Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan administrasi public memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelenggaraan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan administrasi publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Denpasar . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan survey dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat yang telah mengalami pelayanan administrasi publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi publik. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain adalah bukti fisik, kepercayaan, ketanggapan, keramahan serta sikap tegas.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in government governance, including the implementation of public policies. The bureaucracy, as one of the main actors in this process, faces the challenge of adapting to developments in information and communication technology (ICT) in order to increase efficiency, transparency and accountability. This research aims to analyze the role of bureaucracy in implementing public policy in the digital era, with a focus on the use of digital technology to support administrative processes and decision making. The approach used is a qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews, document studies and participant observation. This research also explores factors that influence the effectiveness of bureaucracy in adopting digital innovation, such as human resource capacity, technological infrastructure support, and supportive regulations. It is hoped that the research results can provide theoretical and practical contributions in understanding the dynamics of bureaucracy in the midst of digital transformation, as well as provide recommendations for developing policies that are adaptive and responsive to community needs. Thus, this research can be a stepping stone in encouraging a bureaucracy that is more professional and oriented towards technology-based public services in the future.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism management has become a crucial issue in Bali, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. The rapid growth of tourism has had negative impacts on the environment and local culture. Therefore, the implementation of governance based on environmental ethics and social inclusion is an important strategy in managing sustainable tourism while preserving Balinese cultural identity. This study examines the implementation of governmentality in sustainable tourism management in Bali. Through community participation and public consultation, the Balinese government integrates input from local communities, academics, and tourism industry stakeholders in tourism decision-making. Environmental ethics is the main focus in tourism management, with strict regulations to protect natural resources and the environment. The results of the implementation of governmentality show positive impacts. Balinese tourism becomes more sustainable with strict environmental monitoring and enforcement of regulations. This increases local community involvement in the tourism industry, ensuring that tourism benefits are distributed to all levels of society. Cultural preservation is also a major concern in tourism policy through the involvement of local communities in decision-making. This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the implementation of governmentality in sustainable tourism management in Bali. It is intended for the government and tourism stakeholders to achieve the right balance between sustainable tourism growth, cultural preservation, and environmental protection in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pendidikan Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter warga negara di Nusa Penida, sebuah daerah dengan tantangan sosial dan budaya unik. Pendidikan Pancasila berperan penting dalam memperkuat identitas dan tanggung jawab sosial setiap individu. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan pelatihan, diskusi, dan kegiatan sosial untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran masyarakat mengenai nilai Pancasila, diikuti dengan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku sosial mereka. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kerjasama sosial, keterampilan komunikasi, serta komitmen terhadap prinsip-prinsip Pancasila, yang terlihat dari partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial dan pembangunan desa. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan Pancasila terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang lebih baik di Nusa Penida, khususnya di kalangan pendidik dan siswa Sekolah Dasar.   This community service activity aims to explore the effectiveness of Pancasila education in shaping the character of citizens in Nusa Penida, an area with unique social and cultural challenges. Pancasila education plays an important role in strengthening the identity and social responsibility of each individual. The program used a participatory approach involving trainings, discussions and social activities to improve the community's understanding of Pancasila values. The results showed a significant increase in the community's awareness of Pancasila values, followed by positive changes in their social attitudes and behaviors. The program succeeded in improving social cooperation, communication skills, as well as commitment to the principles of Pancasila, which is evident from the community's active participation in various social and village development activities. Therefore, Pancasila education has proven to be effective in shaping the character of better citizens in Nusa Penida, especially among educators and elementary school students. Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Desa Cemagi hingga saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan proses pencarian arsip yang lambat dan penyimpanan yang memerlukan ruang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadakan pelatihan digitalisasi kearsipan bagi pegawai Desa Cemagi agar mereka dapat mengelola arsip secara lebih efisien. Pelatihan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi digital, seperti Camscanner dan Google Drive, untuk mempercepat pencarian dan penyimpanan arsip. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pegawai desa mampu mengelola arsip secara digital, meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada dokumen fisik. Digitalisasi ini diharapkan dapat memodernisasi sistem administrasi desa, mempermudah akses informasi, dan mempercepat layanan kepada masyarakat.   The archive management in Cemagi Village Office is still done manually, causing a slow archive search process and storage that requires a large space. This research aims to conduct archival digitization training for Cemagi Village employees so that they can manage archives more efficiently. The training included the use of digital applications, such as Camscanner and Google Drive, to speed up archive searching and storage. The results of the training showed that village employees were able to manage archives digitally, improving the efficiency of administrative services and reducing reliance on physical documents. This digitization is expected to modernize the village administration system, facilitate access to information, and accelerate services to the community.
