Abstract

Through this activity, disaster volunteers in Surakarta City can conduct disaster risk reduction (DRR) efforts based on ecosystem data and information management. Climate change has an increasing impact on ecosystems, resulting in environmental damage, thereby increasing the intensity of disaster events that need to be studied and monitored. Managing this disaster risk data and information requires using an environmental information system for ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction (ECO-DRR). The capacity of volunteers is vital in dealing with the risks of natural disasters and the impact of climate change by using SIL. Currently, volunteers manage using a form that has yet to accompany the presentation of information for decision-making and management of disaster risk knowledge. Requires remedial action by increasing the ability of volunteers to manage disaster risk data and information, report disaster events, and present them in dashboards. The method used is the parameters for development of SIL as a solution for ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction (ECO-PRB). The parameters were conducted on the topics of disaster risk, disaster incident reporting, and dashboard information management. The development of ECO-DRR SIL uses Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to obtain information on improvements in developing a user-based digital platform.

Abstract

AbstrakPerubahan iklim yang terjadi di bumi mengancam kehidupan manusia dan merusak ekosistem. Menghadapi perubahan iklim memerlukan upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi yang sejalan dengan komitmen Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Penyelenggaraan program hibah pembangunan desa MBKM bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi berbasis pembangunan berkelanjutan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumber, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta pada bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan realitas peristiwa yang diteliti, sehingga memudahkan peneliti memperoleh data yang obyektif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan program ini adalah pemasangan Hotrality yang memerangkap sampah di Sungai Gajah Putih mencapai target 6,3 pada indikator 6.3.2 (b). Kegiatan pengolahan limbah menjadi eco enzim dan pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterapi mencapai indikator 11.6.1(a) dan indikator 11.6.1(b). Kegiatan Taman Bumi Hijau, pendistribusian ikan nila, dan pemasangan ENNOS mencapai target 11.7 pada indikator 11.7.1(a). Sedangkan kegiatan Teras Lingkungan mencapai indikator 12.8.1(a) dan indikator 13.3.1(a). Dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan di Desa Sumber dapat mendukung tercapainya pembangunan berkelanjutan di Desa Sumber. Beberapa saran untuk keberlangsungan kegiatan ke depan adalah kerjasama yang lebih baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi, serta keberlanjutan kelembagaan masyarakat. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjaga partisipasi masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesadaran dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Desa Sumber.Kata kunci:  Adaptasi, Keberlanjutan, Mitigasi, MBKM, SDGs AbstractClimate change that occurs on earth threatens human life and damages ecosystems. Facing climate change requires adaptation and mitigation efforts that are in line with commitments to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The implementation of the MBKM village development grant program aims to carry out adaptation and mitigation efforts based on sustainable development. This program was implemented in Sumber Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City between August and December 2023. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed descriptively to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied, making it easier for researchers to obtain objective data. The results obtained from the implementation of this program are that the installation of Hotrality which traps waste in the White Gajah River reaches target 6.3 in indicator 6.3.2 (b). The activities of processing waste into eco enzymes and processing used cooking oil waste into aromatherapy candles reach indicator 11.6.1(a) and indicator 11.6.1(b). Green Earth Park activities, distribution of tilapia fish, and installation of EENNOS achieved target 11.7 in indicator 11.7.1(a). Meanwhile, Environmental Terrace activities achieved indicator 12.8.1(a) and indicator 13.3.1(a). Support and participation from the community and stakeholders in Sumber Village can support the achievement of sustainable development in Sumber Village. Some suggestions for the continuity of activities in the future are better cooperation between the government and the community, increasing the quality and quantity of socialization and education activities, as well as the sustainability of community institutions. This program is expected to maintain community participation and increase awareness in realizing sustainable development in Sumber Village.Keywords: Adaptation, Sustainability, Mitigation, MBKM, SDGs

Abstract

AbstrakTemperature Humidity Index (THI) merupakan indeks yang digunakan untuk mengukur kenyamanan udara. THI yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan bahkan gangguan kesehatan. Pemantauan THI secara berkala perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi udara dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis THI secara time-series menggunakan sistem monitoring berbasis IoT di Kelurahan Sumber, Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Sistem monitoring terdiri dari sensor suhu dan kelembaban udara yang dipasang di beberapa titik di Kelurahan Sumber. Data sensor kemudian dikirim ke cloud untuk diolah dan dianalisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa THI di Kelurahan Sumber memiliki pola yang bervariasi sepanjang hari, THI tertinggi terjadi pada hari Minggu pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2023 dengan rata-rata 31,9℃. THI terendah terjadi pada hari Rabu pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023 dengan rata-rata 29,2℃. Hasilnya menunjukkan variasi suhu dan kelembaban dengan THI dalam rentang 29–31℃. Kondisi ini menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar waktu tergolong dalam kategori sebagian nyaman atau tidak nyaman.Sehingga penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem monitoring berbasis IoT dapat digunakan untuk pemantauan THI secara time-series. Hasil analisis THI dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi udara dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan untuk menjaga kenyamanan dan kesehatan masyarakat yaitu dengan peningkatan vegetasi untuk mengurangi pemanasan langsung dan menyerap polutan udara, beralih ke transportasi ramah lingkungan, dengan pengelolaan sampah efisien: dapat mempengaruhi suhu mikro lingkungan, serta efisiensi energi fosil. Namun, perlu diingat selain dari partisipasi masyarakat harus ada tindakan bersama dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, lembaga, dan masyarakat, untuk menurunkan THI dan meningkatkan kenyamanan lingkungan di Kelurahan Sumber. Kata kunci: THI, IoT, time-series, Kelurahan Sumber, monitoring udara, tingkat kenyamanan ABSTRACTTemperature Humidity Index (THI) is an index used to measure air comfort. This high can cause discomfort and even health problems. Therefore, regular THI monitoring needs to be carried out to determine air conditions and take necessary action. In this research, time-series THI analysis was carried out using an IoT-based monitoring system in Sumber Village, Surakarta City, Central Java. The monitoring system consists of temperature and humidity sensors installed at several points in Sumber Village. The sensor data is then sent to the cloud to be processed and explained. The analysis results show that the THI in Sumber Subdistrict has a varying pattern throughout the day, the highest THI occurred on Sunday, October 15 2023 with an average of 31.9℃. The lowest THI occurred on Wednesday 25 October 2023 with an average of 29.2℃. The results show variations in temperature and humidity with THI in the range 29– 31℃. This condition illustrates that most of the time is classified as partially comfortable or uncomfortable. So this research shows that an IoT-based monitoring system can be used to monitor THI in a time-series manner. The results of the THI analysis can be used to determine air conditions and take necessary actions to maintain public comfort and health, namely by increasing vegetation to reduce direct heating and absorbing air pollutants, switching to environmentally friendly transportation, with efficient waste management: can influence the temperature of the micro environment, as well as fossil energy efficiency. However, it should be remembered that apart from community participation, there must be joint action from various parties, including the government, institutions and the community, to reduce THI and increase environmental comfort in Sumber Village.Keywords: THI, IoT, time-series, Sumber sub-district, air monitoring, comfort level
