Abstract

Background: Breastfeeding is advantageous to theĀ infants health. Employed mothers experienced various challenges in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Studies suggest that husband support contribute to lactating mothers efficacy, improves breastfed duration, and reduces risk factors for bottle feeding. This study aimed to estimate the influence of husband's support, income, working mother, and ANC visits on exclusive breastfeeding. Subjects and Method: A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted using PRISMA and PICO model. Population= lactating mothers. Intervention= low husband's support, high income, employed mother, irregular ANC visit. Comparison= high husband's support, low income, unemployed mother, regular ANC visits. Outcome= exclusive breastfeeding. Articles published from 2013 to 2023 were collected from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. Literature search using the keywords "family support or husband support" AND "Income" AND "Employment" AND "Antenatal Care Visit" or "ANC Visit" AND "Exclusive Breastfeeding" AND "Cross Sectional". Selected articles were assessed using RevMan 5.3. Results: 18 cross sectional studies from Indonesia, Ethiopia, Somalia, Brazil, Thailand, Taiwan, Jordan, and India were selected for meta-analysis. Total sample was 7,234. High husband's support (aOR= 3.41; 95% CI= 2.36 to 4.91; p= 0.010), regular ANC visits (aOR=1.87; 95% CI= 1.11 to 3.17; p= 0.020) significantly increased exclusive breastfeeding. High income (aOR= 1.11; 95% CI= 0.51 to 2.44; p=0.790) and unemployment mothers (aOR= 1.11; 95% CI= 0.46 to 2.68; p=0.820) increased exclusive breastfeeding, but it was statistically non-significant. Conclusion: High husband support, regular ANC visits, high income, and unemployed mothers increase exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied they will continue to use the services of their choice. The level of patient satisfaction arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with the quality of health services. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of health workers at community health centers. Subjects and Method: Cross-sectional research was conducted at community health centers in Karanganyar, Central Java, from November to December 2023. A total of 210 health workers were selected using stratified random sampling. The dependent variable was work performance. The independent variables were age, length of work, employment status, income and work environment. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple multilevel linear regression. Results: Age decreased the performance but was not statistically significant (b= -0.33; CI 95%= -1.63 to 0.97; p = 0.623). Length of work (b= -1.19; CI 95%= -2.30 to -0.08; p= 0.035) and income (b= -1.43; CI 95%= -2.78 to -0.07; p = 0.039) significantly degraded the performance. Employment status decreased performance but it was statistically close to significant (b= -1.44; CI 95%= -3.04 to 0.16; p = 0.078). A comfortable work environment significantly increased performance (b= 0.16; 95% CI= 0.02 to 0.30; p = 0.029). There was a contextual influence of community health center factors on work performance (ICC= 9.62%). Conclusion: Age decreases performance but is not statistically significant. Length of work and income significantly decrease performance. Employment status decreases performance but is statistically close to significant. A comfortable work environment significantly improves performance. There is a contextual effect of community health center factors on work performance.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 24 Tahun 2022 concerning Medical Records through the policy states that Health Service Facilities are required to implement an electronic patient medical history recording system. The transition process will be carried out no later than December 31, 2023. This research method uses qualitative descriptive. The research subjects are health center officers. Instruments and data processing are Interviews and Observations. To identify the causes of the problems, they are grouped into 5M (man, materials, methods, money, machines). The results of the study from the 5 aspects used to identify problems at the Tasikmadu Health Center, found several obstacles in the implementation of manual medical records to electronic medical records based on the man factor, namely, not all medical record officers have a medical record background, training is still needed for doctors, midwives, nurses. Materials factor, namely the need to procure new Hardware. Method factor, there is no SOP for the use of RME for each section at the Health Center. Money and machine factors, which are obstacles that often occur in the maintenance process of the system, due to the absence of IT employees. Based on these problems, there are several strategies that can be used to solve these problems, such as adding IT officers; providing training to doctors, midwives, and nurses who use RME; performing maintenance and updating the network; updating computers with the latest specifications; and creating (SOP) for implementing RME for each section.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) mengintegrasikan proses pelayanan rumah sakit untuk memperoleh informasi akurat dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 1171 tahun 2011, rumah sakit wajib membuat laporan periodik guna meningkatkan pengawasan.

Abstract

The knowledge of Vocational High School (SMK) students regarding Electronic Health Records (EHR), which is part of the Information Technology (IT) system, is vital in the healthcare sector. SMK graduates are expected to possess sufficient knowledge to support the implementation of this technology in the workplace, particularly in hospitals or other healthcare facilities. The problem experienced by the students is the lack of adequate material concerning information technology, specifically in the health sector. The current curriculum is focused on the general fundamentals of information technology. The activity aimed to introduce students to the IT infrastructure used in electronic health record systems, including hardware, software, and data security aspects. The method used for the activity was Health Education. The activity was held on March 19, 2025, and was attended by 101 participants. The event was interactive with discussions covering data leak prevention, how to create a public Internet Protocol (IP), and tracing servers on a domain. Participants were asked to write a material summary at the end of the activity to measure their understanding. This activity successfully increased the SMK students' understanding of IT infrastructure in EHR and is expected to strengthen graduates' readiness to meet industry needs, particularly in the health sector, as well as enhance their vigilance against cyber threats and human errors.
