Abstract

This study identifies the limitations of conventional teaching methods, such as textbooks and lectures, in delivering Pancasila education to fourth-grade elementary school students. These methods could be more engaging and effective in improving students' learning outcomes and understanding of the subject matter. This research aims to develop an interactive and engaging E-module to enhance students' learning outcomes and understanding of Pancasila values. This research employed a developmental approach known as Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The validity of the E-module is assessed through expert validation involving media and subject matter experts. The evaluation results demonstrate the high validity of the developed Pancasila Education E-module, created using Canva for Education and assisted by Flip PDF Professional. The Aiken V index indicates a score of 0.87%, with all evaluation aspects falling within the 0.8 ≤ V ≤ 1 range. Moreover, the practicality of the E-module is confirmed, with a practicality level of 84.3%. The E-module was tested by teachers and fourth-grade students, with the involvement of the entire class. The test results show an improvement in students' learning outcomes, with an overall pretest percentage of 95.5% and a post-test percentage of 92.5%. Hence, the Pancasila Education E-module effectively enhances students' learning outcomes and understanding of Pancasila values. This research enriches the teaching methods of Pancasila education in fourth-grade elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the evaluation of the implementation of Natural Science and Social Science (IPAS) learning in the fourth grade of elementary school within the Merdeka Curriculum, as well as the supporting factors and obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the learning process. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive study type. The research focuses on evaluating the CIIP model by Stufflebeam, which focuses on process evaluation. The object of this research is the learning process activities of fourth-grade students at Adisucipto 1 Public Elementary School in Yogyakarta, while the research subjects are fourth-grade teachers. Data collection techniques consist of observation, documentation, and interviews to strengthen the research results. The qualitative comparative technique is used for data analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of IPAS learning in the fourth grade of elementary school within the Merdeka Curriculum is in accordance with the process standards set in Permendikbudristek No. 16 of 2022. Supporting factors come from the leadership of the school principal, training and workshops related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, good student enthusiasm, support for school facilities and infrastructure in providing learning materials, teacher activities, the ability to use digital media such as computers and smartphones, and of course, the role of parents in their child's education. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by teachers in implementation are that they are still new and have not fully understood the components and guidelines for learning and assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menunjukkan bagaimana model pembelajaran dan bakat yang sudah ada sebelumnya mempengaruhi keberhasilan matematika siswa sekolah dasar. Untuk menggunakan alat analisis statistik, metode penelitian ini membutuhkan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang memiliki efek samping bahwa seorang peneliti harus berurusan dengan angka. Analisis varian dalam dua arah digunakan (ANOVA dua arah). Menurut temuan, ada efek utama Model Pembelajaran dan Kemampuan Dini yang signifikan secara statistik (masing-masing p=0,037 dan p0,001), dengan ukuran dampak sedang dan besaran yang sesuai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada variasi pencapaian substansial antara model pembelajaran, tidak tergantung pada kemampuan sebelumnya, dan perbedaan kemampuan awal yang substansial, tidak tergantung pada model pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian ini mendukung anggapan bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran dan titik awal terhadap prestasi diuji dengan menggunakan ANOVA dua arah. Model pembelajaran merupakan faktor yang signifikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of scientific literacy for elementary school students in the context of science learning in fourth-grade classes. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) approach through Project-Based Learning (PjBL) methods in enhancing the scientific literacy of elementary school students. The selection of this research topic is based on the pressing need to strengthen scientific literacy as an essential skill in facing the advancements in science and technology in the modern era. The research method employed in this study is a quasi-experimental design with both a control group and a treatment group. The research sample consists of randomly selected fourth-grade students from elementary schools. The control group receives conventional learning, while the treatment group undergoes STEAM-based learning through PjBL. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the STEAM approach through PjBL has a significant positive impact on the improvement of students' scientific literacy. Students engaged in STEAM-based learning show enhanced understanding of scientific concepts, observational skills, critical thinking abilities, and superior communication skills compared to their counterparts undergoing conventional learning. In conclusion, the implementation of the STEAM approach through PjBL holds substantial potential for enhancing scientific literacy among elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengintegrasian nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik pengamatan/observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara informan. Peniliti memilih guru kelas IV SDN Adisucipto 1 Yogyakarta dikode dengan (P1) yang dirahasiakan identitasnya. Penelitian Ini menggunakan analisis data mengacu pada model Milles dan Huberman terdiri dari reduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya upaya dalam pengintegrasian nilai-nilai keislaman dalam mata pelajaran IPAS Pada Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Pertama Nilai Pendidikan Islam di SDN Adisucipto 1 Yogyakarta, Kedua Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Keislaman di SDN Adisucipto 1 Yogyakarta, Ketiga Pembelajaran Ilmu Pendidikan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar Keempat Implementasi Nilai Keislaman dalam Pembelajaran IPAS di SDN Adisucipto 1 Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini Nilai-nilai keislaman yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran IPAS di kelas IV SDN Adisucipto 1 Yogyakarta peran pendidik sangat menjadi peran terpenting dalam pembelajaran, karena pendidik yang harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menginterasikan kedalam materi pembelajaran. Sementara itu tujuan dari pengintegrasian nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajaran IPAS dalam Kurikulum Merdeka adalah untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman untuk pedoman dalam menjalankan kehidupan dimasayarakat dimasa sekarang dan kedepanya.
