Every Muslim has an obligation to preach to spread the word of Islam. Da’wah activities are currently dominated by male activists, even though women also have the same obligation to preach, in fact there are matters that women know better, especially those related to feminine issues. Therefore, women are required to preach by paying attention to the limits set by the Sharia. As exemplified by the ummahatul mu’minin and other shahabiyat during the heyday of Islam where they took an active role in spreading the teachings of Islam by forming hadith halaqah and other learning media. This research aims to explore how the contribution of da’wah of Muslim women activists in the digital era 5.0 and the limits set by Islam. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data analysis method. The results of this study indicate based on the takhrij hadith of the Prophet ﷺ that Muslim women da’wah activists can spread Islam through social media, by maintaining restrictions such as: maintaining aurat and voice, not being tabarruj, not mixing with men, not promoting heretical thoughts, preaching according to their abilities and fields, preaching politely, and also setting an example by practicing what is preached. So it can be concluded that in the digital era 5.0 there are many ways for Muslim women to contribute to spreading Islam, Islam gives full support to Muslim activists who preach according to the corridors of Islam.

Abstract

This study delves into the phenomenon of revenge porn in Indonesia, examining it through the lenses of Islamic ethics, cyber ethics, and Fiqh Sunnah. In 2023, revenge porn and sextortion constituted a troubling 40% of gender-based violence against women in the country. Employing a mixed-method approach, which combines library research with interviews of Indonesian victims aged 18 to 36, the findings reveal a stark contradiction with Islamic ethics. Revenge porn violates principles of privacy, decency, trust, and mutual consent, and it neglects reputation protection, endangering individuals. Notably, the study sheds light on the absence of justice in addressing revenge porn, a significant deviation from Islamic principles of justice and fairness. Additionally, the research underscores how revenge porn contradicts cyber ethics, where perpetrators disregard online responsibility, privacy protection, and respectful online behavior. The study advocates for comprehensive measures to uphold ethical standards, providing support for victims, and fostering a secure digital environment that respects individual dignity and rights. A particular emphasis is placed on the significance of cyber ethics in combating revenge porn and addressing the perpetrators' failure to adhere to responsible online behavior.

Abstract

In the contemporary world, as parents increasingly acknowledge the crucial role of quality education in shaping their children's future, particularly through religious education, uncertainties persist regarding the most effective platforms for its implementation and delivery. This qualitative research aims to explore optimal locations for imparting religious education to children and investigate its role in the moral and ethical development of children through faith-based learning. The research involved interviews with ten parent informants to gather insights into the best platforms and impacts of religious education on children's moral and ethical growth, which were then analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns, key influences, and the extent of religious education's effectiveness in shaping children's character and ethical values. The findings show that religious education can be accessed through formal schooling, non-formal Quranic education, and the family. School-based religious education covers both theoretical and practical aspects, while Quranic education provides in-depth Islamic values. The family integrates religious values into daily life, with parents serving as primary educators and role models. The research highlights the significant impact of religious education on moral and ethical character, spiritual foundation, social skills, cognitive development, independence, and communication. It advocates for the integration of religious values across all educational platforms, emphasizing its role in fostering intellectually skilled and morally upright individuals.

Abstract

Domestic violence and infidelity are critical factors influencing women’s psychological well-being, interpersonal trust, and readiness for long-term relationships, including marriage. This study explores how experiences of witnessing or being victimized by such events shape women’s perceptions of trust, relationships, and marital readiness. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with ten women aged 18–28 who had experienced or witnessed domestic violence and infidelity within their families. The findings reveal that these experiences often lead to deep-seated trust issues, fear of romantic relationships, and negative perceptions of marriage. Participants reported difficulties forming healthy interpersonal bonds and displayed symptoms of emotional instability and anxiety. Traumatic pasts were also found to influence cognitive patterns, leading to either avoidance of marriage or repeated entry into unhealthy relationships. These findings highlight the urgent need for psychosocial interventions to mitigate long-term impacts and support women in rebuilding trust and relational resilience.
