Abstract

Curriculum development is carried out through a contextual analysis process related to the internal and external challenges of education. This study aims to describe the components of the curriculum at SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency. As for the focus of the study of the curriculum components, namely objectives, content/materials, implementation process, and curriculum evaluation. The research approach used is qualitative research with descriptive study methods. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum is very influential on the quality of the process and learning outcomes of students. This is viewed from various components of the curriculum, including; objectives, content, implementation process, and curriculum evaluation at SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency. Through this research, it is concluded that the components of the curriculum function as a reference for learning and determine the direction of education.

Abstract

By applying the Problem Based Learning Learning Model in class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency for Islamic Religious Education subjects, this research seeks to improve student achievement results. Descriptive research techniques are used in this type of research. All students of class IX B were used as research subjects. The learning process is carried out in three cycles, each of which has four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm and student achievement are factors in this research. In this study, observation, questionnaires, and tests were used to collect data. Observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests as research instruments. Based on research findings from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, the problem-based learning activity plan planned by the teacher for class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya went well. Based on the research findings, it can be said that for the 2022–2023 school year, the Problem Based Learning approach can improve student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subject class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract

The problem that arises is whether there is a positive influence from the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency? This study aims to determine the effect of the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency. With this aim, this research can be useful for the development of religious knowledge and prayer through intermediaries and its benefits for one of the morals of students. The method used in this research is descriptive method through a quantitative approach, namely research that seeks to reveal the current conditions/conditions by considering the past through questionnaires, interviews, as well as observation and processing of the figures obtained from the research. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the activities of the Rohis MAN Ciawi extracurricular organization were classified as low. This is indicated by the average value ("X" ̅) = 70 when confirmed to the interpretation scale which is between 68.08 – 72.1 with a good classification. While the morals of the students are classified as good with an average score ("X" ̅) = 70.4 if confirmed on an interpretation scale between 68.8 – 72. And the influence of the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda has an influence significantly with the very high category, with rs = 0.9 in the interval 0.81-1.00 and t_(count ) > t_table 9 > 2.021 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Rohis extracurricular organizational activities affect the morals of students by 81% and the remaining 19% are thought to be influenced by other factors, for example the teacher's personality, living environment and others.

Abstract

This research departs from a kiai leadership in Islamic boarding schools which can be said to be the central point. Kiai has full power in regulating and determining policies for every activity in the pesantren, either directly or indirectly. Currently moral degradation is increasingly visible among students. In taking the sample, the researcher used a random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique from the existing population. Researchers distributed 70 sample questionnaires from a total population of 239, using a Likert scale model questionnaire as primary data which was distributed online using Whats App and Instagram. This study aims to describe (a) the leadership of the clerics in Islamic boarding schools in Plered sub-district, Purwakarta (b) the formation of the character of the students at the Minnatul Huda Islamic Boarding School, (c) the relationship between the kyai leadership and the character building of students in Islamic boarding schools in the Plered sub-district, Purwakarta. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the cleric's leadership and the formation of the character of the santri in Islamic boarding schools in the Plered Purwakarta sub-district, obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.588, meaning that the level of strength of the relationship between the kyai's leadership variables and the formation of the character of the santri is 58%, which is interpreted as an entry coefficient price. category 0.40 - 0.59 which is enough. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.346, meaning that the formation of the character of the santri has something to do with the leadership of the cleric of 34.6%, while the rest is related to other factors outside the research. Thus it can be concluded that Ha is accepted in the sense that there is a positive and unidirectional relationship between the leadership of the kiai and the formation of the character of the students at Islamic boarding schools throughout the Plered District, Purwakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research for demonstrate how the implementation of governance practices, processes, and supporting and inhibiting elements of the scientific method are used to increase student involvement in PAI learning at SMK Bina Nusantara Andika. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that PAI learning is applied using the 2013 curriculum and the scientific model. The school has endeavored to promote discipline and order, maximize study hours using the scientific method, and increase student participation by requiring students to participate in group discussions of the teaching-learning process and hands-on practice. In addition, the instructor demonstrates the scientific method paradigm through real-life examples. The scientific approach is carried out by stimulating students' interest in the concepts being taught, encouraging students to ask questions about concepts, assisting students in gathering various information related to concepts, guiding students in developing arguments from concepts, and guiding students in concluding concepts. In addition, the supporting elements are the active participation of students in learning, competent instructors, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and various learning techniques. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors include inadequate facilities, such as the lack of technical support tools, insufficient allocation of teaching time, and the shortage of teaching staff, especially PAI teachers who have not been able to adapt to the scientific approach model.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out the implementation of spiritual education in improving the morals of students at the tahfizh mutiara darul qur'an islamic boarding school, ngamprah district, West Bandung regency. Spiritual education is very appropriate for the achievement of educational goals, especially for the improvement of student learning achievement, but in practice in the field of spiritual education qoetion receives less attention , in fact they only attach importance to logic and methods of general methods that do not contain spiritual elements. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis, namely digging up information that is in accordance with events in the field through the person concerned or respondent. while the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the discussion of spiritual education carried out by the Islamic boarding school tahfizh Mutiara Darul Qur'an in this case is very optimal or well implemented, including when new students enter, the students are equipped with an understanding of Islam related to the interaction of men and women by explaining verses of the Qur'an and hadith related to it. An understanding of the necessity of wara' traits in male and female interactions between teenagers is also explained in the briefing. Likewise with the way of dressing, especially the female students. Furthermore, the teachers at the Tahfizh Mutiara Darul Qur'an islamic boarding school are equipped with how to teach in the classroom, including that Spiritual education is applied in all learning materials such as mathematics, science, and others.

Abstract

The moderate stance taken by religious, educational and organizational groups is discussed in this article. This study used a literature review, and moderate was defined either explicitly or implicitly. The word "moderate" means "moderate", but it also has the implication "a person who agrees to be reasonable", as in "he always finds a middle way to deal with the problems he faces". Finding the middle ground requires maintaining a positive attitude and putting the needs of others before your own. But calm, harmony, no conflict, and modernity is what these people want. Every aspect, including structure and instructions, requires moderation.

Abstract

One of the key factors in the formation of national character and identity is Islamic religious education. Islamic religious education must be able to transform into a spirit that guides technology so that it is always useful in human existence in this digital 4.0 era when communication originating from a certain matter becomes global. In order to strengthen the formation of national character, this research looks for ways to incorporate science and technology into Islamic religious education. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that describes the current conditions of Islamic religious education learning and its relation to the nation's character building. The result of this research is that Islamic religious education should not be monolithic but must be integrated with non-religious subjects as well as science and technology so that today's young generation are willing and interested in studying religion well and Islamic religious education can be of value. which colors every skill and profession of Indonesian citizens, so that the morals and morals of the nation develop well according to the example of the Prophet Muhammad and aspired to by the state.

Abstract

The lack of reinforcement of madrasah education causes the flexibility of religious and social values possessed by students, namely the development of extreme ways of thinking and behaving in religion that ignore human values, resulting in problems of intolerance and divisions between religious communities, then there is fanaticism or the development of claims the subjective truth of religious interpretation by rejecting differences and claiming that only one's opinion is right, the others are wrong, whereas what we have to understand is that the different colors of understanding should be a common good. This study aims to explain the Implementation of Religious Moderation Values in learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at MAN 1 Darussalam Ciamis. This type of research uses field qualitative with descriptive analysis method, while the data sources of this research consist of madrasa heads, teachers and students with data collection tools including interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the study show that the implementation of religious moderation in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) learning has a very good impact on the formation of student character which is able to reflect an attitude of religious moderation through moderate, fair, tasamuh and ta'awun Islamic cultural learning activities which are reflected in students' attitudes.

Abstract

The progress of a country is supported by the quality of human resources in it, advances in technology and knowledge are two things that greatly influence the development of the country. Future challenges in the form of the development of information technology, the convergence of science and technology, the advancement of creative and cultural industries, the influence and impact of technoscience, demand the implementation of a more comprehensive science and technology-based curriculum development. Aqidah as a belief system that contains the basic elements of belief, describes the source and nature of the existence of religion. While morals as an ethical system describes the direction and goals to be achieved by religion. This study aims to broaden readers' insight into the importance of improving the quality of human resources by improving education in Indonesia, one of which is through the development of a science and technology-based curriculum. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study explained that educational institutions, especially the school pathway, must be able to support and anticipate scientific and technological advances. Teaching materials or materials should be the result of contemporary scientific and technological developments, both related to the results of obtaining information, or how to obtain this information and use it for society. It takes the utilization, development and mastery of science and technology so that it has implications for the development of human resources.
