Abstract

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) sebagai negara hukum menjunjung tinggi penegakan hukum demi tercapainya keadilan dan kepastian hukum. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang sering terjadi di masyarakat adalah tindak pidana pengeroyokan, yang diatur dalam Pasal 170 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis putusan majelis hakim terkait kasus pengeroyokan yang menyebabkan luka berat dan ringan, berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 222/Pid.B/2024/PN Bnj. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dalam persidangan, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa majelis hakim mempertimbangkan bukti-bukti medis, peran terdakwa, serta faktor lingkungan sebelum menjatuhkan vonis. Putusan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera dan menekan angka tindak pidana serupa di masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyediakan hak konstitusional masyarakat miskin di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada studi kasus program sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pemerintah telah mencanangkan berbagai program bantuan sosial untuk masyarakat miskin, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasi program tersebut. Kendala-kendala tersebut antara lain terkait dengan kualitas data penerima bantuan, mekanisme distribusi bantuan yang tidak efektif, serta kurangnya imunisasi antar instansi terkait. Selain itu, terdapat juga permasalahan dalam pemantauan dan evaluasi program bantuan sosial yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas penerima bantuan data, memperbaiki mekanisme distribusi bantuan, meningkatkan koordinasi antar instansi terkait, serta memperkuat sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi program bantuan sosial.

Abstract

Education inequality between villages and cities is a common issue, with villages often experiencing difficulties in accessing adequate education facilities. Village governments have an important role in improving the quality of education. This article uses qualitative research methods to understand the context, dynamics and complexities of education policies and their impact on communities. The Surabaya village government has developed an education policy that focuses on improving education in its area. This policy has shown positive impacts, but education policy evaluation is crucial to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. Evaluations help identify weaknesses and challenges faced in implementing education policies so that improvements can be made and more effective strategies can be developed. Limited resources, facilities and competent teaching staff are some of the most significant challenges in improving the quality of education in Surabaya Village. PMM played a crucial role in the evaluation of the village's education policy, assisting in data collection and analysis, direct observation, community empowerment, and the development of recommendations for improvement. With the involvement of independent student exchanges, the village administration gains a more in-depth and comprehensive view of the effectiveness of education policies, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality of education in the village.

Abstract

The use of smartphones in the teaching and learning process can be optimized by utilizing various features and applications available on the device. According to some studies, smartphones can be used as a source of learning materials, interactive learning media, and a tool to access e-books and online learning platforms. The use of smartphones can also make learning more fun and less boring. However, there are also some challenges in using smartphones for teaching and learning, such as the need for a stable internet connection and potential distractions. To optimize the use of smartphones in the teaching and learning process, it is important to establish clear guidelines and policies, provide training for teachers and students, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the approach.with Qualitative research method a research method based on positivist philosophy, used to consider the current state of the subject. The problem was studied with quantitative methods by interviewing teachers at Smk Pab 3 school, the researcher conveyed that all data submitted through interviews to teachers were only used for the purpose of this study, and examined how a teacher's implementation of smartphone optimization in the classroom to realize effective optimization. The identity of the overall teacher is kept confidential and matters relating to the teacher's response to the interview because the research data is confidential.
