Abstract

Keterampilan teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu kompetensi abad ke-21 yang perlu dikuasai sejak jenjang pendidikan dasar. Namun, sebagian besar siswa sekolah dasar masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Word. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar siswa kelas VI SD Kristen Belakang Soya A1 Ambon dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word secara efektif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan learning by doing, di mana peserta belajar melalui praktik langsung dengan pendampingan dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan signifikan dalam mengetik, mengatur paragraf, menyisipkan gambar, dan menyimpan dokumen. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menggunakan komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that organizational culture does not directly affect performance, but does affect job satisfaction. Work-life balance affects both job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction also affects employee performance and is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture and work-life balance on performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance can be achieved through increasing job satisfaction supported by a good organizational culture and work-life balance.

Abstract

This research uses Training and Career Development as the independent variable, and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The objectives of this research are 1). To determine the effect of job training on employee performance 2). To determine the effect of career development on employee performance 3). To determine the effect of job training and career development on the performance of employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon BranchThe sample used was employees of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Ambon Branch with a sample size of 40 respondents. The analysis used includes validity testing, reliability testing, model testing, multiple linear regression analysis and research hypotheses. Based on the research results, it can be seen that 1). Overall, the training and career development variables included in this research were proven to have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon Branch. 2). Of the 2 (two) independent variables studied, the job training variable is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon Branch. 3). In this research, it is known that the variation in employee performance explained by training and career development is 61.5%, while 38.5% is explained by other variables not analyzed in the model. Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). To determine the influence of education on the performance of civil servants at the West Seram Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. 2). To determine the effect of training on the performance of civil servants at the West Seram Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. 3). To determine the influence of education and training on the performance of civil servants at the West Seram Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The analytical tools used are Classical Assumption Test, Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing. The research results obtained that: 1). Education and training simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants. 2). Education partially has a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants. 3). Partial training has a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants. 4). Variations in employee performance are explained by education and training by 79.6%, while 20.4% are explained by other variables not analyzed in the model, including work stress, work environment, etc. Keywords: Education, Training, Performance

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Pattimura sebagai bagian dari pemuda pesisir dalam penguatan branding pantai lokal sebagai destinasi wisata di Kota Ambon. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 14 Februari 2026 di Pantai Liang melalui pendekatan edukasi dan pembelajaran kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan pemaparan materi dengan observasi lapangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta secara kuantitatif. Materi yang diberikan mencakup konsep dasar branding destinasi wisata, pentingnya citra destinasi dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisata, peran media digital dalam promosi, serta teknik analisis potensi pantai lokal. Kegiatan ini juga dilengkapi dengan studi lapangan untuk mengaitkan teori yang diperoleh dengan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada seluruh indikator yang diukur, baik dari aspek pemahaman konsep, kemampuan analisis, maupun keyakinan diri mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan pariwisata. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukasi berbasis studi lapangan efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas mahasiswa dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata pesisir yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan.
