Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has had a significant impact on the nation's economy. Various types of MSMEs have been developed, including MSMEs with disabilities, especially those who are female. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the development of women's MSMEs, especially those with disabilities. The research method used was descriptive and qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, structured interviews, and FGDs. The results show that there are several factors that influence the development of MSMEs for women with disabilities, namely physical accessibility and information, education and training, social support and networks, access to capital and funding, inclusion policies and legal protection, and awareness and attitude change. In addition, internal factors originating from female MSME actors with disabilities, and external factors originating from family, community, and government also influence the development of women with MSMEs with disabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Online Customer Review (X1) and Free Shipping Promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions in Tiktok Shop E-Commerce. A quantitative research method was employed, using a questionnaire filled out by 119 students from the Faculty of Law and Business at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta. The results of the analysis indicate that both variables, Online Customer Review and Free Shipping Promotion, significantly influence online purchasing decisions on Tiktok Shop platform. The use of online consumer reviews and providing free shipping promotions can enhance purchasing decisions in the platform. Validity and reliability tests indicate that the questionnaire instrument used is valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination test shows that both independent variables are capable of explaining 53% of the dependent variable. The findings of this study contribute to understanding consumer behavior in the digital environment, particularly in the context of Tiktok Shop E-Commerce.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di Indonesia menjadi fokus utama para stakeholder, karena memberikan dampak yang positif dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan menyumbang sebagian besar produk domestik bruto (PDB) negara serta menciptakan mayoritas lapangan kerja di sektor swasta. Di Kabupaten Sragen, para UMKM tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Pengusaha Gading Sukowati (P2GS) didirikan sejak tahun 2019 dan beranggotakan lebih dari 200 pelaku UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan, anggota P2GS terkendala lemahnya pengelolaan manajerial dan kurang adanya komunikasi pemasaran dengan hubungan dengan pelanggan, sehingga konsumen/pelanggan yang kembali membeli produk (retensi) masih sangat kecil. Pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam P2GS membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat diakses secara mudah dan cepat yakni sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola manajerial dan Sistem E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui tahapan kegiatan sosialisasi, tahapan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan anggota P2GS sudah melakukan implementasi sistem yang telah dirancang, termasuk pengaturan alur kerja dan integrasi dengan proses bisnis yang ada. Kegiatan ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan administrasi UMKM dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui penerapan teknologi yang efisien dan terintegrasi yang telah dibuat oleh tim PKM. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the personnel information system and employee self – service applications at the Alfamart Klewer retail store in Boyolali Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach, which is a research problem formulation that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The sample of this study was 70 respondents from Alfamart Klewer employees in Boyolali Regency. The method used in determining the sample was Non Probability Sampling with a purpose sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests and f-tests (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2) test using SPSS V 25. The results showed that all independent variables (relationship between, employee self – service applications and employee information) had a positive and significant relationship with the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Collectively, the independent variables, namely the personnel information system and employee self service application, provide an overall relationship with the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction.
