Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of management and economic strategies in improving the competitiveness of the company. This research method uses a literature review. The results show that management strategies integrated with economic principles improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. In particular, companies that apply sophisticated market analyses and economic theories in their decision-making process tend to be more adaptive to changing market conditions and have a higher degree of resilience to external disturbances. The involvement of economic theories, such as comparative advantage and elasticity analyses, is proven to assist firms in identifying strategic opportunities and allocating resources effectively, which contributes to an improved competitive position in the market. Overall, the integration of management and economic strategies was found to be the best practice in preparing firms for volatile global business dynamics, enabling improvements in financial performance and long-term sustainability. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach in business strategy formulation to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Pengajar dalam proses pembelajaran adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan Pendidikan untuk menyalurkan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dilapangan antara pendidik dan peserta didik tidak sejalan akhirnya tujuan pendidikan tidak dapat tercapai dengan efektif dan efisien. Guru adalah pendidik kedua setelah orang tua pengganti pengajar di rumah. Mereka menjadi pendidik karena profesinya menjadi, guru di sekolah misalnya dalam Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen, adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai dan mengevaluasi peserta didik, pada jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah sampai Pendidikan Tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana implementasi pengajar yang diajarkan oleh Allah dalam Al-Qur’an oleh para nabi dan Rosul kepada hambanya, sehingga menghasilkan generasi yang Islami. Menerapkan prinsip mengajar terkhusus pada Pendidikan Islam terpadu. Keberhasilan dan kekagagalan mungkin akan muncul seiring perkembangan zaman dan tidak bisa dielakkan dengan berbagai factor linggkungan pergaulan, lingkungan masyarakat, sarana prasarana, kopetensi guru dan Tingkat pemahaman peserta didik itu sendiri

Abstract

The global economic issues affecting Indonesia's property and real estate sector highlight how investors evaluate company performance based on various factors such as cash availability, sales levels, debt, and company size. This study aims to analyze the impact of investment decisions on company value, moderated by profitability, with leverage, company size, and company age as control variables. This quantitative research use purposive selection approaches to selectively target property and real estate businesses that match particular criteria and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. In order to validate the statistical model, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, which aims to examine the correlations between numerous independent and dependent variables via the use of traditional assumption tests and hypothesis testing. According to this research, investment choices have a detrimental effect on a company's value; however, these effects may be mitigated by profitability. Control factors such as leverage, age, and size have a beneficial impact on the value of the firm. when combined with investment decisions moderated by profitability. These results underscore the importance of considering factors such as profitability, leverage, company size, and company age in investment decision-making to enhance company value.

Abstract

The increasing indifference of society, especially mothers, is very worrying for many parties. Regarding knowledge and practice in handling corpses. Even though various efforts have been made, until now the number of incidents is still difficult to reduce. The activities provided to mothers, such as training, are still not running optimally. The aim of this community service is to optimize mothers' knowledge regarding funeral arrangements. The method used is through interactive discussions about the management of corpses. The result of this community service activity is that most of the mothers' knowledge after the training is very good. The mothers felt that the training activities on funeral arrangements were very useful, the mothers really wanted this activity not to stop here, but to continue

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of sustainable marketing management through branding and digital marketing education for culinary MSMEs in Pempek Village 26 Ilir, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The background to this activity is the condition of MSMEs that still face challenges in branding, limited digital literacy, and low awareness of sustainable practices. The implementation method was a participatory approach, including needs analysis, branding education, digital marketing training, mentoring, and evaluation using pre- and post-test instruments. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participant understanding. The average pre-test score of 45 increased to 80 in the post-test, indicating an increase of over 30%. In terms of branding, participants began to understand the importance of business identity, brand narrative, and eco-friendly packaging design. In terms of digital marketing, MSMEs that were previously passive in their use of social media are now more active with consistent content strategies, utilization of marketplaces, and the use of QRIS-based digital payment systems. The integration of sustainability values ​​is also being implemented through brand narratives that emphasize tradition and environmental awareness. This activity has positive implications for increasing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs in Palembang, both economically, socially, and environmentally. These findings confirm that academic intervention through community service can have a real impact on empowering MSMEs in the digital era.
