Abstract

Memasuki masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru, protokol kesehatan harus tetap diterapkan untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi terutama pada ibu hamil yang termasuk kedalam kelompok rentan. Penerapan protokol kesehatan merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mencegah penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan ibu hamil pada masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 30 orang ibu hamil yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kepatuhan yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa rerata usia responden adalah 26,5 tahun, rata-rata usia kehamilan responden adalah 25,6 minggu, mayoritas responden berada pada gravida 1 (primipara) sebesar 46,7%, mayoritas berpendidikan SMA/SMK (53,3%), mayoritas responden tidak bekerja (63,3%). Hasil kuesioner kepatuhan menunjukkan mayoritas responden berada pada kategori patuh terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan sebesar 63,3%. Salah satu penyebab masih adanya ibu hamil yang kurang bahkan tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu hamil dalam pencegahan COVID-19, maka diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan yaitu dengan menyebarkan informasi dan mengedukasi ibu hamil tentang pentingnya patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19.

Abstract

Aims: The writing of this case report aims to analyze the management of hypothermia in patients undergoing emergency laparotomy in the operating room. Methods: This research method is a case report study with a retrospective approach by monitoring, interviewing, and using medical data of patients undergoing emergency exploratory laparotomy surgery in the Emergency Operating Room of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital. The data collected were the patient's disease course, diagnosis, actions, and nursing interventions. Results: In both cases, the temperature was maintained between 35.5°C to 36°C using a combination of warm blankets, mattresses, and warmed NaCl. Conclusion: This case report concludes that providing warm blankets, warm mattresses, and warm NaCl to wash the abdomen is beneficial in preventing perioperative hypothermia in patients undergoing emergency exploratory laparotomy. The operating room nurse is expected always to monitor the patient's temperature so as not to experience hypothermia.
