Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas tidak hanya dinilai dari aspek akademis saja,tetapi karakter juga merupakan salah satu hal yang tidak kalah penting dan perlu diperhatikan.Kepribadian guru PAK memiliki pengaruh dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik.Pembentukan karakter sangat diperlukan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan yang mungkin terjadi antara kompetensi kepribadian guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan pembentukan karakter siswa dalam konteks pendidikan modern.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatatif deskriptif .Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang peran kunci kompetensi kepribadian guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung tidak hanya aspek akademis saja tetapi juga pembentukan karakter siswa.Penelitian ini dapat membantu pengembangan program pelatihan guru PAK yang lebih berfokus pada aspek kepribadian,sehingga dapat lebih efektif membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam era pendidikan modern.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model by PAK teachers on critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA N 1 Tinada, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra, Academic Year 2024/2025. The research hypothesis is that there is a significant positive influence between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA N 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025. This research uses a quantitative method with inferential statistical type. The population consists of all students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada who are Protestant Christians, totaling 62 people. The sampling technique is the entire population of Phase E class students, totaling 62 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show: a) rcount = 0.433 rtable = 0.244 and tcount = 3.720 ttable = 2.000 indicate a positive and significant relationship between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025. b) Regression equation Ŷ = 28.082 + 0.4843X. c) Determination test shows the magnitude of the influence is 18.74%. d) Hypothesis test shows Fcount = 13.917 Ftable = 3.15, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025.

Abstract

This activity is a form of community service as one of the three pillars of higher education which aims to help children not only understand the text of the Bible but also develop useful social and cognitive skills.The background of this study is the low access and facilities for religious activities that can support the spiritual development of children in the village. The methods used include organizing regular Bible study activities, involving children of various ages and mentoring by experienced facilitators. The results of the activities show that children's participation in Bible study has a significant positive impact on their spiritual development. Children experience an increase in their understanding of religious values, ethics, and morals, and show progress in aspects of character such as self-awareness, empathy, and responsibility. In addition, this activity also strengthens social relations between children and the local community, creating an environment that supports healthy spiritual growth.
