Abstract

Based on the researcher's observations and experiences throughout the learning process at RQ Muhammad Darwis, this study was conducted. The teacher only used face-to-face instruction with ummi method, to help students memorize information. Because of this, learning becomes less conducive to memorization and students become easily bored. Based on these facts, the purpose of this research was to combine the Ummi method with hand movements in RQ Muhammad Darwis Colomadu in order to increase the effectiveness of memorizing, particularly for An - Naba. The first step in this research was to analyze the issues students were having with learning memorization the Koran. The ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) was applied in this study. Five students who participated in the implementation or trial procedure served as the research subjects. By watching the participating students, research data was gathered. The result study showed a percentage of 75.7%, indicating the validity, interest, and efficacy of the ummi method with hand movement criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that RQ Muhammad Darwis Colomadu may effectively teach memorizing by the use of ummi technique with hand gestures.

Abstract

This research elaborates on the Islamic view of human interaction with the environment based on Qur'anic verses related to human duties and functions. This issue is vital amid accusations that religion and human perspective are one of the roots of various ecological crises. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. By describing verses that discuss human functions and duties and verses related to the environment, this study shows that Islam comprehensively views the relationship between humans and the environment. The results of the survey show that Islam views humans and nature as an interdependent unit, with the obligation to maintain balance as a manifestation of the faith of a servant as 'Abdullah and the caliph on earth.

Abstract

Riba etymologically means increasing (al-ziyadah), growing (an-numuw), increasing (al-'uluw). Terminologically, riba is an addition to the principal of a debt that is agreed or required as compensation for the debt repayment period. Riba is absolutely, firmly and clearly haram according to the Qur'an, hadith and the consensus of the ulama. In general, riba is divided into two types, namely riba duyun/qardh (riba in debts) and riba buyu' (riba in buying and selling). Maqashid (purpose) of prohibiting riba: 1) to avoid tyrannical practices against business people; 2) violates the principle of the basic nature of loans/debts as social good transactions which are converted into business-motivated transactions; 3) prevent injustice committed by creditors against debtors by exploiting the interest on the debt; 4) avoid gharar in exchange/buying and selling; and 5) so that money does not become a commodity that is bought and sold. The criteria for riba qardh are prohibited when additional debt is agreed upon in the contract or the gift/addition is paid before the debt is repaid. As for riba buyu', it occurs when the two rules of riba buying and selling are violated, the exchange of similar ribawi goods must meet the same criteria of quality and quantity, and must be in cash. If the exchange is of a different type then the terms must be cash and you can set a margin in it. In practice, riba qardh often occurs in fintech products, insurance, capital markets, conventional banking and derivative businesses. The practice of riba buyu' occurs in foreign exchange transactions, in the exchange of similar money which is widespread online.
