Abstract

Tujuan pendampingan proses perencanaan bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) bengkel las mobil ncu Buyung di Kelurahan Pijoan Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha UMKM dalam rangka meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan sehingga berdampak terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Bentuk pendampingan perencanaan terkait permodalan, strategi persaingan usaha, manajemen usaha dan promosi tempat usaha melalui metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengabdian ini pelaku UMKM sudah mendaftarkan usahanya di tingkat kelurahan dan berencana untuk tambahan modal melalui pinjaman KUR serta pelaku usaha tersebut sudah aktif melakukan promosi usaha melalui media sosial

Abstract

The purpose of mentoring training on the strategic planning process (rencana strategis) of Sarolangun Regency is to improve understanding of the program and activity plans for the next five years which are contained in the vision, mission, goals, targets, and strategies that will be used as guidelines for implementing all program activities in a structured, measurable and targeted manner. Mentoring activities use face-to-face training methods. The results of this training mentoring are a form of community service, especially in the regional development planning agency of Sarolangun Regency, where the results of the mentoring are that all participants can understand the process of compiling and how the rencana strategis works which will be a reference for the program

Abstract

Financial performance is an important thing that needs to be known by internal and external parties. Because for internal parties it is used as a decision making tool to manage the company's finances well, while for external parties it is used as a decision making tool to carry out investment activities. For this reason, the author is interested in research with the title "Financial Performance Analysis Based on Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Gross Profit Margin and Share Prices at PT. Mega Perintis Tbk”. This research is aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Mega Perintis Tbk, period 2018 to 2023 based on profitability ratios and share prices. Quantitative research method as a research technique that collects data through the use of research instruments and analyzes quantitative and statistical data to examine how PT. Mega Perintis Tbk's financial performance is influenced by profitability ratios and share prices between 2018 and 2023. The data analysis tool used in this research is financial ratio analysis in the form of profitability ratios and stock prices. The research results show that the profitability ratio of the Mega Perintis Tbk company from 2018 to 2023 is in a poor condition because the values of Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets are below the industry average standard. However, the Mega Perintis Tbk company's Gross Profit Margin is in "good" condition because the Gross Profit Margin value is above the industry average standard.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan model bahasa besar (Large Language Model atau LLM) melalui layanan awan kerap menimbulkan beban biaya dan risiko privasi data. Penelitian ini mengembangkan agen AI lokal berbasis LLM yang terintegrasi dengan N8N, PostgreSQL pgVector, dan Ollama untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Sistem yang dirancang bertujuan menciptakan agen AI mandiri yang dapat beroperasi sepenuhnya secara lokal tanpa ketergantungan pada API eksternal. Proses pengembangan melibatkan integrasi orkestrator N8N untuk alur kerja percakapan, penyimpanan memori berbasis vektor melalui pgVector, dan inferensi LLM lokal menggunakan Ollama. Pengujian menggunakan model Mistral:7B menunjukkan bahwa agen mampu menyimpan memori percakapan secara persisten dan melakukan information retrieval yang relevan dengan konteks. Konfigurasi optimal dicapai pada parameter sampling temperature 0,5, top-P 0,9, dan max token 500. Seluruh skenario black-box testing berjalan sesuai rencana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa prototipe agen AI ini dapat dijalankan secara lokal dengan baik, menjaga privasi data dan tidak bergantung pada penyedia layanan eksternal. Rancangan ini sangat sesuai diterapkan pada organisasi dengan sumber daya terbatas, kebutuhan privasi tinggi, dan skala pengguna kecil hingga menengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi bagi user atau pemilik rumah dalam mengendalikan dan me-monitoring peralatan elektronik yang digunakan dirumah dengan pemanfaatan teknologi smartphone dan koneksi internet agar dapat melakukan pengendalian dari jarak jauh. Dengan tujuan tersebut, maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem Rumah Hemat Energi dengan konsep Internet of Things (IoT). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simulasi prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem alat rumah hemat energi yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti sensor gerak, dan modul relay. Sistem ini dapat dikendalikan melalui internet menggunakan aplikasi pada smartphone. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengontrol perangkat-perangkat di rumah secara efisien dan mudah.

Abstract

WiFi deauthentication attacks pose a serious threat to users on public WiFi networks by forcibly disconnecting them from access points, often as a prelude to man-in-the-middle exploits. To counter this threat, we developed an energy-efficient ESP32-based IoT system that monitors WiFi traffic in real time to identify deauthentication attack patterns. The device captures deauthentication frames in monitor mode and immediately notifies users through on-device audible/visual alarms (buzzer, LED/OLED) and digital channels (MQTT dashboard and Telegram bot). Experimental evaluation under moderate and high attack scenarios demonstrated robust performance: detection accuracy remained above 97% even under heavy attack traffic (97.8% at peak intensity). Furthermore, the system’s duty-cycled design limited average power consumption to ~79 mA (~30% lower than continuous monitoring) and achieved a rapid notification latency of ~270 ms, confirming real-time responsiveness. By combining physical indicators with online alerts, the system effectively warns users and improves public digital security literacy by making cyber threats immediately visible and understandable. Overall, these results establish the proposed system as a low-power, real-time attack detection solution that enhances WiFi network security and user awareness.

Abstract

The banking industry currently needs to have the right strategy to grow and retain customers so they can continue to use the banking services provided. This is because competition in the banking industry in the digitalization era is getting tighter and more competitive. Loyalty to customers is one of the main considerations for advancing the core business of the banking industry. because loyal customers will always continue to use the services that the bank will provide, so it is very important for businesses to encourage customers to continue to support them. The potential to increase loyal customers is by paying attention to Relationship Marketing which in the study in the study identified trust as a mediating variable. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, using 110 respondents who meet the requirements. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, the hypothesis in this study is Allegedly there is an influence of Relationship Marketing which has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Allegedly Relationship Marketing has a Significant effect on Trust, Allegedly Trust has a Significant effect on Customer Loyalty, it is suspected that Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Loyalty through Trust mediation. Based on the analysis results show that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted. Therefore, this may be a strategy that can provide an advantage for future businesses in the area. The company's management should acknowledge the results of the analysis in this paper. Based on the results of the analysis, relationship marketing, whether carried out slowly or quickly with a focus on customer loyalty or through the use of trust-building media, will provide significant benefits. As a result, the more management understands relationship marketing and customer loyalty, the more favorable situation for customer loyalty at BRI Krian Branch Offices.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dan kemauan dari setiap karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Karyawan di PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika area Jawa Barat banyak yang mengeluhkan kurangnya komunikasi antar karyawan dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda dan keterampilan yang kurang memadai. Kurangnya komunikasi antar karyawan menjadi hambatan dalam mendelegasikan tugas untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan perusahaan. Masalah komunikasi antar karyawan dan pendelegasikan tugas berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi antar karyawan (X1) dan pendelegasian tugas (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika area Jawa Barat dengan jumlah populasi 300 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 75 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dan wawancara. Alat bantu survey yang digunakan adalah kuisoner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, anova dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui uji regresi berganda diperoleh nilai Fhitung (36.303) > Ftabel (3,13), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antar karyawan dengan pendelegasian tugas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika area Jawa Barat, sehingga jelas Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Analisis korelasi berganda mendapatkan nilai 0,709 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi antar karyawan dengan pendelegasian tugas memiliki pengaruh sebesar 70,9% sedangkan 29,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
