Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat adopsi teknologi mekanisasi pertanian oleh petani padi sawah di Kampung Prafi Mulya; (2) mengetahui jenis alat mekanisasi pertanianyang digunakan oleh petani di Kampung Prafi Mulya; (3) mengetahui alasan petani menggunakan alat mekanisasi pertanian dalam proses produksi padi sawah di Kampung Prafi Mulya; dan (4) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat adopsi teknologi mekanisasi pertanian pada petani padi sawah di Kampung Prafi Mulya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan contoh dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Contoh penelitian adalah sebanyak 10 persen dari 310 Kepala Keluarga petani. Dengan demikian, terdapat 30 petani responden untuk penelitian ini. Data yang dikumpulkan terbagi menjadi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis menggunakan tabulasi dan statistik nonparametrik, khususnya untuk menganalisis data yang berskala nominal dan ordinal. Untuk melihat dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat adopsi teknologi mekanisasi padi sawah dengan menggunakan skor pada setiap aspek penilaian, digunakan uji korelasi Rans Spearman (rs). Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat adopsi teknologi mekanisasi pertanian pada petani padi sawah di Kampung Prafi Mulya berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan hasil korelasi Rans Spearman (rs) interprestasi koefisien korelasi dari D.A De Vaus menunjukkan, bahwa hanya variabel jumlah tenaga kerja yang berpengaruh sangat nyata, sementara luas lahan berpengaruh nyata, dan penerimaan bersifat searah terhadap tingkat adopsi teknologi mekanisasi padi sawah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on Indriver customer satisfaction in the Kp Lembur Sawah Rw 16 Cimahi West Java Community. The background to this research is the importance of understanding factors that influence customer satisfaction in the service industry to improve service quality and pricing strategies. This research uses quantitati            ve methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to the public with a total of 100 respondents who were active users of the service. Data analysis was carried out using the linear regression method to determine the relationship between the independent variables (service quality and price) and the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The research results show that both service quality and price have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, with service quality having a more dominant influence. These findings provide practical implications for service providers to focus on improving service quality in order to increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the development of qualifications of non-formal and informal education leaders through the theoretical perspective of Zamaksyari Dhofier and Muhaimin Endang. The focus of the study is directed at the integration of spiritual, managerial, and technological adaptation dimensions as the foundation of holistic leadership in facing social, cultural, and educational digitalization dynamics. The method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis of national education regulations, academic works, and previous research. The results of the study show that according to Dhofier, non-formal and informal education leadership requires spiritual integrity, moral charisma, and participatory leadership based on local values. Meanwhile, Muhaimin emphasized the importance of managerial competence, resource efficiency, inclusive vision, and sustainable self-development. The synthesis of these two perspectives results in a leadership model that balances spirituality with professionalism, as well as being responsive to the challenges of the digital age. The main obstacles in the form of limited formal training, lack of infrastructure, and cultural resistance can be overcome through community-based training programs, the use of digital technology, and the strengthening of cross-agency collaboration. This research confirms that non-formal and informal education leaders must have multidimensional qualifications that are able to inspire, empower, and build an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable learning society, thereby supporting the goals of national education and lifelong learning in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of evaluation and measurement in the curriculum development process as an important instrument to ensure the quality of adaptive and sustainable education. The approach used is qualitative descriptive, with a focus on an in-depth understanding of evaluation and measurement practices as carried out by teachers, curriculum developers, and education stakeholders. Data was obtained through the study of curriculum documents, assessment instruments, evaluation reports, and relevant education policies, then analyzed by data reduction, categorization, and thematic interpretation techniques. The results show that evaluation serves as an integral process in the curriculum development cycle, not just a final assessment, but rather as a diagnostic tool for continuous improvement. The evaluation of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model and the formative-summative approach has been proven to be able to provide a comprehensive overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum. Meanwhile, measurement plays a specific role as a specific part of evaluation that produces quantitative and qualitative data through instruments such as written tests, observations, interviews, portfolios, and questionnaires. The synergy between evaluation and measurement allows the curriculum not only to be a normative document, but to be truly effective in improving student competence, improving the quality of learning, and adapting to the demands of the digital era and globalization. This study confirms that the effectiveness of evaluation and measurement is determined by the relevance of the instrument to the curriculum objectives, the validity and reliability of the measurement results, and the real contribution to curriculum improvement. Thus, systematic and continuous evaluation and measurement are the key to realizing a dynamic, inclusive, and oriented curriculum to improve the quality of national education.
