Abstract

This community partnership service aims to increase community productivity and income by empowering the people's economy and assisting small and medium businesses with stimulant skills in the field of technology and hygienic management of the production of "Abon Beef" brand in the city of Palembang. The stages of implementing this community service program begin with an integrated approach carried out from the initial process of socialization and planning during which the activity lasts effectively for approximately 3 months. In the initial socialization, the team invited workers involved in the process of making fish floss to socialize the activities carried out so that effective and reciprocal communication occurred. The coaching that will be carried out by the service will continue with the management of the processing of shredded tuna "Beef Shredded" to be better by improving product quality and marketing carried out by the owner and also improving the management system. Shredded products will have their own labels and will then be marketed via e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Community Service is the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education to help the community. This community service is to find the problems faced by the Songkok coffee industry, Bandar Agung village, Lubuk Batang sub-district. In terms of marketing, the skullcap industry is still not very effective, because they only market in the neighborhood around the village, where in fact many people in Bandar Agung, Lubuk Batang sub-district, use skullcaps every day. Therefore, the aim of our Community Service is to introduce marketing methods that are more widespread and of course also cost-effective, namely by selling using online media, publishing on social media, and through e-commerce media. Service activities are assisted by students as well as entrepreneurship learning for students as entrepreneurial knowledge. The innovation carried out is to develop marketing through E-commerce based media which aims to expand the market segment of the skullcap industry. From the results of the dedication, a website and telegram were obtained which were used as addresses for online marketing of Bandar Agung Resam coffee beans, Lubuk Batang sub-district, thereby expanding the market share of the Bandar Agung Songkok coffee business, Lubuk Batang sub-district in the new normal period.

Abstract

PKKBM is a stage in preparing new students to go through the transition process to become mature and independent students, as well as a catalyst in the process of adapting students to a new environment and providing provisions for their success in studying at tertiary institutions, especially at STIA Satya Negara Palembang. The purpose of this service is to instill awareness of the nation, state and state defense, as well as concern for the environment and society, introduce learning systems and the life of the academic community by instilling basic educational values, introducing rights and obligations as students, creating a friendly campus ( inclusive), safe, and healthy and shape the character of students who prioritize attitudes as intellectuals who rely on intelligence and maturity. This service uses a participatory approach using the method of conveying knowledge from resource persons, delivering PKKMB material, observations and interviews from various sources during the Entrepreneurship Bazaar, showcasing the talents of new students in vocal, dance, recitation and martial arts. The results of the dedication show that PKKMB participants know business opportunities, are good at communicating, and are confident in promoting their products during the bazaar.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Banyuasin I, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera selatan memiliki potensi dan peluang bisnis yang sangat strategis karena desa tersebut berdekatan dengan pusat bisnis, yaitu Pasar Pagi Prajen dan Pasar Sematang Borang. Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Desa Banyuasin I yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Desa Banyuasin I bersama Mahasiswa PKL STIA Satya Negara Tahun 2022 melihat peluang ini untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif berbasis home industry. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah, selain pendampingan pembuatan sabun cair cuci piring, juga pelatihan dan praktik, penyuluhan merk, labeling, dan edukasi hukum. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kelompok mitra tentang kewirausahaan sabun cair meningkat sebesar 73,95% (22,08% menjadi 84,75%). Pemahaman tersebut meliputi pemahaman tentang pembuatan, edukasi kesehatan, aspek hukum, dan labeling. Selain itu, kelompok mitra juga telah mampu membuat produk sabun cuci piring dan pengemasannya.
