Abstract

Dalam upaya penggembangan Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Tarutung, prodi Teologi berupaya memberikan terobosan baru yang mengacu pada kurikulum KKNI dan Merdeka belajar dan Kampus merdeka. Sehingga prodi teologi mampu menghasilkan lulusan-lusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, yang dapat berinovasi dan mengatualisasikan diri. Dengan demikian pengembangan kurikulum menjadi sebuah acuan yang sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan sumbangsih dalam upaya pengembangan kurikulum prodi teologi berbasis kebutuhan jemaat. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. . Beberapa usulan para pengguna dan alumni dalam pengembangan kurikulum prodi Teologi berbasis Kebutuhan Jemaat, antara lain pertama Kearifan Lokal, Teologi Feminisme, (secara khusus tentang Perempuan dan kekerasan), Teologi Kerja dan Kewirausahaan. Para alumni dan pengguna mengatakan bahwa ketiga mata kuliah tersebut perlu menjadi bagian dari proses pembelajaran di prodi teologi sehingga lulusannya kompeten dalam menyikapi persolan di tengah-tengah masyarakat

Abstract

Flexing becomes a phenomenon that threatens the morality of the younger generation of Christians in this disruption era. The question that then arises is, this is just a common phenomenon, or is it the form of failure of Christian parents to shape the child's personality? In Christian education in the family sphere, learning is emphasized on developing the potential of spiritual intelli-gence (psychiatric or spiritual and inner). The family is the right place for the growth of awareness of the beginning of the purpose and existence of life. It is the responsibility of the family to ensure that a child develops and grows into a good adult human being and can take care of himself, and not depend on others. The formation of personality at an early age is something that must be fulfilled and cannot be delayed. It is said that approximately 85% of basic human personalities are formed at the age of 0-6 years, and the rest are just polishing. This study aims to prove how much influence character cultivation by parents has on the potential flexing in children. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a sample of 100 children. The results of data collection are analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of the study proved that the cultivation of personality by parents affected the flexing potential of children by 69%, while 31% was influenced by other factors. Further findings in this study, the formation of behavior in a planned, systematic, and targeted manner was shown to be able to reduce the potential for flexing by 73% in children. As a contribution to this study, it is recommended to parents instill humility, meek, patience, love, and peace in children from an early age. This has been shown to be able to ward off flexing which is a negative effect of the disruption era.

Abstract

Agenda utama bidang pendidikan Kemenag dalam rencana strategis 2020-2024 meliputi peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kemenag juga fokus dalam peningkatan pemerataan akses layanan pendidikan di semua jenjang dan percepatan pelaksanaan Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun. Peningkatan secara profesionalisme, kualitas, pengelolaan, dan penempatan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang merata di setiap instansi juga menjagi sasaran utama. Kemenag mendukungvisi dan misi dari pusat terutama dalam menekankan revolusi mental pada sistem pendidikan untuk memperkuat nilai integritas, etos kerja, gotong royong dan budi pekerti. Demikian juga dengen mengedepankan moderasi beragama dan kearifan lokal. Berdasarkan hal ini, kegiatan PkM dari tim IAKN Tarutung mengusung tema PAK Berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang melibatkan unsur Kemenag Toba dan Dosen serta pegawai IAKN Tarutung. Para pendengar Sabda Hayat tidak terlepas dari konteks keberagaman dan budaya lokal masing-masing. Salah satu kearifal lokal dari kebudayaan Batak Toba ialah falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu yang mengandung prinsip saling menghormati, menghargai dan mengasihi tanpa melihat latar belakang dan status sosial seseorang.  Tentu ini sangat relevan dengan tema teologis yang ada dalam Kitab Suci, kisah Orang Kaya dan Lazarus yang Miskin dalam Lukas 16:19-31. Dalam konteks sekolah, materi PAK di Kabupaten Toba bisa susun berdasarkan falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu ini. Guru PAK juga harus menerapkan falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu dalam proses belajar-mengajar serta menekankan interpretasi falsafah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karena sesuai dengan prinsip teologis yang termuat dalam Kitab Suci.

Abstract

This article is made is to explain that in general service companies operationally have a simpler business process, compared to trading or manufacturing companies, still need an integrated information system. And the importance of Information Systems for the running of the company, so that it can facilitate the management in making decisions related to the performance of all departments or sections in the company. Integrated information systems can help the management in making company operational reporting, internal control processes over the running of the company's operations, and can provide information needed by management in formulating the company's business development strategy. Companies in developing information systems that can achieve these objectives can use an ERP-based information system (Enterpise Resousch Planning).

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization has profoundly influenced students' spiritual lives, often shifting their patterns of worship, meaning-making, and social interaction. This study aims to explore the role of Christian education and worship learning in shaping student spirituality within the context of the digital era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, this study analyzes scientific books, theological journals, educational articles, and relevant research reports published in the last 15 years. The findings indicate that contextual, reflective, and experiential Christian education significantly contributes to holistic spiritual formation. Worship learning, when designed meaningfully, serves as a powerful medium to deepen faith experiences and initiate authentic spiritual transformation. In the digital era, students require digital spiritual literacy to ethically navigate information and use technology in ways aligned with their faith. The role of lecturers as spiritual mentors and the presence of an adaptive, value-based curriculum are critical in supporting students' spiritual development. The study concludes that Christian education remains highly relevant and increasingly urgent in an age where spiritual values are often marginalized. The implications of this research highlight the need to develop a Christian education curriculum that integrates faith and technology in critical and creative ways. Future research is encouraged to empirically examine the implementation of digital spiritual pedagogy and its long-term impact on student character and mission. This study contributes conceptually to the advancement of Christian education in higher education and offers a framework for developing resilient, reflective, and Christ-centered students in the digital age.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model by PAK teachers on critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA N 1 Tinada, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra, Academic Year 2024/2025. The research hypothesis is that there is a significant positive influence between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA N 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025. This research uses a quantitative method with inferential statistical type. The population consists of all students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada who are Protestant Christians, totaling 62 people. The sampling technique is the entire population of Phase E class students, totaling 62 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show: a) rcount = 0.433 rtable = 0.244 and tcount = 3.720 ttable = 2.000 indicate a positive and significant relationship between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025. b) Regression equation Ŷ = 28.082 + 0.4843X. c) Determination test shows the magnitude of the influence is 18.74%. d) Hypothesis test shows Fcount = 13.917 Ftable = 3.15, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between the STAD cooperative learning model and critical thinking of students in Phase E class of SMA Negeri 1 Tinada, Academic Year 2024/2025.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance MSME owners’ understanding of product and service pricing strategies to improve competitiveness and business sustainability. The activity was conducted online during the Covid-19 pandemic, involving participants from the Integrated Indonesian MSME Council in West Jakarta. The training covered various pricing approaches such as cost-plus pricing, competitive pricing, penetration pricing, and value-based pricing. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, and reflective discussions. The results indicated a significant improvement, with 75% of participants able to understand the basic principles of pricing strategies after the training, compared to only 30% beforehand. Participants also reported that the training was highly relevant in increasing business income and strengthening product competitiveness in the market. This program demonstrates that case-based training can effectively improve MSME marketing literacy and promote more measurable business practices.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy as they absorb a large workforce and contribute significantly to national GDP. However, one of the main challenges faced by MSMEs, including Rufata MSME in Pancoran, South Jakarta, is ineffective working capital management. Poor management often results in excessive inventory, uncollectible receivables, or the use of funds for non-productive purposes, which in turn reduces business efficiency. To address this issue, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, conducted a Community Service program in the form of a working capital management training for Rufata MSME entrepreneurs. The program consisted of need assessment, preparation of training modules, face-to-face workshops, simulation of working capital calculation, and mentoring on effective working capital management strategies. A total of 20 participants actively involved in Rufata MSME joined the program. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to assess participants’ understanding of working capital concepts, calculation methods, benefits of efficiency, and alternative sources of financing. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, as reflected in higher post-test scores and positive feedback on training relevance. This program demonstrates that practice-based training helps MSME entrepreneurs better understand and implement effective working capital management. Future initiatives should expand to other MSME groups to strengthen overall microenterprise performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa krisis dan menjadi pusat perhatian baik secara phisik maupun psikologis. Remaja yang sedang memasuki kematangan intelektual, mampu berpikir jauh melebihi dunia nyata dan keyakinannya. Pada fase ini menjadi penting menanamkan spiritualitas bagi remaja. Penelaahan Alkitab (PA) merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Gereja Methodis Indonesia (GMI) Resort Tarutung. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas Penelaan Alkitab sebagai upaya pembentukan spiritual remaja. penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran mix method. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penelaahan Alkitab (PA) sangat efektif digunakan sebagai upaya pembentukan spiritualitas remaja di GMI Ressort Tarutung yang berdampak pada sikap atau perilaku remaja dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. AbstrakAdolescence is a period of crisis and becomes the center of attention both physically and psychologically. Teenagers who are entering intellectual maturity are able to think far beyond the real world and their beliefs. In this phase, it is important to instill spirituality in teenagers. Bible study (PA) is one of the learning methods applied at the Indonesian Methodist Church (GMI) Resort Tarutung. To determine the effectiveness of Bible Study as an effort to spiritually form teenagers. This research uses a mixed method. The research results show that Bible Study (PA) is very effectively used as an effort to form youth spirituality at GMI Resort Tarutung which has an impact on the attitudes or behavior of teenagers in everyday life

Abstract

Moderasi beragama sangat penting untuk mendorong masyarakat yang harmonis dan damai, terutama di negara yang beragam seperti Indonesia. Hal ini tidak hanya mencakup toleransi tetapi juga menghargai perbedaan, menghindari ekstremisme, dan mempromosikan kerukunan. Dalam konteks Kecamatan Lintong Nihuta, Humbang Hasundutan, Sumatera Utara, di mana sebagian besar penduduknya beragama Kristen tetapi juga termasuk komunitas dengan keyakinan lain, moderasi beragama sangat penting untuk menjaga kohesi sosial. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024 bertujuan untuk memperkuat moderasi beragama melalui pendidikan agama Kristen. Dipimpin oleh Prof. Dr. Albiner Siagian, M.Si., dan didukung oleh dosen-dosen dari Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Tarutung, termasuk Maria Widiastuti, Dorlan Naibaho, Hasudungan Simatupang, dan Risden Anakampun, bersama dengan Henriwati Siregar, penyuluh agama Kristen dari Humbang Hasundutan, program ini menggunakan pendekatan komprehensif yang menggabungkan ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan kegiatan praktis. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang moderasi beragama, menyoroti bahwa ini adalah pendekatan yang seimbang antara kebebasan beragama dan tanggung jawab sosial. Ceramah memberikan dasar teoretis, sementara diskusi kelompok memfasilitasi berbagi pengalaman pribadi dan tantangan praktis. Peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam toleransi dan saling menghormati, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan lintas agama dan mempromosikan interaksi yang harmonis dalam komunitas mereka. Keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan program, memberikan contoh nyata tentang moderasi beragama. Partisipasi aktif anggota masyarakat dan pengembangan keterampilan praktis mempertegas efektivitas program. Terlebih lagi, program ini juga meningkatkan kapasitas penyuluh agama Kristen, memperlengkapi mereka dengan strategi komunikasi yang lebih baik dan metode praktis untuk mempromosikan moderasi beragama. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan potensi pendidikan agama Kristen dalam mendorong moderasi beragama dan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan damai di Kecamatan Lintong Nihuta. Komitmen peserta untuk terus mempraktikkan dan mempromosikan moderasi beragama menunjukkan dampak positif jangka panjang. Program-program di masa depan dapat memperluas jangkauan mereka, melibatkan lembaga lokal, dan menggabungkan teknologi untuk memperluas pengaruhnya.**
