Abstract

Whatever its shape and nature, organizational transformation will always be subject to change and will continue to evolve. The needs of the company where a someone works will impact their own needs, and vice versa. People and the organizations they work for are two sides of a coin that are inextricably linked and both require change. Poerwanto went on to say that corporations are currently dealing with the problem of constant worldwide change in a variety of spheres of existence. Organizations nowadays must prioritize being able to work more efficiently, quickly, and competitively. In the business world, competition is getting tougher day by day. To be able to compete, companies must be able to innovate and follow the latest trends. Business innovation is the main key in winning competition and remaining relevant in an ever-changing market. The main drivers of organizational transformation for the purpose of enhancing human resource capabilities are the competitiveness, globalization, market shifts, and ongoing technological advancements in corporate organizations. To gain a competitive advantage, organizations need to enhance their capabilities. This claim suggests that the foundation for enhancing the caliber of human resources in navigating change waves is transformation, also referred to as organizational change. This paper was written using a literature review methodology. The act of gathering, evaluating, and assembling data from dependable sources that is pertinent to the subject under discussion is known as a literature review. This research discusses the challenges of winning competition in business, strategies for winning competition in business, and the implications of internal transformation for winning competition in business.

Abstract

This activity is carried out with the aim of raising awareness among the community of Pelajau Ilir Village about the importance of exploring both personal and environmental potentials, thereby creating opportunities in the form of business ideas. The form of this activity is to socialize with the community about the importance of exploring potentials, utilizing the surrounding environment to create opportunities for progress towards a better life. This is done because there is still reluctance among the community to improve socio-economic life, and self-empowerment has not been fully implemented. So far, most residents of Pelajau Ilir Village have relied solely on one source of income, which is rubber plantations dependent on nature alone. Through this Community Service activity 'Exploring Potentials and Business Ideas', it is hoped that information on how communities can be motivated to progress and utilize local opportunities will be obtained. The implementation of this activity is carried out by disseminating information on how to explore personal potentials, local environmental potentials, and utilize opportunities to generate business ideas. The result of this activity is that the community gains a better understanding of the importance of exploring potentials, creating business ideas for additional income, and improving their quality of life. Additionally, this activity is expected to serve as a recommendation and guidance for the local government or relevant agencies to direct or empower communities to develop themselves, and provide facilities and support to create self-reliant communities. Abstrak Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat Kelurahan Desa Pelajau Ilir terhadap pentingnya menggali potensi baik dari diri sendiri maupun potensi lingkungan sekitar, dengan menciptakan peluang berupa ide-ide bisnis. Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya menggali potensi, pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sehingga menjadi peluang harapan untuk kemajuan agar kehidupan lebih baik. Hal ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat keengganan masyarakat untuk bergerak dalam perbaikan kehidupan sosial ekonomi, masih belum berjalan pemberdayaan diri secara mandiri. Selama ini sebagian besar warga masyarakat Desa Pelajau Ilir hanya mengandalkan satu penghasilan yaitu perkebunan karet yang bergantung dengan alam saja. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM “Menggali Potensi dan ide bisnis” ini diharapkan nantinya dapat memperoleh informasi bagaimana masyarakat tergerak untuk maju, memanfaatkan peluang dilingkungan sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana menggali potensi diri, potensi lingkungan sekitar, dan memanfaatkan peluang menjadi sebuah ide bisnis. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat lebih memahami akan pentingnya menggali apa yang menjadi potensi, dengan menciptakan ide bisnis sehingga menjadi tambahan penghasilan dan kehidupan akan jadi lebih baik. Selain itu, dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa menjadi rekomendasi dan arahan bagi pemerintah setempat atau dinas terkait mengarahkan atau memberdayakan masyarakat untuk mengembagkan diri, memberikan fasilitas dan penunjang dalam menciptakan masyarakat mandiri.

Abstract

Tingkat pengembalian yang diperoleh dari pembelian dan penjualan saham dikenal dengan istilah return saham. Laba atau laba periode berjalan berdampak pada harga saham korporasi, menurut data yang dirilis Bursa Efek Indonesia. Harga saham dipengaruhi oleh minat investor, yang meningkat seiring dengan naiknya keuntungan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh CR, ROA, DER, EVA terhadap Return Saham perusahaan manufaktur  subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2022. Menggunakan data sekunder dari BEI, metode penelitian menggabungkan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dan penentuan statistik menggunakan metode pengujian tradisional. Pada periode 2019-2022, dikumpulkan data dari 14 perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman  yang memenuhi syarat pemilihan sampel. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Debt to Equity Ratio dan Economic Value Added tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, namun Current Ratio dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important element in supporting economic independence and community empowerment, including in Islamic boarding school environments. This article describes the entrepreneurship outreach and empowerment program for teachers and employees of the Ma'had Zaadul Ma'ad Islamic Boarding School in Palembang. This program is designed to increase participants' understanding of the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies and small business management based on Islamic values. The methodology used includes lectures, discussions and evaluations to build a creative, innovative mindset and support economic independence. The results of the training showed high enthusiasm from participants in understanding the role of entrepreneurship as a strategic solution for developing the capacity of teachers and employees, as well as contributing to increasing the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools. Key findings include the importance of entrepreneurial skills in creating a sustainable economic ecosystem, the relevance of business regulations, and strengthening collaboration between Islamic boarding schools and local communities. This program has had a significant positive impact, but further development is recommended
