Abstract

Learning tools in Early Childhood Educatioan are a system that aims to enable teachers to understand what is planned in concept planning based on the curriculum that applies to Early Childhood Education. Teachers need to have the competence to design learning for Early Childhood based on play and game theory in order to realize learning that is in accordance with the characteristics of 21st century children, design learning that is innovative, creative and in line with the child's level of development and the demands of science and technology development, implement learning for early childhood that is in accordance with the demands of 21st century developments. This competency will create good learning and be implemented systematically and continuously. The main aim of this service is to increase the competency of Early Childhood Education teachers in creating learning device.

Abstract

Mayoritas orangtua wali murid di KB-TK Al Azhar 59 Palu adalah ibu bekerja yang pekerjaannya di pusat perkantoran Kota Palu. Beberapa ibu memilih untuk bekerja karena berbagai alasan diantaranya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, aktualisasi diri, menerapkan pengalaman ilmu, maupun untuk mengisi waktu luang. Ibu yang berkerja rentan mengalami stress, kelelahan, atau bahkan frustasi jika tidak dapat menyeimbangkan antara pekerjaan dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Pressure yang tinggi dari pekerjaan akan berdampak buruk pada keluarga serta proses pengasuhan. Tidak jarang ibu bekerja belum memiliki pemahaman pentingnya parenting self-efficacy terhadap proses pengasuhan untuk memiliki kompetensi yang seimbang antara pekerjaan dan pengasuhan. Oleh karena itu, dinilai penting untuk memberikan program psikoedukasi kepada ibu bekerja mengenai upaya peningkatan kualitas pengasuhan ibu bekerja melalui program psikoedukasi parenting self-efficacy di KB-TK Al Azhar 59 Palu. Program ini khusunya akan memberikan psikoedukasi kepada ibu bekerja yang dampaknya ibu bekerja tersebut akan mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai pengasuhan yang positif. Peserta yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 35 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara offline di aula KB-TK Al Azhar 59 Palu

Abstract

Aktif secara fisik memainkan peran dalam perkembangan fisik anak. Meskipun ada banyak bukti hubungan positif antara aktivitas fisik dan keterampilan motorik pada anak. Bagaimana aktivitas fisik yang seharusnya dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan keterampilan motorik kasar secara optimal masih kurang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas permainan lempar tangkap bola kecil terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak prasekolah. Desain penelitian pre eksperimen dengan the one group pre test-post test, sampel penelitian anak prasekolah usia 4-6 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan uji coba dengan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menujukan, terdapat peningkatan perkembangan keterampilan motorik kasar antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Kesimpulannya, pemberian permainan lempar tangkap bola kecil secara rutin melalui pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak prasekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menambah pengetahuan guru dan orang tua murid akan pentingnya permainan lempar tangkap bola kecil terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak prasekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to examine broadly and in depth the development of technology-based learning programs to improve early childhood literacy. In this context, technology-based learning media includes learning through videos specifically designed to improve early childhood literacy skills. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide a deeper understanding of the potential of technology-based learning media in improving early childhood literacy skills, so researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "development of technology-based learning media to improve early childhood literacy in Group B Al-Khairaat Parigi Kindergarten, Parigi Moutong Regency.” This type of research is R&D using the Borg & Gall development model. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that there is effectiveness in developing technology-based learning media to increase the initial literacy of young children in Group B of Al-Khairaat Parigi Kindergarten, Parigi Moutong Regency. This is shown from the data on early childhood literacy which has Sig < α (0.016 < 0.05), which means that early childhood literacy before implementing technology-based learning media is significantly different from after implementing technology-based learning media in Group B Al-Khairaat Parigi Kindergarten, Parigi Moutong Regency. Abstract

The low level of children's independence is the background of this study. To increase independence, a positive reinforcement strategy is applied as a method of forming consistent positive behavior and character. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive reinforcement on the independence of early childhood. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The subjects consisted of 16 children, namely 9 girls and 7 boys in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Data processing was carried out using the Paired Sample T Test analysis which was carried out with the help of the SPSS Statistics IMB program. The results of the research findings, there is a significance value of .000, because the significance value of the T-Test <0.05 (.000 <0.05), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In addition, there was an increase in the level of children's independence after being given treatment, which was seen from three aspects observed. In the initiative aspect, such as tidying up stationery by giving it a star symbol, there was an increase in the category (BSB) from 0% to 31%, category (BSH) from 19% to 31%, while category (MB) decreased from 56% to 38%, and category (BB) decreased from 25% to 0%. In the aspect of responsibility observed through the approach to children, the BSB category increased from 0% to 31%, BSH from 25% to 38%, and MB decreased from 75% to 31%. While in the aspect of self-control which was strengthened through giving praise, the BSB category increased from 0% to 25%. roviding various positive reinforcements that vary makes children feel appreciated so that it can attract children's attention to carry out independent actions continuously.

Abstract

Mothers have a crucial role in household affairs and childcare in the family. But now, the role of mothers is starting to change. Some mothers choose to work for various reasons including being able to meet needs, self-actualization, knowledge experience, and to fill spare time. Working mothers will easily experience stress, fatigue, or even frustration if they cannot balance between work and their responsibilities as housewives. This condition will have a bad impact on the family. Parenting self-efficacy is a parent's confidence in their competence in caring for and providing care for children that positively influences the child's behavior and development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the role of parenting self-efficacy. Participants consisted of 192 working mothers who had children between the ages of 0 and 8. This study used a random sample. Working mothers were given a questionnaire that was distributed according to the SEPTI scale to measure their self-efficacy in parenting. The results showed a significant relationship between stress and well-being among working mothers, t-count values of t = 129,872 > t-table 1,994. The higher the stress level of the mothers, the lower the self-effectiveness of their parents. Conversely, the lower the mother's stress level, the higher their parents' self-efficiency. In the end, the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Early childhood learning media is very important to be prepared by teachers before learning activities begin. Without learning media as an introduction or intermediary, ongoing learning will not be interesting. The use of technology will make it very easy for teachers to prepare practical and interesting digital-based learning media. Creating digital-based learning media will allow teachers to be creative and innovate with various applications and devices provided by information technology. Learning or media created by utilizing digital-based learning provides a new revolution for teachers in the learning methods used. The digital media used include PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, CapCut, and the Kahoot and Quizizz apps, making learning more enjoyable. Regular use of digital media can improve learning quality, as students become accustomed to learning in a more engaging, active, and independent manner. Furthermore, this method helps students develop 21st-century skills such as digital literacy, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. This also makes it easier for teachers to assess, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs. The results of community service found a significant increase in teacher knowledge and skills with an average pre-test score of 61 and an average post-test score of 83. This activity succeeded in increasing teacher competence in preparing the learning process.
