Abstract

The change from the K13 Curriculum to the Independent Learning Curriculum has had positive and negative impacts for MTSN 2 Solok Selatan teachers. The positive impacts include increasing teacher motivation and enthusiasm for teaching, giving teachers freedom and autonomy in designing learning, increasing teacher creativity and innovation in teaching, improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. The negative impact is increasing the teacher's workload in designing and implementing learning, requiring extra time and effort to study and understand the KMB, requiring intensive training and mentoring for teachers. Joint efforts are needed to ensure that the Independent Learning Curriculum can be implemented effectively and achieve its goal of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The change in curriculum from K-13 to the Independent Learning Curriculum has both good and negative effects for teachers in junior high schools.

Abstract

Traditional arts are an important part of cultural heritage that must be preserved. One of the unique and distinctive art forms from Batu Bajanjang, Lembang Jaya District, in Solok Regency, West Sumatra, is the Plate Dance in Ateh Talua. This dance has deep philosophical values and requires extraordinary skills from the dancers. However, modernization and the decreasing interest of the younger generation are major challenges in preserving this dance. This article discusses the History of Plate Dance Art, Plate Dance Art in Diateh Talua, and efforts that can be made to Preserve Plate Dance in Ateh Talua so that it remains part of the cultural identity of the Batu Bajanjang community. Through education, cultural festivals, and government and community support, this art can continue to develop and be passed on to future generations.

Abstract

Aplikasi SRIKANDI telah menjadi instrumen kunci dalam mendukung administrasi pendidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Sumatera Barat (Disdik Sumbar), terutama untuk pengelolaan tanda tangan elektronik. Namun penerapannya sering membahayakan risiko operasional seperti kegagalan sistem dan gangguan jaringan, yang mengakibatkan tertundanya pekerjaan dan menurunnya efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko operasional terkait penggunaan aplikasi tersebut serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi yang efektif, dengan mengacu pada kerangka manajemen risiko ISO 31000. Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, berdasarkan pengalaman penulis di Disdik Sumbar, termasuk observasi langsung, catatan pribadi, dan refleksi atas peristiwa kesalahan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi risiko utama, yakni ketergantungan teknologi yang rentan dan kurangnya pemeliharaan rutin, yang berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian waktu serta sumber daya. Strategi mitigasi yang direkomendasikan mencakup implementasi sistem backup, pelatihan pengguna secara berkala, dan pemantauan rutin untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan berulang. Kesimpulannya, penerapan strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketahanan operasional dan kelancaran administrasi di Disdik Sumbar, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi bagi praktik manajemen risiko di sektor pendidikan melalui integrasi teknologi yang lebih optimal.
