Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of Syndicate Group Learning Instruction on the improvement of activities and physics learning outcomes of 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram. The research design employed is an experimental study. The population of this study comprises all 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram. The sample consists of 22 students from class VIIIA as the experimental group and 24 students from class VIIIC as the control group selected using a random sampling technique. Data for this study were obtained through pre-tests and post-tests given to the sample class students. Data collection techniques involve using observation sheets and formative tests that have been validated for validity, reliability, differential power, and difficulty index. Based on the data analysis, the average pre-test score for the experimental group is 56.13; for the control group, it is 46.66, categorized as homogeneous and normally distributed. The post-test results show an average of 69.31 for the experimental group and 58.54 for the control group. The final test data of the sample class students were analyzed using the t-test, resulting in a calculated t-value of 2.160 and a tabulated t-value of 2.016. The calculated t-value is greater than the tabulated t-value at a 5% error level, thus rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho). It can be concluded that the use of Syndicate Group Learning Instruction has a significant influence on the activities and physics learning outcomes of 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VII di SMPN 16 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan model post-test only control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen (28 siswa) yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan kelas kontrol (28 siswa) yang diajar dengan metode konvensional. Data keterampilan berpikir kreatif dikumpulkan melalui tes uraian yang mencakup empat indikator utama: fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboration. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai post-test keterampilan berpikir kreatif di kelas eksperimen mencapai 72,32, sedangkan di kelas kontrol hanya 62,67. Uji-t yang dilakukan menunjukkan thitung? sebesar 3,28 lebih besar dari ttabel? sebesar 1,67 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan saintifik secara signifikan lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dibandingkan dengan metode pengajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar pendekatan saintifik diintegrasikan lebih luas dalam kurikulum pendidikan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa secara lebih efektif. The Impact of the Scientific Approach on Enhancing Creative Thinking Skills of Middle School Students Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of the scientific approach on the creative thinking skills of seventh-grade students at SMPN 16 Mataram. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a post-test only control group model. The sample consisted of two classes: an experimental class (28 students) taught using the scientific approach and a control class (28 students) taught using conventional methods. Creative thinking skills data were collected through essay tests covering four main indicators: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Statistical analysis revealed that the average post-test score of creative thinking skills in the experimental class reached 72.32, compared to 62.67 in the control class. The t-test results indicated a tcount? of 3.28, which is greater than the ttable? of 1.67 at a 0.05 significance level, suggesting a significant difference between the two groups. These findings confirm that the scientific approach is significantly more effective in enhancing students' creative thinking skills compared to conventional teaching methods. Based on these results, it is recommended that the scientific approach be more widely integrated into the educational curriculum to more effectively develop students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

The Wandering Sufi have given their own traces of Islam in the archipelago, namely the traces of Sufism and also the traces of Islamic Astronomy. This Wandering Sufi has been present in the archipelago since the early days of Islamic trade, including in Maluku. The existence of several customs in Islamic rituals in several areas in Maluku, authentically confirms the Islamic style embraced by the Maluku people. This study found that there is a trace of Islamic astronomy in Maluku, in the form of a calendar concept that has a display pattern similar to the Javanese and Sumatran Islamic calendars, and has an Arabic numerological concept with beliefs similar to those in the Banjar Society. In addition, this study also provides an overview of the residue of Sufism teachings in the form of the Qadiriyah and Shattariyah orders.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan self efficacy terhadap sikap entrepreneur mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif korelasional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan biologi sebanyak 35 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik convenience sampling Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup tentang persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring dengan jawaban berdegradasi sesuai skala likert dan telah divalidasi ahli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan sebesar 3,15 dengan kategori Baik, self efficacy sebesar 3,12 dengan kategori Baik, dan sikap entrepreneur sebesar 3,06 dengan kategori Baik; (2) ada pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) dan self efficacy (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap sikap entrepreneur (Y) dengan nilai F sebesar 45,180 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha pengujian 0,05 (<0,05); (3) nilai R Square sebesar 0,738 atau 73,8%, artinya bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) dan self efficacy (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempengaruhi sikap entrepreneur (Y) sebesar 73,8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel atau faktor lainnya.
