan pasien yang kemudian di uji menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa edukasi perawat bernilai baik sebanyak 95,1 %, dan penilaian kepuasan pasien terhadap edukasi perawat bernilai puas sebanyak 69,1 %. Dari hasil penelitian ini antara edukasi perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah terdapat hubungan dengan nilai (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara edukasi perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien, maka semakin baik edukasi perawat semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

The prevalence of cancer cases in children continues to increase, requiring appropriate and high-quality management, one of which is chemotherapy. Children undergoing chemotherapy often experience fatigue problems. Fatigue is a subjective, difficult and persistent feeling of physical, emotional and cognitive fatigue in children. This condition makes the child unable to function due to decreased energy levels that cannot be recovered by rest. so this will affect the quality of life. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between fatigue and the quality of life of children with cancer undergoing chemotherapy at Dr M Djamil Hospital, Padang. The research uses a correlation analytical research design with a cross sectional study approach. The respondents in this study were 96 children undergoing chemotherapy. The instruments used were the Multidimensional Fatigue Scale and Pediatric Quality of Life Cancer Module 3.0 questionnaires. Internal consistency reliability results show Cronbach Alpha results of 0.912 for child reports and 0.910 for parent reports. Data were analyzed analysis using the Chi Square test and to identify confounding variables using multiple logistic regression analysis by looking at changes in the odds ratio value for each variable. In general, children in the preschool-school age stage (77.9%), male (54.2%), duration of chemotherapy treatment < 12 months (85.4%), have poor quality of life (55.2%), experienced severe fatigue (57.3%), and received supportive family support (52.1%). The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between fatigue and the quality of life of children undergoing chemotherapy (p < 0.001). Based on the confounding analysis, it was found that family support is the factor that has the most influence on quality of life.

Abstract

Type 2 DM can affect aspects of the sufferer's quality of life and carries a risk of complications. DM requires good self-management to be able to control glucose levels. Education is an important component in patient self-management so that patients can control their disease. Smartphone technology through application implementation can be utilized to create innovative solutions. This research develops and applies a daily care diabetes calculator based on a mobile application that provides information on the pillars of diabetes management that is easily accessible to patients and embeds a smart calculator to calculate diet based on the patient's calorie needs and physical activity. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of applying the daily care diabetes calculator application for self-management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. This type of quantitative research with a quasi-experiment design uses a one group pre and posttest approach without control group. The research was conducted at RSUD dr. Rasidin. Sampling was taken using a consecutive sampling technique with a sample size of 22 people. The intervention was given for 2 weeks and self-management was assessed using the The Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities (SDSCA) questionnaire. with the validity and reliability test values for thisinstrument being r = 0,80 and α : 0,74. Data analysis using paired t test The average self-management score before implementing the diabetes daily care calculator application was 40.32 and the average self-management score after was 63.18. Implementation of a daily care diabetes calculator based on a mobile application is effective in improving self-management of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (p<0.05). This application can be used by nurses as an extension in caring for patients at home, so that the care process provided remains sustainable.
