Abstract

The style of an educational system appears to be impacted by the viewpoint of each community, group, or nation, according to this article's philosophical examination of Islamic education as a system. This viewpoint has a strong connection to their philosophical upbringing and way of living. Because this way of life indicates an identity that needs to be preserved, developed, and ultimately handed on to the community's younger members. From this viewpoint, it may be inferred that since Islamic education is a system with components, then the Qur'an and Hadith, which serve as the primary Islamic teaching sources, are referenced in the system's design. The fundamental principles of Islamic education, as well as the intended concepts and systems, are typically developed on this basis. The following are some examples of these educational components: educational principles, educational aims, educational materials, educational subjects, and educational objects; educational techniques; educational media; educational evaluation; and educational environment

Abstract

The background of this research is to determine the effect of online learning using E-Learning learning media on students' learning motivation. Online learning was developed to support face-to-face learning, especially during the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease-19) pandemic. This study aims to find out (1) the reality of online learning using E-Learning learning media in class VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung (2) the reality of learning motivation for class VIII students of MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung and (3) the effect of online learning using media learning on the learning motivation of class VIII students of MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach, with descriptive methods, correlational data types. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In this study, 32 students were taken as samples from class VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung. Data analysis of these two variables was carried out using statistical methods which were divided into two approaches, namely partial analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that (1) The reality of learning in the network using E-Learning learning media is in a positive category (score 4.03), (2) The reality of student learning motivation is in a good category (score 4.25), and (3 ) The relationship between learning in the network using E-Learning learning media with student motivation is (a) the correlation coefficient is 0.687 which is included in the strong category. Abstract

Performance improvement can be affected by compensation. This of course can be a burden for madrasas/institutions, if performance improvements must always be related to compensation. This study intends to find out: the climate of madrasas in Purwakarta Regency, the performance of teaching staff in Purwakarta Regency, and the relationship between Madrasah Climate and the Performance of Education Personnel in Purwakarta Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach model. The study population was all madrasas in Purwakarta Regency, totaling 389 madrasahs, with a sample of 43 respondents from 43 schools. The sample was taken using a random sampling technique. As for data collection obtained by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires. This study obtained the results: Madrasah climate in Purwakarta Regency has a score of 94, is in the 76% - 99% category, namely the very good category, the performance of the Education Staff is in a high qualification, with a mean (average) value of 4.58, namely in the interval 3.6 – 4.5, and 3). Madrasah climate with the performance of teaching staff has a significance value of 0.001. The significance value is 0.001 <0.05, so both have a correlation or relationship. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained are 0.480, with a position interval of 0.40 - 0.599 which means that it has a degree of relationship with a moderate correlation. Abstract

Pembelajaran dalam jaringan dikembangkan untuk menunjang pembelajaran tatap muka, terutama di masa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui (1) Realitas pembelajaran dalam jaringan menggunakan media pembelajaran E-Learning di kelas VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung (2) Realitas motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung dan (3) Pengaruh pembelajaran dalam jaringan menggunakan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode deskriptif, jenis data korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, angket, dan dokumen-tasi. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel dari kelas VIII MI Al Ishlah Kota Bandung sebanyak 32 siswa. Analisis data kedua variabel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistika yang terbagi ke dalam dua pendekatan, yaitu analisis parsial dan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Realitas pembelajaran dalam jaringan menggunakan media pembelajaran E-Learning berkategori positif (skor 4,03), (2) Realitas motivasi belajar siswa berkategori baik (skor 4,25), dan (3) Hubungan antara pembelajaran dalam jaringan menggunakan media pembela-jaran E-Learning dengan motivasi belajar siswa adalah (a) koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,687 termasuk kategori kuat. (b) Hipotesisnya diterima, karena thitung 2,7 lebih kecil dari ttabel dengan (28,5) dan (c) Kadar pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y yaitu sebesar 48% .

Abstract

Corak suatu sistem pendidikan nampaknya dipengaruhi oleh cara pandang masing-masing masyarakat, kelompok, atau bangsa, menurut kajian filosofis artikel ini tentang pendidikan Islam sebagai suatu sistem. Sudut pandang ini memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan asuhan filosofis dan cara hidup mereka. Karena cara hidup ini menunjukkan suatu identitas yang perlu dilestarikan, dikembangkan, dan pada akhirnya diwariskan kepada anggota masyarakat yang lebih muda. Dari sudut pandang ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa karena pendidikan Islam adalah sebuah sistem dengan komponen-komponen, maka Al-Qur'an dan Hadits yang menjadi sumber utama ajaran Islam menjadi acuan dalam perancangan sistem tersebut. Prinsip dasar pendidikan Islam, serta konsep dan sistem yang dimaksud, biasanya dikembangkan atas dasar ini. Berikut adalah beberapa contoh komponen pendidikan tersebut: prinsip pendidikan, tujuan pendidikan, materi pendidikan, mata pelajaran pendidikan, dan objek pendidikan; teknik pendidikan; media pendidikan; evaluasi pendidikan; dan lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh pemberian kompensasi. Hal ini tentu dapat menjadi beban bagi madrasah/lembaga, jika peningkatan kinerja harus selalu berhub-ungan dengan pemberian kompensasi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui: iklim Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Purwakarta, kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Kabu-paten Purwakarta, serta hubungan Iklim Madrsah dengan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Purwakarta yang berjumlah 389 madrasah, dengan sampel 43 responden dari 43 sekolah, pengambilan sampel menggunkan teknik random sampling. Adapun untuk pengambilan data di-peroleh dengan penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil: Iklim Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Purwakarta memiliki nilai 94, berada pada kategori 76% - 99% yaitu kategori sangat baik, kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan berada pada kuali-fikasi yang tinggi, dengan nilai mean (rata-rata) 4,58 yaitu pada interval 3,6 – 4,5, dan 3). Iklim Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan kinerja tenaga kependidikan memiliki nilai signif-ikansi 0,001. Nilai signifikansi 0.001< 0.05, maka keduanya mempunyai korelasi atau hubungan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh yaitu 0.480, dengan po-sisi interval 0,40 – 0,599 artinya memiliki derajat hubungan dengan korelasi sedang. Hasil perhitungan koefesiensi determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,230 maknanya kontribusi variabel iklim madrasah (X) terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan (Y) berjumlah 23% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain seperti: gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan posi-tif dari keluarga, maupun career development (pengembangan karir).
