Abstract

This study aims to determine the government's responsibility in fulfilling the rights to health services for prisoners. The primary data in this study were obtained through an empirical (nondoctrinal) approach in Watampone Class IIA Prison and analyzed qualitatively descriptively in an Islamic perspective based on the theory of Maqoshid Al Shari'ah. The results showed that state responsibility is a constitutional obligation of the state, especially the government to strive for the fulfillment of prisoners' rights. In the conception of Hifz al Nafs, this responsibility is a form of protection / safeguarding the human soul not only for the general public but also for prisoners (prisoners) with the fulfillment of their rights as human beings.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan narapidana. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pendekatan empirik (nondoktrinal) pada Lapas Kelas IIA Watampone dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dalam perspektif Islam yang bertumpu pada teori Maqoshid Al Syari’ah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab negara merupakan kewajiban konstitusional negara terutama untuk mengupayakan pemenuhan hak-hak narapidana. Dalam konsepsi Hifz al Nafs, tanggung jawab ini merupakan bentuk perlindungan/menjaga jiwa manusia bukan saja bagi masyarakat umum tetapi juga bagi warga binaan pemasyarakatan (narapidana) dengan jalan pemenuhan hak-haknya sebagai manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep warani sebagai nilai kearifan lokal yang relevan dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian library research, kajian ini menelusuri makna warani dalam budaya Bugis yang tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai keberanian fisik, tetapi juga mencakup keberanian moral, spiritual, dan sosial. Nilai ini memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan konsep syaja’ah dalam Islam, yaitu keberanian yang dilandasi oleh keimanan dan akal sehat. Kajian ini juga menyoroti praktik warani para tokoh lokal di Tanah Bone sebelum masuknya Islam, yang menunjukkan keberanian dalam menegakkan nilai-nilai adat dan keadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai warani ke dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat memperkuat pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang berani, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelibatan nilai-nilai lokal dalam proses pendidikan sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya sekaligus penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in improving learning practices in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence at the Darud Da'wah Wal Irsyad Mareto Elementary School, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative research model. This study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Then, data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. After obtaining the existing data, the results of this study the author can conclude that the role of parents is very important in improving the practice of Islamic jurisprudence learning at the DDI Mareto Elementary School, active involvement, role models, and emotional support from parents have been proven to strengthen the understanding and experience of Islamic teachings by students. The supporting factors are harmonious family relationships that are able to provide motivation and attention to children, as well as active involvement in activities at the madrasah, while the inhibiting factors are busy parents or limited time so that parents find it difficult to accompany their children in learning

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of faith and Morals learning through the use of learning resources for second-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data was then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. Data validity was examined using data triangulation, which involved comparing the observation data with the interview data and documentation results. The results are as follows: (1) How is the learning process of students through the use of printed books on faith and morals among second- grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency? (2) The development of improvements in the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning through the use of printed books among second-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency.
