Abstract

This study aims to discuss the Effectiveness of Using Audio Visual Media from Water Cycle Materials at SDN Wonosari 01 Kabupaten Bondowoso. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method with instrument literature studies, observations, and interviews in which the author collects information from various literature such as journals, books, and research journals, as well as observations of students and interviews with teachers. The results of the discussion obtained from this article are the success or failure of an education that is greatly influenced by its learning, including science learning which is a lesson that is often less attractive to students, with the exception of the Water Cycle material. This is because science has abstract concepts so of course it can make students difficult to understand it. Besides that, the era is growing rapidly so it takes a teacher of expertise to be able to make learning effective. Of course, regarding this, the teacher needs a learning media that can help him achieve a learning goal. In this study, the authors discuss the use of audio-visual media, the result of which is that students are enthusiastic about receiving learning so that learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Tiga elemen utama dari media ekosistem adalah elemen-elemen dari air di sekitarnya, seperti tanaman, hewan, atau krustasea, yang menggambarkan tanaman dan hewan yang mengancam ekosistem. Media diorama ekosistem telah dikembangkan sebagai salah satu metode untuk mengajarkan ilmu lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip-prinsip ekosistem melalui penggunaan dramatisasi. Proses pengembangan media ini melibatkan pengamatan, pembuatan, dan penilaian untuk memastikan keselarasan antara objek pembelajaran dan alat bantu visual yang menarik bagi siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran diorama ekosistem secara signifikan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep-konsep yang diajarkan. Signifikansi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah perlunya media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA kelas V di MI Darul Falah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in learning Natural Sciences (IPA) ecosystem material in elementary schools. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data. The research subjects were teachers and grade V students at MI Miftahul Ulum 02 Ajung Jember. The results showed that the application of PBL in learning ecosystem material can help students actively participate, train critical thinking skills, and deepen students' concept understanding of ecosystems. However, some obstacles such as limited time and resources need to be considered in applying this model.

Abstract

Visual aids are part of learning resources that contain processive material in the student environment, which are graphic, photographic or electronic tools, which are used to capture, process and reconstruct visual or verbal data. In this research, the learning media used are simple electrical teaching aids, which are used to help explain examples of the electrical apparatus itself. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, in which researchers conduct research on the development of simple electrical teaching aids. Data collection techniques were by means of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and also tests held at MI Mifathul Huda Mlokorejo Jember. The results obtained in this research were a high level of student interest in the teaching aids provided, as well as student understanding which was proven by carrying out tests carried out carried out given to students at MI Mifathul Huda Mlokorejo Jember. The use of teaching aids in simple electrical material can be interesting and provide direct understanding to students. Where students are given real examples and illustrations that are easy for students to understand. However, other game methods are needed so that students who are not paying enough attention can follow the learning process well.

Abstract

Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons are one of the important components in the elementary education curriculum. In learning, there are several abstract material concepts that make it difficult for students to understand them. Therefore, innovation is needed in learning, for example by utilizing and developing alat peragaor teaching aids. The development of Kudus alat peraga(Kerangka Tulang Kartu) aims to make it easier for students to understand abstract concepts such as the function and structure of the human skeleton. With the development of this media, it is hoped that it can become an effective visual aid for IPAS learning. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data analysis is in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The feasibility or validity test was obtained from the validation of two experts, namely material experts and alat peragaexperts. The results of the feasibility test obtained that the validation was 78% (Valid) and for the IPAS learning material experts, the validation value was 70% (Valid). Based on these values, alat peragaexperts stated that this Kudus alat peragawas feasible and without revision. For small-scale alat peragatesters, an average of 75% (Good) was obtained for student responses, a value of 77% (Very Good) for teacher responses. And in large-scale testing, an average value of 88% (Very Good) was obtained for students, and 80% for teacher responses. From the results above, it can be concluded that the developed product is feasible to be implemented in science learning on the human skeleton material based on good and very good validity in responses from teachers and students.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial atau yang sering disebut IPAS merupakan mata pelajaran yang diintegrasikan antara ilmu alam dan sosial. IPAS hanya berlaku pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Dalam mata pelajaran IPAS sendiri terdapat materi-materi yang didalamnya sulit dimengerti apabila tidak diterapkannya media pembelajaran sehingga minat siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPAS sangat minim. Pada kondisi saat ini sangat penting penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan tujuan agar peserta didik termotivasi dan menumbuhkan minat belajar. Penelitian ini akan meneliti implementasi media pembelajaran diorama mini zoo dalam materi perkembangbiakan hewan secara generatif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas III SDN Ajung 02 Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini termasuk pada jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan  melalui observasi kontribusi, wawancara keseluruhan, serta analisis dokumen. Validitas dijamin melalui keakuratan data, sementara etika penelitian tetap dijaga selama proses penelitian.
