Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of management and economic strategies in improving the competitiveness of the company. This research method uses a literature review. The results show that management strategies integrated with economic principles improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. In particular, companies that apply sophisticated market analyses and economic theories in their decision-making process tend to be more adaptive to changing market conditions and have a higher degree of resilience to external disturbances. The involvement of economic theories, such as comparative advantage and elasticity analyses, is proven to assist firms in identifying strategic opportunities and allocating resources effectively, which contributes to an improved competitive position in the market. Overall, the integration of management and economic strategies was found to be the best practice in preparing firms for volatile global business dynamics, enabling improvements in financial performance and long-term sustainability. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach in business strategy formulation to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Studies and a researches on Islam are faced with a hope of how to give answer of the gap acruebetween theideality of the tachings of the religion on one side and the reality of life nd human understanding and rarional interptation which are more and move omproved of all things. A demand to “make” thetachings of religion “objective” becomes more and more strong. There for, an effort to formulate the relevan between what is essential to a religion and a becomes the dynamic of thoughts research on Islam, it is hoped that they can bridges the relevance of the teaching of the relegion to the needs of modernity of the era.

Abstract

Abstract :  This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the Productivity of PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper Company. A sample of 64 respondents was taken by census from the entire population of 64 people. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as technical data analysis. The results showed that the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) of employees had an effect on the productivity of the company PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper which can be seen from the t count 2.674 > t table 1.670. Furthermore, it is supported from the results of validity testing that it is known that all items or parts of the statement explain that r count is greater than r table, with the lowest r count value or number of 0.438 and the highest with a value of 0.650 and r table of 0.246 so that all of the variable statement items are declared valid and meets the requirements as a measuring tool for employee occupational safety and health (K3) variables. Meanwhile, the results of the reliability test for the variables of occupational safety and health (K3) for employees and company productivity showed that the Alpha Cronbach Based on Standardized Items values for each variable were 0.790 and 0.712. Thus, it can be seen that Cronbach's Alpha value is above 0.60 (a> 0.60) or meets the requirements. So that in this case all statement items in the questionnaire for research variables are reliable and reliable or the questionnaire meets the requirements to serve as a measuring tool in research. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) karyawan Terhadap Produktivitas Perusahaan PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper.  Sampel berjumlah 64 orang responden yang diambil secara sensus dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 64 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknis analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper dimana dapat dilihat dari nilai  t hitung 2,674 > t tabel 1,670. Selanjutnya didukung dari hasil pengujian validitas diketahui semua butir atau bagian pernyataan menerangkan bahwasanya r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, dengan nilai atau angka r hitung terendah sebesar 0,438 dan tertinggi dengan nilai 0,650 serta r tabel sebesar 0,246 Sehingga keseluruhan butir pernyataan variabel tersebut dinyatakan valid dan memenuhi syarat sebagai alat ukur variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) Karyawan. Sedangkan, hasil uji reliabilitas variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) Karyawan serta produktivitas perusahaan, menunjukkan nilai Alpha Cronbach Based on Standardized Items pada masing-masing variabel sebesar 0,790 dan 0,712. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Alpha Cronbach berada diatas 0,60 ( >0,60) atau memenuhi syarat. Sehingga dalam hal ini seluruh item pernyataan dalam kuesioner untuk variabel penelitian sudah reliabel dan dapat diandalkan atau kuesioner memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan sebagai alat ukur dalam penelitian.

  With the entry of the digital age, the labor market is undergoing significant changes. analyzes the dynamics of the labor market in the digital age and how it impacts the unemployment rate and productivity of the economy. The research found significant changes in the demand for a more skilled workforce in industries affected by digital technologies using empirical data and appropriate conceptual frameworksCompanies that can effectively and efficiently leverage technology can develop new business models, create new jobs, and expand market segmentation. Workers can also leverage technology to increase productivity, increase creativity, and secure job opportunities around the world. However, the fact that AI and automatization can replace human jobs in some industries, threatens unemployment   ABSTRAK Dengan masuknya era digital, pasar tenaga kerja mengalami perubahan yang signifikan.. menganalisis dinamika pasar tenaga kerja di era digital dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada tingkat pengangguran dan produktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menemukan perubahan signifikan dalam permintaan tenaga kerja yang lebih terampil dalam industri-industri yang terpengaruh oleh teknologi digital dengan menggunakan data empiris dan kerangka konseptual yang tepatPerusahaan yang dapat dengan efektif dan efisien memanfaatkan teknologi dapat mengembangkan model bisnis baru, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, dan memperluas segmentasi pasar. Para pekerja juga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, meningkatkan kreativitas, dan mendapatkan kesempatan kerja di seluruh dunia. Namun, fakta bahwa AI dan omatisasi dapat menggantikan pekerjaan manusia di beberapa industri, mengancam pengangguran.

Abstract

The alumni tracking system is useful for tracking the whereabouts of alumni after graduating from vocational school. For schools, the alumni tracking system becomes an alumni database that can be accessed at any time and adds value during school accreditation. This system is useful as a liaison between the school and alumni so that ties between the school and alumni will continue to exist. The aim of this training is to produce alumni data that is accurate, fast, and can be used for decision making by the school after obtaining alumni search results. Searching for alumni data is made with display menus and features that are tailored to user needs and are dynamic so that at any time additions or improvements can be made easily. Processing alumni data at Bina Sriwijaya Vocational School uses Office but many shortcomings are still found. The Service Team concluded to create a website-based alumni data processing application at SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang. Information systems really support the progress of an institution. To build an effective website requires implementing certain strategies so that the website is able to achieve maximum results. This implementation method goes through the stages of planning, preparation, implementation. From the Pkm results, it was concluded that out of 50 participants, 41 people or 82% strongly agreed with the Website Creation Training and 9 people or 12% agreed and 0 people or 0% disagreed.
