The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of learning mathematics in elementary schools based on Jean Piaget's theory. The focus of the research is the implementation of mathematics education in elementary classes according to Jean Piaget's theory. The research method used in this study is qualitative research by collecting information or data through different literature, such as different reference books, articles and magazines related to the problem. in the hands of researchers. The object of this research is the implications of elementary school mathematics learning activities based on Jean Piaget's cognitive theory, so researchers collect information from books and literature sources about the influence of elementary school mathematics education based on Jean Piaget's cognitive theory. The results showed that the higher the elementary school class, the more perfect the cognitive abilities of children, cognitive abilities change according to the age stages of child development, besides that there are learning aids such as media and learning models that can facilitate students' understanding

In this modern era, information and communication technology. it has grown very fast. Everyone often uses technology, the technology they often use or always use, whether morning, noon or night, is always used, never forgotten, namely, cellphones. Mobile phones are related to the development of Social Media. The more people use cellphones, the more people use social media. In this day and age, one of the most popular social media applications is TikTok, because TikTok is an application that is easy to use, not only as an entertainment application but also as a marketplace that is very helpful in promotion and selling. However, besides the many uses of TikTok, there are definitely impacts. to everyday life. Tiktok is an application that offers unique and interesting special effects, which are easy for users of this application to use to create cool short videos that can attract the attention of many people who watch them. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research whose research procedures produce descriptive data in written or oral form that can be understood. This research uses interview techniques. In carrying out the research, an interview test was carried out by interviewing several UIN Raden Fatah students, the sources concerned were the students themselves. Based on the findings of interviews and observations carried out by researchers with the four informants, the results obtained by all four were similar, the reasons for using TikTok, namely because they needed entertainment, got information about TikTok from friends, and sought new understanding. Evaluation is a measuring tool to determine how deep students' understanding is in the learning process that has been implemented. Mathematics is a subject that is synonymous with numbers and is universal. In a mathematics lesson, sometimes students can answer one problem with two ways of solving the exact result or more called open-ended. Open-ended is a way to solve more than one problem. This study aims to evaluate the extent of students' knowledge in solving Open Ended Problems in mathematics. This research uses qualitative research that uses descriptive methods and case study approaches. The subjects in this study were grade IIA students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Palembang. This study used data collection techniques in the form of essay question form tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that grade II C students can analyze, evaluate, and think creatively and critically in solving open-ended problems. These results show that learning mathematics through open-ended can allow students to answer the presented questions with different solutions.
